So happy and appreciate RKM sending Ruben Rivera - he was to clean out my dryer vent duct - it turned out to be very complicated all day job, anything that could go wrong did but Ruben remained professional with a positive attitude. He is truly a gem. He finished the job and my dryer duct is clean and my dryer works efficiently now. Thank you RKM for sending Ruben out to help me. Gustavo and Miguel installed my new Daikin 7 Heat pump Purchased through RKM. World class installation in my opinion! They took their time and went above and beyond my expectations! I thought they were just changing my system but see the attached photos of what they did with my stand etc! Great job, worth every penny and would highly recommend RKM heating and Air!

IEC was on time, clean, professional, and offered us options to repair or replace. Peter came out and gave us an evaluation. He is great to work with. Todd and Scott both did a good job with the installation.

We requested a diagnostic for our A/C Unit. Peter and Steve were great! they kept in touch regarding how far out they were to arrive. When they got here they were professional and friendly. They got to work right away. They didn't use hard-sell tactics to force us to purchase an A/C unit. They simply sent 2 quotes and let us decide :0) .. I recommend Inland Empire Comfort for your HVAC needs.

I called a few HVAC contractors to repair my AC and ultimately put my trust in Todd at Inland Empire Comfort. What I liked about Todd is that he did not try to sell me anything, he merely presented me with the options I had to get my AC working with the associated costs. He also explained things well and patiently answered all my questions. I ended up needing a new evaporator coil. He gave me estimates to repair, and to replace the system, and never pressured me to decide on one or the other. Everyone else gave me the run around trying to convince me I needed to have an entirely new system. Todd provided quotes on both options with the pros and cons of each. I ultimately went with a repair of my existing system. Todd and Scott came out to repair my system after getting the parts within a week or so of me approving. They were both punctual and respectful of our home. My wife felt comfortable with them being in the house. Our AC is now blowing cold! I think it's hard to find fair, honest, and respectful contractors, but if you're looking for an HVAC company, I'd recommend calling Todd at Inland Empire Comfort.

Had Todd and his helper put in a new heater and evaporator unit in our house. They made sure to lay down drop cloths to keep our house clean. They took out the old system and installed the new system in a short period of time. I.E. Comfort has worked on our heating and air conditioning system a few times. They are always very friendly and capable doing any job. The price has always been fair and they don’t nickle and dime you for small stuff that need repaired. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Over the past 5 or so years Inland Empire Comfort has provided quality service keeping our systems running. When we needed a new system Todd provided great options at reasonable prices to choose from. We made a choice, he came out and planned the work, scheduled the work at a fair price and installation was done in one day. I've met 4 of his techs they are all great, professional and easy to deal with. We would most absolutely recommend and use their services in the future.

Both Todd and Peter were friendly, professional, and helpful. Peter was timely on his arrival time, and explained our issues in terms we could understand. We didn't feel Peter rushed through his service call, nor did he pressure us to do anything we weren't comfortable with as we have two very old units and are trying to get a few more years out of them. I would recommend Inland Empire Comfort. I am confident that we will use their services again when needed.

Return visit needed to check if our system was holding the freon after a leak repair was just a professional as the first/leak repair visit above. IE Comfort will be our first call anytime we need HVAC service.

Final follow up visit. Previous leak fix still holding. Grateful for that, especially since they wanted to come out twice to make sure the leak was fixed and we were no longer losing freon. Peter is always friendly, professional, and allows adequate time to answer all of our questions.

During our extreme heat wave my A/C quit working. I called Inland Empire Comfort and they were scheduled to come out the next day. Within 10 minutes of making the appointment I received a call that they could get someone out within the next half hour. Peter arrived, looked at the unit, took pictures, explained the problem, fixed the AC and it was back up and running the same day. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone! Must not have sent this the last time they were out,,,oops.
They were just out for maintenance on my A/C and were very thorough. A/C is running fine. Thank you!

My tech Peter was on time, clean, professional, and competent. While inspecting the A/C he quickly identified the problem. He also showed me where the refrigerant leak was and provided options. Nobody wants to spend money on A/C repairs, but more importantly, nobody wants to be taken advantage of. I was very happy with the service that was provided and I would recommend them. Do yourself a favor, give them a call, and let their work speak for itself.
