I am giving Christian 5 stars for all the work he did. From working through the heat to standing my dog(s). Very professional in all the areas covered. Very knowledgeable too. I would hire him again without a doubt.

I had such a great experience with our technician Trey! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had my AC up and running in no time. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate how efficient and prompt the service was—it made all the difference during this heat. Highly recommend!

The guys were all friendly and professional. For a job that I expect atleast 5 hours to get done, these guys did a fast work and clean. will definitely recommend them to people I know. and I will definitely use this company again for any future project.

Raphael took the time to explain my options for repairing or replacing my old system. He ran through pros and cons and I ended up ordering a new system as my current system was overheating and also had my AC fan running non stop with motherboard slightly burnt as well took video as well as showed me on system what was happening definitely glad I called them. Sergio came and did the installation as well as his team and they completed the job and cleaned up after themselves and explained what they changed as well as the warranty and answered all my questions definitely knowledgeable and friendly.

Julian was great! He came out to service our system and he was on time and was very friendly. Once he completed our service, he cleaned everything up and made sure to leave us with more information on how to keep our system running smoothly. We had a maintenance appointment scheduled with Year Round Heatin & Air. Nick and Robert came to perform the work. I am NEVER disappointed with service from this company. They are all great! From the ladies who answer thr phones and make reminder calls to the technicians who come to perform the work.
Nick and Robert were very professional and had great attitudes. These guys are definitely representing Year Round Heating & Air the right way. We definitely miss our previous technician, Alverto, but meeting Nick and Robert definitely show that Year Round Heating & Air care about their customers because they choose their employees wisely. They have great people working to provide the absolute best in customer service.

Sergio and Andres did an amazing job installing our new Lennox System. They protected our floors and took their time insulating the closet for the furnace. The condenser looks fantastic, such a neat job. They did not even let that 103 degree air in while they were working. Thank you Year Round Heating and Air.

I hired Year Around Heating and AC to remove my olds system and install a new border air conditioning system. I received about 6-8 other quotes from different companies, but I could tell Year Around was different from the beginning. They pointed out things during the initial estimate that other companies did not. Additionally, they had competitive pricing and satisfaction guaranteed. A couple days later they sent two crews to remove my old systems and install the new systems. Everybody that I encountered from Year Around Heating & AC was professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and insured I was 100% satisfied with the job. They respected my property and left it very clean. Alex was my technician who helped find the cause of my heater’s problems. He identified it correctly and fixed it. He also was very friendly and clean. Absolutely great service, I will highly recommend them!

Serigo and Alando were so professional. A pleasure to have in my home. They were extremely nice. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They even helped me set the temperature on my phone as well as my husband's. They were very clean and respectful. I would recommend them to EVERYONE that need their service.

Nick and Dalton did an absolutely AMAZING job at our house in Lake Arrowhead. They arrived right on time, called to let me know how things were going, gave status updates on the HVAC inspection, and took care of a necessary duct repair quickly and effectively. Absolute amazing experience with Year Round Heating and Air Conditioning. Needed a maintenance look through and assistance with some panels on my AC unit, and not only was the team communicative, they were accommodating and thorough. They sent Jared who was an amazing technician with such wonderful customer service skills. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was patient with questions I had about the system, and he offered tips and support as he went through the process step by step. Such a gentleman, but every person I interacted with on this process- from the call center receptionists, to the follow-up calls- there's a beautiful energy about this company and the work they do.
