Hush Air recently replaced our A/C unit. They were amazing to work with. Darrin was professional, knowledgeable and very fair. The work crew was also very friendly and professional. We will only use Hush Air from now on.

A former company told me that I needed to have my coils cleaned and my blower fan cleaned as well. The estimate that was given was close to $2000. The AC unit is less than 5yrs old. Brian of Hush came and checked out my unit. He was kind, calm and thorough. After examining the coils and the blower fan he found nothing wrong with either of them. Brain and Hush Air are top notch and most of all they are honest. The bill for finding out the truth was $205 and was more than worth it

These guys have an A+ rating with 0 complaints at BBB.org for a reason! Very professional, catering, prompt response (I had same-day service), and the owner, Darren, doesn't try to upsell or put pressure on you for anything. They have done two full A/C replacements for me (separate occasions) and actually gave me a better unit than what I paid. They also research all the rebates and discounts for you. All his workers work hard with no-nonsense but friendly mentality. This guy knows how to run a business to keep customers.

Great Service! Called for the second opinion and Brian stopped by shortly and fix the issue on the first visit! Last Company stated that it required a very expensive part which I knew it was not true due to unit being fairly new. Glad that I asked for second opinion and glad that Hush Air team was able to assist! Great response and customer service!

Kash, Oscar and Kim provided an excellent experience with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I’m not surprised by their 5 star rating by over 300 clients. I got my 37year old HVACC system replaced within less than a week of the quote. The company has fair prices and incredible financing options if needed. The job was done within 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves, DEMO’d the unit and were kind & respectful. I will be a Hush client for life!

Hush Air rep Kash, did a very good presentation, he was clearly understandable explaining the overall installation and financial process. Accepting their contract went just as their rep said it would. Installation was fully completed in less than a day, the installers Julian and Henry did a very good job installing my whole home heating and air conditioning system, the two gentleman were very polite and professional. I recommend Hush Air to anyone looking for good quality equipment, professional service personnel, and a good fair price and ease to do business with from start to finish.

Hush replaced my old AC and gas furnace with a new all-electrical Trane heat pump and blower back in January 2023. It has been working great in both the summer and winter, and has been on pretty much 24/7 ever since, with no issues. The technicians who perform the routine maintenance on my unit since then are also friendly and do a nice job keeping things working.

Hush Air was very responsive and sent someone quickly to service our system. Cash was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Definitely will continue to recommend Hush Air to family and friends!

I called Hush Air to change and upgrade my HVAC system and the response was very fast. Kash came to house the following day and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me the different options and assured me that there would be no hidden FEES and when the job gets completed I would be more than satisfied.
The next day we proceeded to the installation. Juan and Oscar, the technicians, did an AMAZING JOB! They were super detailed and organized and very professionals as well.
Overall, my experience with Hush Air was easy and stress free having in mind everything involving a home renovation. I highly recommend them. Price is fair and they offer a really reasonable financing plan.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service that Hush Air rendered to my A/C unit. The technician was Darren who was very professional and pleasant to work with. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C system and gave me a very reasonable estimate, as compared to other estimates that I got. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and explained to me the issue and the solution to my A/C system's problem. He performed the repairs and maintenance of my system and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend Hush Air for their quality service and good value.

Heating issues. I called and asked for an estimate. An appointment was made and a technician came. The heating unit was assessed and after an hour or so, he comes down to tell me he’s done. A couple of safety switches were turned off and were turned back on. These new units are do sensitive he tells me. Next time, just turn it off and let it reset. Then turn it back on. I was never given an estimate of repairs, he just did it. Was it repaired, not really. It still behaves the same. No recommendations here.

Nothing like coming home from vacation to find your AC is down in mid-July in SoCal! My Ecobee screen was black. Called support and tried several things until they recommended calling my HVAC company. I have had service and repairs from Hush Air for many years, so gave them a call late Friday afternoon. Kim took my call and said, I did all the right things, but they may not be able to get someone out to my house until Monday (understandably), but she would try. In a matter of minutes, she called me back a routed Bryan to come over within the hour! Bryan did his best but my ~20 year old gas FAU was fried. Considering my AC Compressor was as old, it was suggested I replace them together. I agreed, avoiding yet another failure. I again spoke to Kim as well as Darren (owners) about what would be best for me. At this point it was Friday evening and Darren patiently took the time to answer my questions and asked some of his own to help understand my needs to make recommendations. He literally spent an hour on the phone with me! In the end we agreed on a solution. He said he would get all the equipment by Monday and have it installed on Tuesday. This in itself was a great stress relief and luckily temps stayed in the 80's through Tuesday.

We talked about the Trane 14 Singe Speed, 17 Multi-Speed & 18 Variable Speed packages with a Heat Pump, FAU and Smart Thermostat. I landed on the 17, however Darren gave me a Hush Rebate, found me a California Rebate and City Rebate besides giving me a very reasonable cost for all the equipment, install and even filled out the paperwork for the City Rebate and setup the Permit Inspection, thus I ultimately opted for the Trane 18 Variable Speed. Oh, also included was a 10 year warranty and 2 years of service. Take away here, Kim and Darren are very knowledgeable and wanted nothing but to provide me with information and options to ultimately make the right decision for our home. Again, all decided by Friday evening! Very Impressed.

On Tuesday Morning his team (Cash, Henry & Julian) arrived promptly, were very hard workers, friendly, professional, clean and did not hesitate to help me understand how to work the system. Considering the effort at hand, I was unsure if this could be completed by days end but again was pleasantly surprised it was completed with plenty of daylight left on Tuesday. They also checked my ducts in the attic and walked me through setting up the Trane UX360 Thermostat and the Trane Home App on my iPhone! These guys were great!

Now, for the results ... I have a two-story house and even with my old AC Compressor (which was an upgrade to the original) it never really made a difference upstairs. This whisper quiet Trane 18 is great in several ways. One, it keeps the temperature within 0.5 a degree of your set point. Two, my upstairs though logically is slightly warmer then downstairs, has never seen cool air come out of the vents like it does now. Third, never having a heat pump I did not realize I could be running my AC 16 hours a day and end up with lower energy bills due to the variable speed and heat pump. Can't wait to see my future bills this summer. The Trane Smart Thermostat also has more features than my old Ecobee had. I understand technology does improve over time but may times they do not live up to expectations. My initial opinion is EVERYONE at Hush Air has always treated me fairly, are committed, do great work, and now provide great products. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Had a good experience with the work of the technician Brian G. At my rental. He was detailed, professional, explained the issue at hand in layman’s terms. (My kind of language). He also was on time arriving at the house, gave a 15 minute curtesy call before arriving and finished less than the time I thought it would have taken him.

5 stars --- no hesitation. We took bids from four HVAC companies and chose Hush Air to install a heat pump system to replace our old HVAC set up. The installation was completed a few days ago. On every count, from the time we first met with Darren for the quote, to the installation by Kash, Henry and Julian, Hush Air were superb. The price was very fair. The Trane equipment ranks well. Hush air had the best reviews of all the bidding companies. Kash/Julian and Henry hardly took a break and were rightly very proud of their work and their company. We have no hesitation in Recommending Hush Air to anyone who wants any heating/cooling work done. About the same time last year, we had our other HVAC replaced by another company who did a good job ---- but by comparison Hush Air are much better.

Sean, the owner of Green Comfort, is a great guy who will lay out all of your options and explain things in layman’s terms if you need a repair. He and his service techs are friendly and courteous, and have always left things neat and clean after servicing our heating or AC system. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
