Wow wow wow!! I am so glad I found NICO PRO Construction! If you are looking for someone to completely redo your bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, or anything on the exterior (stained concrete, low voltage lights, turf, siding, anything and everything), I would highly recommend Nick and his guys to do the job. With a decent price (most companies i found overprice their work), NICO PRO was able to use high quality materials to create a completely new house! If you don’t know exactly how to remodel your home, they will design and recommend the style that is just simply perfect, something i would’ve found only on google images or commercials. Thank you guys on job well-done!

Also wanted to thank you for the great work at our church by remodeling the entire worship hall and Sunday school classrooms. Your expertise in design, management, safety, and renovation is outstanding. If I have a commercial job again, you guys will be my go-to. Great work and again, appreciate you all at NICO Pro!!

We had gotten a few quotes and ended up choosing Nico Pro for not only their quotes but also their welcoming and understanding demeanor. We knew what we wanted and they ensured they could deliver and let me tell you, they truly exceeded our expectations! We could not be happier with the outcome of our new bathroom. As a mostly retired licensed general contractor myself, I know a bit about construction and the challenges of doing remodel projects. I interviewed a half dozen or so contractors prior to selecting Nico Pro Construction (NPC) to do my Dream Garage project. The usual criteria: conveyed competence, experience, estimate completeness, competitive pricing, timeline, and gut-feel, were all considered and evaluated. From the beginning, it was clear to me that NPC was a cut above the others.

I especially appreciated that Nazariy, NPC's estimator, was also going to be the Project Manager. That in itself was huge to me, ensuring I wouldn't ever get the "he said, she said" game that is so often prevalent in construction projects. Throughout the project, Nazariy provided me with updated timelines keeping me "in the loop"; that was a big plus for me. And while we had our share of mostly weather related delays, I always knew where we were with the scope of work.

As was the case with Nazariy, NPC's crew of workers performed their efforts with a solid sense of pride and regard for their work and my project. Sadly, that mindset is not as common place in construction as I remember it to be; NPC clearly exhibits the proprietary interest you want in your contractor. I was reminded of this with a couple of the subs who worked with us, as some of their efforts were lacking. When such incident arose however, Nazariy was always Johnny on the spot stepping up and stepping in to ensure all was righted.

In the end, NPC successfully provided me with the Dream Garage I had envisioned. To anyone who is looking to find a competitive, competent, contractor, that they can truly trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Nico Pro Construction. To that end, l look forward to working with NPC again to help me realize my Dream Man Cave. Thank you, NPC!

5 stars all the way! Omar saw our "complicated" project, and let us know he could do it and was happy to take on a challenge. We are very happy with Omar and his company. I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders".

As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone.

He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like.

The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!).

There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do.

We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about.

For details if you've made it this far, our story:
Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar.

He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space.

Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, the cost came in higher due to the footings needed. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no.

So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things.

So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

Great experience with a great contractor. I took my measuring tape to the backyard and ideas for an ADU floor plan to some free service I found online and Omar and his team turned it into a reality.

Omar was very collaborative and communicative from the get go. He helped guide me from the rough plan ideas I had through to actually County-approved plans. He had ideas for things I hadn't even thought of that saved me now that I'm actually living in the place. He very patiently helped me incorporate all of the asks I had for my space into actual architectural plans in the beginning, and then continued supporting me in choosing the actual materials that went into every step of the process.

The entire work process was substantially faster than I expected in basically every aspect. Need to lay concrete foundation in the middle of the winter rainy season? Imagine my surprise when the crew showed up on a holiday to get it done because it was the start of the only 3 consecutive days without rain in the forecast. Have a question? Send a text message in the evening, thinking someone would get back to me the next day, but I found a response within an hour basically every time. Have a problem when looking over the finishings? Someone came out to fix it within a few hours. You can't even pay extra for customer service this good, but these guys do it like it's normal.

Omar's invoicing process is very clear and easy to understand. Even if there are any questions, again, he's incredibly fast to respond and very collaborative in that response.

Noor Construction comes highly recommended. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and, of course, with the end product.

Omar and his team have been a pleasure to work with. From day one, he was responsive and so pleasant to work with. We knew he was the right contractor for the job before even seeing his work. Throughout the process, he remained communicative and catered to our every want. It was so refreshing! On top of that, he got me a 50% discount on beautiful laminate flooring. Honestly, I haven't seen quality like this before. It was a wonderful experience working with someone so positive and genuine. He was completely reliable and the work will get redone, if it isn't to his or the clients standards.

My experience with Noor Construction was a very good one. I absolutely love the work that Omar and his crew conducted. My project was a small project, the addition of a closet in a spare bedroom, yet they paid very close attention to all the details. When the project unexpectedly grew in scope due to issues with my old paint, the crew pivoted smoothly to make sure the new closet fit in flawlessly with the remainder of the room. Omar also did not charge me extra; he stood behind his contract price to get the job completed correctly.

I know first hand how difficult it is to find a good contractor. The process of getting different estimates and deciding which one to go with, is not fun. I had received one unexpectedly low bid, and two around the same ballpark with Noor Construction being one of the two. So I made my decision on which contractor I could more easily communicate with and was most responsive. From the beginning, Omar and all his crew were extremely skilled in the work they do, very polite, mannered, and straight forward. There was no guessing on my end. The crew allowed me to be part of the decision making during the project. I really appreciated their incorporating my feedback.

I continue to believe that the measure of a good contractor is not only how well they do work when everything goes right, but more so how they address on-the-job factors that no one could know of until in the middle of the work. I I would consider Noor Construction again for a future project because Omar has earned my trust as a contractor. I do highly recommend Noor to others.

Really happy to have found Omar to build a freestanding ADU (750 sq ft, 1 br/ba) in our backyard for grandma. He ably took over for a botched Anchored Tiny Homes project-- he hit the ground running with a plan set and permitting process that was already going. The contrast couldn't be more apparent. Everyone has experienced or heard about the nightmares of contractors running over time and budget. But Omar finished everything exactly according to the original schedule, estimate and contract. If anything unexpected came up, he just took care it and absorbed any additional cost himself. Amazingly quick to respond and resolve any hiccups-- often came out the same day or the next day to take care of it until we were right back on track. Made everything as easy as possible. Level of workmanship was high and everyone on his team was very professional. Team sometimes worked weekends and even major holidays-- we told them it was OK to take the day off sometimes!!

In fact, I am very lucky, and God loves me, because I got to know Noor Construction inc. This is a great company with all its details, especially Omar. He helped me a lot and fulfilled my dream of restoring two complete bathrooms to their splendor and luxury. He helped me with his opinions and ideas, and although my questions were many and endless, he never bored me. I am very happy with the bathrooms of my new home to the point that I think they are more luxurious and sophisticated than the rest of the house. The accuracy of the work is amazing, his implementation of the details we discussed, and the sending of invoices or copies of them and photos.

I never write reviews but in this case, I really wanted to give credit where it is due. Our kitchen was unfortunately ruined when our dishwasher failed on us, so we needed our whole kitchen redone and flooring replaced. After speaking with 5 different contractors for our project, we chose to go with Omar due to his professionalism and cheerful personality.

Omar has such a can-do attitude, and was AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. He had great communication with us throughout the project, and exhibited excellent customer service. In fact, his whole team did an amazing job and had such attention to detail (especially Mohamad and Mustafa). Thanks to them, our kitchen and floors have been absolutely transformed! We are very glad that we found Noor construction, and can safely say that we have found our contractor for other future projects.

Omar was quick to respond to our request for a quote, thoroughly explaining the process and sharing his company’s value for providing high quality work. During our initial meeting he was transparent about the cost for labor and demolition. Explaining what was and was not included with the quote. Omar provided suggestions of where to look for materials and offered his expertise throughout the process. I appreciate his thoughtfulness throughout the process calming my nerves when unexpected problems arose. Two damaged tubs from a vendor which caused a month delay in our project and plumbing issues which required some extra work. Omar took care of us and supported throughout the process even on the last day after his team had already left they quickly returned to fix my request to change automatic light switches and put on a different toilet seat.

I also appreciated the respectfulness of his team and how hard they worked. Once we had finally received all our materials the job was completed in a timely manner. As mentioned in other reviews his communication is EXCELLENT. You really won’t understand until you work with him. He even responded to my random questions after hours.

A couple of the things I look for when I get quotes from multiple businesses for a home project is how responsive they are and if they communicate openly. I booked Omar because I was so impressed on how communicative he was from getting a quote to finishing the project. He replaced my roof and gutters and he was very candid about how he knows he won't be the cheapest bid that I get but he can deliver great quality in his work. Omar and his crew were very easy to work with I would 100% hire them for more of my home projects. Omar made sure that I understood the process of the roof repair and I liked that he would check the work of his team at the end of each work day. He definitely went above and beyond and helped me work within my budget to get the roof that I wanted. I never felt that Omar was trying to upsell me in any way and had my best interests in mind. I am so appreciative of their help and highly recommend anyone needing a home project/remodel done to hire them asap!

I've had other contractors come in to quote for this job, and a few of them tell me "we're booked out, don't really need this job, but we'd be happy to work on it." I selected Noor construction because of Omar. He tells me "I will work with you to restore your home with the budget that you have." I got the impression he cared about what I thought, and it turned out to be true. He listens, provides his expertise opinion, and guides his team to do great work.
With every large project, there will be times when expectation and execution are misaligned. I felt comfortable working with Omar through these and never had a doubt things would be resolved. Even those small details that are not so easy to execute, Omar will make it happen. I could tell his team respects him, and he treats them well, just as he treats his customers. He does not use "I have so many other projects" as leverage to not tend to your needs.

I hired Omar and his team for an extensive remodel and addition to my home last spring. I reached out to several contractors for bids and he was by far the most responsive and communicative; a trait he maintained throughout the project. All construction projects have their challenges and I can say without hesitation that I would have not wanted to navigate the ones I faced with anyone else. When there were issues beyond his control which is often the case with large projects, Omar always did his best to help resolve them and always took responsibility for addressing everything I brought to his attention. He stands by his work and his goal is to ensure that in the end the homeowner is happy. You hear horror stories about contractors disappearing mid project or surprising you with unexpected costs. Any time there were additional costs, Omar was mindful of the budget and tried his best to present different options, including foregoing his own profit. In an industry where professionalism and competence are often scarce, Omar is a breath of fresh air. It was not easy to remodel and add on to a very old home but I could not be more happy with the outcome!

Omar and his team were knowledgable, patient and kind, making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted going into the project and helping us find the best options that suited us.
Omar had a great team and did not outsource to any subcontractors so we knew we were in good hands staying with his people.
