I highly recommend Nico Pro Construction. They help us remodel my parents house. Nick was exceptional at guiding us through each step and making sure our kitchen come together and results was satisfy. My parents was very happy and all the family was in love how it turn out.

Nico Pro Construction contractors were professionals in every sense of the word. They were able to accommodate everything I asked for my kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend them for any construction projects you may have.

I had some dry rot in any area where my backyard deck joins to the house. I received a few quotes from various contractors to do the repair. Some of the other contractor's bids were quite vague and I didn't have a good feeling about their bid. In the case of Nico Pro, their bid was quite specific, and I felt good vibes about their bid and bidding process. I won't deny I was worried that once the obvious dry rot and the cause was revealed that I could legitimately be in for a never-ending disaster of more and more work that needed to be done. But in situations like mine that is always a realistic possibility.

Nico Pro did find some additional areas that needed improvement, not because of dry rot, but because of how the deck interface was done in the very beginning, long before I bought the house. I could see it with my own untrained eyes and requested that they fix that problem as well. This did increase the cost to me somewhat, but it was legitimate and needed to be done.

Nico Pro did a very good job on the repair and reassembly of my deck structure and I am very happy with their work. I will definitely consider them for future work that I know needs to be done at my house.

Nico construction repaired dry rot by removing the wooden frames around three windows on the 2nd story of my house. They also replaced wood under my roof line. They showed up on time, cleaned up and did the job with great skill. The cuts to the wood were precise and resulted in no stucco damage. Highly recommended

Nico Pro Construction is the best contractor I have worked with in the 35 years I have lived in my home. I had extensive dry rot and some termite damage. They fixed everything!  I am very pleased with the completed repair. They even fixed the latch on my gate. I was so pleased I had them paint it as well. Why look for another contractor? They were very thorough with their work in both the repair and painting. Their cleanup was outstanding. I've been bragging my house is now beautiful.

My husband and I recently decided to take down a closet and convert it into a small office since we both work from home unfortunately, I was unable to finish the baseboards and a small piece of the flooring. I reached out to Nico pro construction And they were immediately able to send out one of their guys to come and repair the baseboards, match the paint and find a Closely matching floorboard. I was not expecting them to be able to replace the entirety of the Baseboards, but They were easily able to do that. Very happy with the result. overall, the company is extremely communicative and will provide pricing upfront for the estimated project.

Very happy with the results of the project Nico Pro Construction did for me! I had them tear down an exterior wall and window, and insert an exterior door and light fixture. Then they perfectly matched the trim, textures, and interior walls such that it feels like the door has always been part of the house. They were very responsive and on top of everything which made this project really quick. Attached photos are of the completed door and the window/wall before.

Nico Pro Construction did a fabulous job replacing my existing retaining walls in front of my property. They were professional, friendly, always on time, courteous, respectful, etc. I could go on and on. They were fair, reached far beyond my expectations, and they were very conscientious and respectful. Each day they cleaned up whatever they were working on. Because of their great work I have a beautiful retaining wall made of stone and wood. I would highly recommend Nico Pro Construction. This is the second project I’ve hired them to do and I would hire them again for any future projects I may have. They’re the best.

I needed to replace my standard tub with a walk in shower . When the tub was removed there was dry rot damage under the tile. They did a great repair job and proceeded with the shower installation. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the result ☺️

We redid our bathroom, and throughout the entire remodeling process, Nazariy was super communicative and helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. He kept us updated with the progress. Not only that, but the entire team was attentive to the details and friendly to communicate with. We definitely will be reaching out to them for future projects.

Wonderful experience working with the team at Nico Construction. We had them put new doors and a bard door up- small job but They were all so professional and got the work done efficiently- with outcomes we love!

As soon as he came into out home that we were remodeling, he took a minute to walk around and brainstorm, then told me the best floorplan we could imagine. He said we can instal a beam to remove the wall between the kitchen and living room, opening up the space substantially, then placing the closets in the bedrooms in such a way, that he even was able to make a mini walk in closet in the master bedroom! These people definitely know what they are dealing with! 👍🏻

Nico Construction was so professional. From calling for an appointment, coming to do the estimate was so easy. I thought I had before pictures, but I guess I deleted them. It was awful looking. He did such a great job on my side garage door that was rotted after only 7 years of my house being built, it looks brand new again. His workmanship and his eye for detail was exceptional! Our home needed remodeling. We called NICO PRO Construction and they were on the spot to help us. They gave us great ideas for kitchen layout and our kitchen has the best look it ever had right now. They also fully remodeled our bathroom, which has a fantastic look right now. Would definitely recommend NICO PRO Construction if you need any remodeling work around your house!

I hired Nicopro to fully remodel my house. I attached before and after photos. They remodeled the outside and inside of my home; added additions (3 rooms and 2 bathrooms), fully remodeled and upgraded the backyard, expanded the living area, updated the kitchen and removed the stucco outside and put up siding. They did an outstanding job. The whole process of working with them was seamless. I am very happy with the results, highly recommend reaching out to them for any home improvement projects. I am planning on hiring them out for an additional dwelling unit project we have planned for the new year !
