Gary and his team are awesome, they replaced my sliding patio door with French doors and painted our house. They are very thorough and detailed in their work. Gary ensured that we were completely satisfied with his work. He goes above and beyond with customer service. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Requested window replacements for my original windows from the 80’s and also nee front entry and garage entry door and 3 interior doors. 10 windows, a patio slider and 5 doors in total. Gary was very helpful in helping select which windows to install and answered any questions I had. Vadym and his crew were very polite and efficient in their work and were able to complete the windows in one day and the doors in one day as soon as material arrived. I am satisfied with the results.

I was set on getting a specific type of windows, however, after Gary explained the benefits of Anlin windows, I was sold! After our appointment, I was very impressed and excited about the brand of windows he presented.

Gary and his team went above and beyond. He kept me in the loop from when the windows were ordered, to when they would arrive, to scheduling installation. Installation was great. Gary even visited a few times to check in.

Modern Construction Group was incredible to work with for replacing all of our windows and some dry rot. Gary walked us through the process and explained everything very well. He was in communication with us regularly and stopped by everyday to check in on the progress of the windows. He even upgraded some items free of charge. We were so happy with MCG that we even had them relocate a fan as well. Can not recommend them enough!

We interviewed many construction and siding companies before choosing Modern Construction Group to replace old vinyl siding with LP engineered wood siding on a modular home. This was a long awaited project for us- we had a certain budget, wanted a turnkey solution, and expected high quality work. Gary and his team delivered. They are very skilled craftsmen and meticulous with their work. We chose Gary for many reasons. To name a few, his proposal was very professional and thorough. Nothing was left out. We never felt like we were “getting the run around.” From the start he was very responsive with his communication, whether it be through phone calls, emails, or text messages. He was never bothered with our questions about the process. Our building presented a few challenges, which Gary gladly took on and came up with solutions that were incorporated into the proposal. Once the project started, we had the peace of mind that we had made the right decision. Throughout the project, Gary went above and beyond with a few items to ensure the long term structural integrity of the siding. The final phase of the project was the painting- Gary’s team did a beautiful job. Finding a contractor these days of Gary’s caliber is like finding a needle in a hay stack. We updated 12 original windows and a sliding door in our 1957 built home. On two of those windows we opted for picture window style and will say this is a stunning addition to our interior space. Its like the window is now in high definition, sounds corny for sure.

Switching from original windows to these new retro fits makes a huge visual impact you can notice from the curb and we of course are excited to see some energy savings going into the hot season.

Catching the delta breeze will be easy now that all our screens work and the windows open flawlessly.

We’ve remodeled our house a little bit at a time, so we have worked with a lot of contractors. Communication is not typically their strength, but Gary is super responsive. We had somewhat unique ideas about our siding, and Gary found exactly what we wanted. He and his team were always professional, and did quality work, and they got it done quickly without cutting corners. We are super happy with the results. Even after we paid, Gary sent his team to do final touches, and then Gary came himself. He also had our courtyard fence painted at no cost. I am so happy to not have that summer project! I will also add that he provided the most detailed quote, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend!

Our experience was GREAT with Modern Construction Group, Inc., when they recently installed James Hardie plank siding to replace our 50-year old, deteriorated and cracked cedar shingles. I just spent two weeks with this company as they put Hardy board siding on my house. And I could not be happier. Besides that it looks absolutely beautiful, these were amazing people to work with. The crew was always kind and so polite. And they did a meticulous job cleaning up at the end of each and every day. I was really blown away by the entire process. The crew was very hard working and the project manager was out almost every day, making sure that things were going smoothly, and had almost daily communication with me to let me know of any issues and how the project was going.
