I contacted Clear Efficiency to improve the insulation in my attic and replace a single pane window and so far I couldn't be happier. Jeremy and Joe have been absolutely amazing to work with. They always make sure to answer any question I have and are very responsive. They even went above and beyond when they found one of the air ducts in my attic had been disconnected. Rather than have me contact an HVAC company to repair the duct, they repaired the duct for me. They took pictures of my attic after the job was done so that I can have a record of how it's supposed to be if anyone else ever needs to go in the attic. Jeremy even contacted me after the insulation was installed to make sure that I didn't have any issues. Overall, everyone from the company has been great and I'm very happy with the work.

I had Clear Efficiency do some work at our home for insulation and air ducts. From the very start, they were great to work with. We had a total of 3 people come out for quotes and the other 2 didn't even seem interested in doing the job. Once we opted to go with Clear Efficiency, things moved along great with the project manager, Joe, keeping in touch and providing updates throughout. They handled all the scheduling for inspections and the SMUD rebate as well. On the day the actual work was completed, they ran into a few issues (no fault of theirs) but stayed to make sure the job got done. Overall, I was extremely happy we opted to go with them and would highly recommend to anyone in need of the services they provide.

Clear insulation was an extremely professional and efficient experience from beginning to end. They were timely, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and requests were addressed. Their work was precise and well executed. They check in after a few days to make sure there are no issues with insulation install. They’re a good business to work with. I would definitely recommend them for insulation install that needs to be done the right way.

I am very happy with my new solar and insulation! One thing people should know is it takes a while from start to finish. Thankfully Jeremy was with me every step of the way. Once we got to the install portion of the project the guys did a wonderful job! Everyone was very professional. They explained everything in a clear way that helped me understand exactly what they were going to do. They were on time and after looking around my home I could only locate a single nail. This was a huge step and I am so happy I got the work done with Clear Efficiency.

Clear Efficiency was and is a top notch firm from their first client meeting through completion and any follow up questions I may have after completion of the job. I had Clear Efficiency put installation in my attic, new energy efficient windows and doors as well as solar panels installed on my 50 plus year old home. The temperature in my home is so much more comfortable after the installation was blown in. Wind and rain no longer leak through the windows or doors after the new windows and doors were installed. My PG&E bill is minimal after installation of my solar panels via Sun Power were installed. Clear Efficiency’s genuine concern for their customer’s satisfaction with from start to finish is very much appreciated by me. Clear Efficiency was amazing from the first consultation to the final walk-through! On top of that, they were super flexible with my schedule (life was hectic and I had to re-schedule several times), so I really appreciated that. The consultant for the initial estimate was knowledgeable and thorough. He also didn't try and upsell me too hard on more expensive services - was honest about what my house truly needed and nothing more. Installation was great. My wife and I both work from home and we have a newborn. Our day went by as normal (with the obvious noise, of course). Couldn't have asked for an easier install! Lastly, the final walkthrough was thorough. They made sure that I was satisfied with the work before I even handed over a check. And now I have improved insulation just in time for the blistering summer! Left my AC off while we were away for the weekend and still came back to a relatively cool house despite the hot temperatures. Would 100% recommend!

I had Clear Efficiency out to my home when looking for solar. I must say, I am glad I did. They had Kenneth Hartman come out to go over options with me. Out of the four companies I had out, Kenneth was the only one that I felt that was not annoyed by the many questions that I had. Also I found out that they were Pearl Certified and all their work is 3rd party Certified and actually adds value to my home. The panels I chose has a 40yr warranty with the best specs out of all other panels I was shown. From Kenneth to the staff and install crew. If I could give 10stars, I would. Thank you Clear Efficiency, I love my solar system with battery backup.

Great service and unbelievable results! Clear Efficiency got our attic insulation up to R60 level within just a few days of accepting their quote. The job was done so quickly and cleanly, that we asked for an estimate for window replacement as well. They beat everyone else’s quote and installed beautiful new custom windows throughout the house. After all the improvements were complete we had the first negative electric bill EVER in the seven years we’ve owned the home. We couldn’t be happier!

I had a wonderful experience with Breyen, the service advisor at Clear Efficiency, who helped me clean out, seal and place new insulation in my attic. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions throughout the process. They were very communicative and professional and did amazing work. SMUD offered a rebate and they did all of the paperwork and submitted it for me. It was very seamless and easy. I would highly recommend using this company and would use them again in the future.

Jesse, the president of Clear Efficiency came out to my house himself to provide a free estimate of the products and services that he recommends. Jesse was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. He took a lot of time to answer my questions and to perform a thorough review and analysis of my entire house. His report covered inside, outside and he even went into my attic. When he was done, he explained all parts of his report and went into detail with how his products would help me save money and live a healthier life! I appreciate that he took the time to research and choose quality products that will work well and last a long time. I did not know how unhealthy the insulation in my attic was and I love how the product he recommends instead is completely organic. As a person who likes to "go green" whenever possible AND a parent of two small children this is very important to me. It was clear that he is extremely knowledgeable in the space of home efficiency and that he has worked in this industry for many years. I had attic insulation work done. Working with this company was the best experience I ever had than with so many other companies. Their responses throughout the communication were nice and professional. They did not ask for payment upfront as they stated it is unlawful to do that. They protected the areas they work with extreme diligence. They were on time and left everything very clean. They were very honest and clear throughout out the whole deal. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs their service.

We couldn’t be happier with the work that Clear Efficiency did on making our home more comfortable and quieter! Other vendors have come through for different jobs and remarked that the attic renovation seemed above and beyond the kind of work they normally see.

I didn't think about insulation but met Jesse at Auburn Home show and he offered a thermal inspection. I was impressed that as the owner he was doing shows, doing the inspection, estimating, scheduling of the job, arranged zero financing and was on site managing and ensure it got done right, They sealed all the air leaks around ceiling seams and ceiling lights and we had a ton of them. Sprayed in additional insulation and were in and out fast, no mess no fuss. House is noticeably cooler --i.e, there is little temperature change during the day or night. Before the job we would be running A/C anytime we topped 80. today hit 90 and interior was 74 when I got home with no air. This winter should be nice and cozy.

I was experiencing trouble with my air conditioning unit for the past two summers. I was getting no airflow and my house would not cool lower than 85°. I called Clear Efficiency and they came out and quoted me a price and I was so impressed that I decided to go with them. Their crew came out and was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job installing both my air conditioner and heater. The crew’s answered my questions and continue to update me on what they were doing, they even cleaned up after themselves. They wrapped the walls where the heater was to control the heat in that space. They installed new ductwork and installation, again fixing the leaks that were happening in the old system. The team's completed the job on time and as quoted. I’ve used the Air conditioner now for two days and it is working absolutely phenomenal. It’s cooling my house like I’ve never seen before and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome working with Clear Efficiency. Their communication was super from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality product and professional services for your needs of an air-conditioning unit. Absolutely the best company I’ve ever worked with.

Update- have had this system for over 6 months and my summer energy bills have drop by 8% a great savings. Now onto the winter savings!

Clear Efficiency is very knowledgeable and experienced, offering me the latest solar panel technology. Their pricing is competitive and the installation was professional and executed on schedule. They submitted the NEM application, took care of the permitting, and provided financing, making the whole processes hassle free.

Before this, I was paying high electrical and gas utility bills to PGE. After the first 12 months, my solar panel system generated a surplus of over 3,000 kWh, making me eligible for a Net Surplus Compensation at True-Up. Since then I purchased an electric vehicle and I expect my solar panel system to power most of my home’s electrical energy usage, including a Central Air/Heat Comfort Heat Pump system and Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater.
