Worked with Mike D who was super knowledgeable and low pressure. Everything he told me was going to happen actually did happen including tax credits, solar output, and delivery schedule. Very upstanding company and excellent service from Mike who always returned phone calls very promptly or picked up the phone whenever I called. Very trustworthy folks.

After having my system for over three years, and if I had to do it all over again, I would seek out the best salesman expert, Scott Feuerherm. He came to my ranch and evaluated what was needed to produce enough power to offset the rising PGE bills. His expertise and follow-through were excellent. . He was always available to answer any questions that arose and allowed time to make the decision. My ranch foreman, who is an electrician by trade, said that Scott was right on point and had excellent recommendations. In addition, Scott’s integrity and kindness are outstanding! Seeking an outstanding solar expert, ask for Scott!

This is a review from my parents they are not tech savvy; While the install was not perfect from the get go every problem we had was resolved within 2 days and now we have no electric bill a very good roof and a battery all for around the price we were paying for electricity. We used the tax credit to cash in some of our retirement and get rid of some debt we had so now we are paying less in interest too all in all this was the best decision our son could have made for us.

Brent Baker helped us with the purchase of solar on our home and business. He is very knowledgeable and the team was probably the most professional contractor we have ever dealt as far as communication. They showed up on time and promptly delivered exactly what was expected for both projects. We actually got $29 back from PG&E last year.

We had been considering going solar for awhile now; in fact, we had tons of people at our house (pre-COVID), and signed with another company, but they were very disorganized and fell through before anything could happen. What a relief when we found Jeremy at Prime Home Solutions! We met over Zoom and he had already done all the research for us and had a proposal ready! He was infinitely patient as we asked a plethora of questions during the Zoom meeting and in the weeks after; always quick to respond and super helpful, we knew we could contact Jeremy with anything we needed and he would search out the answer for us. I didn't have to call all these different places when I had a question, Jeremy was our reliable go-to person! He followed us through the entire project, and he even checked in when he got notification just the other day that we are up and running! Jeremy made this whole process stupidly easy. I can't imagine what kind of situation we'd be in right now if we'd gone with those other guys. I highly recommend Prime Home Solutions to anyone who is considering going solar.

Our entry into the solar world was made very seamless from the first contact with the Chafik Mami, Solar Representative who explained the process and quickly provide not only solutions but alternatives. The process moved very quickly and after approvals for our 12.00kw system the installation led by Mauricio Luna, Install Foreman & his crew was completed in one day. We highly recommend this company!

We were so fortunate for Jeremy to work with us and explain what we needed for our situation as well as how each step in the process would go. installers were late and built a grid on the shaded part of my roof (looks nothing like the plans I signed off on). Their office phones don't have voicemail set up, so responses aren't prompt. It's been almost 90 days since my panels were installed and they are still not active. Prime home hasn't reached out to me once to give me an update. When I do get fed up and call them, I get a lame excuse a promise to follow up- except they never do and the cycle starts all over. I'm posting here as a warning to others and because the social media team appears to be the only part of this organization that's responsive.

We just recently bought a house and knew we needed solar! Jeremy Igarta sat down with us and explained each detail of the solar process to a T. He answered every single question I had (I had a huge list) and was with us in every step of the process. The whole process was simple, completed in a timely manner with no bumps in the road and I believe that was due to Jeremy’s knowledge and passion for his work! We can’t thank him and the whole prime home solutions team enough! Jeremy has even followed up with us since the install which really shows that he takes pride in their work!

Everyone from the owner to all employees, they were nothing but Professional and informative keeping us updated at every step of the process. The final product passed inspection with no issues. We highly recommend Prime Home Solutions

We did our due diligence when we looked into getting solar. I’m a Realtor and I’ve read so many solar agreements and waited on hold with multiple companies during the home sale process trying to transfer leases etc so I went into the whole process knowing a bit more information and what I wanted and didnt want. we did not want to pay for the system outright, we did not want to have to pay the system off to sell our house (we wanted the system to be transferable to the next owner), we did want bird netting (birds tend to nest under the panels because they are warm and then cause stress on the roof etc), we wanted a smaller company so we didn’t have to wait in voicemail mail every time we had a question or needed something, we wanted a fair price and good monthly payment…. we got it all with prime home solutions. We worked with Jeremy on the sales side and still to this day (we’ve had the solar for almost a year now) I text him with my needs or questions and he either answers them directly or gets me to who I need to talk to. it’s great customer service and something that is lacking in the solar industry as a whole and in the world today. people that care about you and don’t just want to make a sale… that’s prime home solutions. I’m not going to pretend the install process was without hiccups, it wasn’t as nothing ever is. the important thing is how they handeled the issues as they arise - they were on top of every thing that went awry (expected timeline, wrong material for netting etc). they were on it and communicative and respectful. I liked every person who came out to our house - all knowledgeable, respectful, helpful. highly highly recommend prime home solutions. We’ve referred Jeremy to multiple friends and family members!

A teacher I work with recommended Scott when I asked her about the solar they put on their house. After a simple call and few questions, he was able to analyze my PG&E bills and the roof of our house to make sure it was good for panels. I now have a solar payment and no PG&E bill. The solar payment is less than my lowest PG&E bill I remember having and I will own the system in 12 years. Scott was strait-forward, knowledgeable, no nonsense and very easy to work with without feeling pressure….he didn’t even make me feel bad for all my basic questions! Haha! Solar is pretty confusing to figure out and not simple to competitively shop/price out.

I had five different companies speak with me about their solar options and Prime Home Solutions was night and day, the best option. Best price and the most knowledgeable. Zero pressure or sales tactics. Installation was straightforward and went as expected.

I just past my 1-year mark with the system and it was perfectly sized for my usage. My annual PG&E electricity costs were $24.49 for the 12-month YEAR. There was also the monthly "grid connectivity fee" of about $11 which you pay regardless of having a solar system or not.

I worked with Brent. He was extremely knowledgable and experienced. He did not attempt to push me on any of the options he provided. He simply educated, listened, and answered my questions. He gave me lots of space and time to decide with no pressure.

I would highly recommend speaking with Brett and Prime Home Solutions.

Pros: Knowledgeable. Low pressure. Best pricing of the 5 companies we shopped. Smaller sized company so you're speaking with the same individuals each time who are familiar with your system/house.

Cons: I didn't really have any red flags. Communicating back and forth required follow up once or twice. The process took time and was confusing, but Prime Solutions helped to add clarity and walk me through the project.

My wife and I really wanted to install solar on our historic old home. With clearance from the landmark society, I asked 4 different contractors to evaluate and bid. Two were fully ready to take our money and install solar. Mike, however, told us the truth of the matter, that we are not good candidates for solar because of all the great old shade trees surrounding our home, the fact that our roof is broken up with dormers that reduce the available panel space and that our solar exposure is all east/west with no southern sun exposure. By the time I got this information from Mike, I had learned enough to realize he was absolutely right. I am so appreciative of getting the truth instead of a sales pitch.

Further, Mike kept our scheduled in-person appointment to deliver this news and explained the problems thoroughly. He could easily have “phoned it in.” He is clearly a man of honor and I have to believe that Prime Home Solutions is a company driven by substantial values and honesty. If we should ever move, I would trust this company for our solar needs.

I am glad that Prime Home Solutions did good for some customers. Or maybe those were written by paid reviewers to make them look good. Here is my story. Signed contract mid October 2022, was reassured the project would be completed in 4-8 weeks. No updates unless I called to inquired and only get "in the process." Finally, got the panels installed in April after six months of waiting and another month to get PTO from PG&E. I would not recommend this company to anyone that want solars installed. If I can give them negative star(s) I would.

We were very happy working with Brent Baker from Prime Home Solutions and would recommend him every time. Brent is very knowledgeable about the solar industry and was extremely patient in addressing all of our solar related questions/concerns. My wife and I compared quotes from multiple different local solar companies, and the other companies were no match for the panels and pricing that Prime offers. Our only regret is that we wish we would have decided to install solar sooner. Thank you for everything Brent!!!

I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the great service I received. I received several estimates for solar from several different companies a few were really high and a few were really low. Mike Del Vecchio from Prime Home Solution took his time and walked me through the entire process. He was super detailed in terms of his recommendation, reviewed his analysis and number of panels needed, etc. he was very honest in terms of what we should expect. I never felt like he was trying to get over on us or sell us items we didn’t need (other companies did). Im so glad we had the opportunity to work with Mike!!
