Jeremy Igarta with Prime Home Solutions was great to work with. We had a solar system that was not big enough for all our energy usage and were tired of our high true up bills. Jeremy worked with me to figure out what we should add to get rid of those true up bills. He communicated through out the whole process and was always available to answer any questions.

I've wanted to go solar for 15 years. From time to time, I would go to the home shows and talk to the various companies but the costs were too high and I never could get past the hyperbole and deceit.

Recently, I became aware that utilities in California were going to change the formulas for charging electric customers for solar rooftops from NEM2 to NEM3. That change would be very unfavorable for the homeowner. So I talked to a number of solar installers. I reviewed prices and products with every installer I contacted. I had to go with a high-quality solar panel and inverter (that took some investigating) and then I had to assess whether the installer was exaggerating any facts or services.

Prime Home Solutions was the winner in all categories. They confirmed what I already knew. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. They were flexible when I needed a change to the plan. During the process, everybody was available by phone. All my questions were answered. They were truly full service.

Prime Home Solutions was not the cheapest installer. But they had a competitive and fair price compared to everybody else. I installed Q cell panels and a Solar Edge inverter. I am now online with PG&E and my electric costs will be level for the next 20 years. I expect my out-of-pocket costs for the solar installation to be returned to me within 6-8 years. I am a very satisfied customer.

Brent and Prime Home Solutions is one of the most ethical and knowledgeable companies I have ever worked with! We interviewed 4 companies before deciding on theirs to install our solar system. The system he designed is perfect and we owed $0 at the end of the year when our tru-up was calculated!

Prime Solar Solution's Brent Baker sold me our solar system two years ago, after I interviewed three other companies. And, since I was considering the purchase of a future electric vehicle, Brent recommended that I install a charging system as part of the solar install. Their install team was effectively lead by Maurico. During the process of getting HOA approval, city permits, and PG&E acceptance, I had the pleasure of working with Bret, Yolanda, and Adam on the Prime Solar team. They are all "can do" people and made the installation and activation painless for us. We were very impressed with our solar installation from Prime Home Solutions. From the time of the contract to installation and inspection took less than a month. We were adding panels to a small system that was on the house when we purchased it. I explained to our salesman Brad Stewart how we wanted the job to be done. He did his research and got back to me with the solution we wanted at a great price. After we signed, they called me with updates each step of the way. Kris Dysthe is very knowledgeable explained everything with no sales pressure and was fast to take care of any issue that came up. The crew along with Adam in the office did an awesome job with the install and the other add on I had them do (whole house Fan and EV charger). I interviewed at least 5 solar companies before deciding on Prime Home Solutions and their representative, Mike Del Vecchio. Mike was so informative and made the process go like clock-work. I was never high-pressured or mislead. I went with Prime Home Solutions just over a year ago and everything Mike advised me on, happened. I got the right amount of panels, have the exact monthly payment for the purchase of my panels, and my PG&E bill, most months, has been ZERO. I was interested in going solar.  Our real estate agent mentioned that other clients of hers had worked with Brad Stewart at Prime Home Solutions and had good experiences.  When we purchased our Rocklin home we met with Brad.  We have a stone coated steel roof which most companies will not install solar on, but Brad assured us that Prime had plenty of experience installing on our type of roof.

Prime completed the installation in one day.  Brad came out during and after the installation to make sure I was happy with my installation.  I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the sale and installation.  I would highly recommend working with Brad Stewart and Prime Home Solutions.

After receiving 2 years of high true-ups with our original solar system I decided it was time to add more panels. I was referred to Brent Baker with Prime Home Solutions and was totally satisfied from the first email to the last phone call after the solar was installed.

Update:
After 2 years of problem free solar, a small leak was discovered coming from under the installed solar. I left a message for Adam Weber who promptly returned my call and setup an appointment to take care of the leak. Emilio Garcia arrived at the scheduled time and was GREAT to work with. He promptly discovered the source of the leak and had it repaired in no time. Kudos to Emilio and his excellent customer service! Finding and keeping hard working people like Emilio is rare and Prime Home Solutions has a great team with people like Emilio that make having solar simple during and after the installation.

Most solar installers I had contacted either didn't want to work with me because of my roof (stone coated metal tiles) or came back with proposals that show they didn't understand my needs.

So it was a breath of fresh air when Jeremy from Prime Home Solutions came out and not only addressed my concerns but took the time to learn what I was looking for and walk through the pros and cons of different scenarios.

The proposal came in at a great price and Jeremy continued spend time working with me to refine some of the smaller design details. The whole team at Prime Home Solutions were great throughout the install and activation process: they were professional, communicative and spent time to make sure any questions and concerns I had were addressed.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and knew we wanted solar panels. We had a 28 panel system installed at our old house and knew a bit about solar from our research back then. Prime Home Solutions were originally contracted by the home manufacturers for solar system installation. We originally got sufficient panels when we built the home, but two years later Prime Home Solutions contacted us to add onto our current solar system due to upcoming increase in PG&E rates.
