I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with this crew to install floors on my stairwell and second story of my home. They did an absolutely amazing job, were very professional and punctual and you can clearly see the quality of their work. They also charge a very fair price that beat out all other quotes. We have had the floor install for over two years now and there have been no issues whatsoever. I would definitely hire this company again for future projects. Keep up the good work yall!

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Adrian from M.A.C. No Cal Construction. Our condo, located in a 4-plex, flooded and affected two other adjacent units. Adrian was able to come in on day one with fans and dehumidifiers to start the water remediation process, and he worked continuously for three weeks to finish work in time for all tenants. His process included tearing out existing flooring, cutting away ground level drywall and cabinet bases, treating for mold, and once dry replacing drywall with new tape, texture and paint. He answered the phone every time I called and was always friendly and informative, working in tandem with any other contractors I had on the jobs. He kept immaculate records including detailed estimates and invoices, leaving no unanswered questions. We will happily hire him again for other projects that may arise. 5 Stars!

Very quality construction at a fair price!
They did a small bathroom remodel for us that turned out fantastic. They were very flexible with their contract, changing and deleting items that we could do ourselves to stay on budget.
They ran into a few unexpected problems that they resolved at no extra cost or only small change orders at a fair price. Their attention to detail is amazing!
We would definitely recommend V&S for any remodeling project!

Vitalli & company were challenged to match my built in 1911 food prep cubby (with ice box fixings!) with a modern sink and cabinet to fit flush with floor and walls.

It was not a simple installation and required a personalized and thoughtful approach. Thank goodness his even, optimistic and respectful manner helped the job feel effortless.

The result is proof of his experience, competence and care for the craft.

He came in at and even under-cost.

After being ripped off by two designers and disappointed by some general contractors, we finally hit the JACKPOT!! We had a total renovation project of our master bedroom and bath. Vitaliy and his team showed up on time, every time and truly performed all of the required duties in a professional, old world manner. The wallpaper was installed the way it is supposed to be done. The tile work was laid and fitted with precision. I looked for mistakes and couldn't find any! Vitaliy has a team which performs all the work from painting, plumbing, wallpaper and tile,etc. so there aren't any subcontractors. The only delay we had was due to a cabinet maket's time estimate. Still, he worked around him and completed other work so the project wouldn't fall behind. Vitaliy lives up to his time estimates and has a deep work ethic. The painter was on a ladder hand rolling the ceiling with his other arm in a cast. That's dedication! And true to his company's name -Quality Construction!

They did a great job on my kitchen and building a wall to create an office.
We had issues with other contractors (unaffiliated with Vitaly) he was patient and solved the problems others created.
He has a great eye for design. His prices are fair and transparent.

I hired V&S Quality Construction to remodel a bedroom, a room, and the hallway. I wanted them to come up with something creative — and they really delivered. I’m glad I chose them. They have great customer service, are easy to communicate with, and you can tell they genuinely care. The workers were responsible and kept the worksite clean and organized. Everything was done with quality and attention to detail.

Vitaliy and Sergey are the best! They saved our kitchen remodel from a below par company! They made it beautiful so we hired them to remodel our bathroom. That turned out so nice we hired them to do our master bathroom which lead to the guest bathroom! All came out gorgeous. They are easy to work with and honest and fair. We work from home and it was never a bother to have them around the house working. They work hard all day while being considerate of your home and property. We will definitely call V&S Quality Construction for any future work. You should too!

I can't say enough good things about V&S Quality Construction. Vitaliy and Sergey showed up every day on time, laid canvas down in our hallways, worked hard each day, cleaned up at the end of the day and did a beautiful job with our bathroom remodel.

We hired them to add a tub/shower combo with an acrylic surround to replace the showerless soaking tub that had been in there previously. They had to take the walls down to the studs, remove a 46"x46" window and add a 45"x8.5" window above the surround for light and ventilation. We also had them add exhaust fans in each of our two bathrooms which previously did not have any.

In the process of doing the work they found that an existing mixing valve had been leaking inside the wall for quite some time. Whoever had installed it had not done a good soldering job on the copper pipes and, in fact, had burnt one of the studs in the process. They expertly corrected these problems and completed the job ahead of schedule. And it turned out beautifully.

They did all of this for a reasonable price and kept us advised of the progress every step of the way. We would not hesitate to hire Vitaliy and Sergey again.

If you're like we are, you've probably run across contractors in the past who do shoddy work, are not reliable, don't show up when they say they will and treat you as though you are more of a nuisance than a paying customer. We hired V&S to refresh our kitchen in the fall and I can’t say enough good things. Vitailiy was so great to work with—up front, clear and honest. Gave us realistic expectations for our job, excellent pricing, and completed the work early. EARLY. During the holiday season no less. He was also flexible when appliances were late on our end and when we had a change order, which was greatly appreciated. His partner, employees and subcontractors were respectful and friendly. He came in early and on budget, with clear pricing/billing. The work itself was excellent. I would hire V&S again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to family and friends.

My project involved converting an addition on my garage that was once a workshop into a more livable family space. Vitaliy and Sergei were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I was constantly impressed with their knowledge and craftsmanship. We walked through what I wanted and they made suggestions where they thought something might work better than what I had in mind (their recommendation was definitely better). Their original timeline estimate was spot on relative to what they delivered - even a bit ahead of schedule... absolutely unheard of with most contractors these days. You can tell they really care about their work. Attention to detail was incredible. There were several times where I thought everything looked great, but Vitaliy/Sergei spotted something I missed and made it even better.

If you have some sort of home improvement project, don't look any further. Seriously. You won't regret it!

Vitaliy & his team completed a full primary bath remodel. This was an ADA project. It included widening our shower area doorway, installing accessible sinks, fixtures, roll under sink cabinetry, installing wall mounted toilet, curbless roll-in shower with grab bars, foldable shower seat, relocated shower fixtures, and upgrading to a smart light and speaker system.

Everything turned out wonderful! It has made the quality of daily life for my husband much easier. It is completely functional and accessible. It looks stunning!

and Vitaliy was always patient and understanding.

Doing an ADA remodel is quite challenging. Vitaliy and his team made an extraordinary effort to make adjustments in accommodations and scheduling and installation priorities to work around our special requirements and accessibility needs. This was really important to us and much appreciated.

The team was incredibly detailed and meticulous throughout the entire project. My home and the work site were always left spotless and organized.
