We just had our bathroom remodeled by V & S (Vitaliy and Sergey) and we are very pleased with their work. Their experience, honesty and competitive pricing were the reason we picked them and we could not be happier. Their attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the remodel were completed correctly and to code was impressive. They really want to ensure you are pleased and seek your feedback throughout the project. The final result exceeded our expectations. We plan to use them on another bathroom next year.

I have 4 words for Capital Construction, ATTENTION TO DETAIL CRAFTSMEN. Igor, the owner of CC, has assembled a team of real dedicated craftsmen, who pay close attention to their quality of work. It started with his designer, Alik, who was very knowledgeable in helping us make changes to the framework of the kitchen and upgrades we were wanting. From the Demo crew, installers, electrician, painter, fabricators for the natural stone and detail man, we never felt our house was dirty from the kitchen and bathroom work. We obtained 5 Bids and after careful investigation comparing Bids and quality of work, we felt CC was the company for us....And we were right! Best price for our dollar and yours. I will only call and recommend Capital Construction.

Excellent work by Capital Construction! Very efficient, friendly and responsive team. We asked for a renovation of our 1950s bathroom, which entailed updating flooring and shower tile, custom vanity, and basic updates to plumbing with the same layout as before (updates were needed since we discovered some older pipes during the process). The work that Thomas (PM) and team completed is high quality and was delivered within the estimated timeframe which was essential because we only have one shower. Capital Construction was very accommodating and helpful, with a professional crew who are great at their jobs. Overall we are happy with our updated bathroom, and found the quote reasonable and fair. We highly recommend Capital Construction for bathroom upgrades, and we will be reaching out to them for future home projects.

Igor spent 30-45 minutes getting the information and taking measurements for remodeling both our bathrooms. He did not provide any estimates when he was finished. Said he’d email his estimate to us within 2 days. It’s been over a week and we haven’t received anything.

After using Capital Construction for my laminate floor install, which was swift and professional, I used them to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. These guys are fast, work hard, very professional and affordable.

We are thrilled with our new quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. Igor and crew were fabulous. They came in on Monday morning to demo old tile. They protected cabinets and moved and protected appliances and then plastic sheeted off the entire room to protect the rest of our house from dust. By the following Monday morning they were back to do final touches and put our stove back in place for a completely finished job. They are amazing. We have two seams in our quartz that are very tight and hardly noticeable. They are very skilled craftsmen. The finished job is perfection. I highly recommend Igor and his crew from Capital Construction.

My name is Jon C. I live in Cameron Park, and I recently hired Capital Construction to completely remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and install a new floor in our hallway. They installed new countertops, new subway styled backsplash, brand new custom cabinets, newly rebuilt showers with amazing tile work, new sinks, new toilets, a few new fixtures, and new flooring. They did a lot of work. The results are amazing. These areas went from a very bland/outdated look, to a very bright/modern look.

The new tile is outstanding and I appreciate the hard work and pride the tile guys put into this work. The countertop installation was expertly fitted and put in place along with a new range. I was very impressed at how they completely rebuilt a closed shelving area in our kitchen. They opened it up to have new cupboards and drawers, and a whole new countertop. It looks better than I imagined it would. They said they could design and build more storage space in this area of the kitchen, and they delivered as promised. That showed me what skilled craftsmen they truly are.

These people work very hard to obtain the results you seek, and have no problem listening to any inputs. Capital Construction put so much value into our home. It is both remarkable and appreciated. Another important point I took special note of is how courteous, respectful and professional the work crew was when they came to the house to do work. They were always polite, hard-working throughout the day, and would clean things up after the work day was over.

As far as the cost…Capital Constructions prices are very fair and competitive. For the remodel costs I paid, I see a huge return on my investment. There were a couple of adjustments needed after job completion, and Capital Construction was responsive to come back to make those adjustments happen. I wish to thank Igor and the rest of the Capital Construction team, and I highly recommend them to anybody else seeking to do a home upgrade.

Very impressed with the actual work that these guys do. Nice craftsmanship and they are reasonably priced. But just a note of caution that the communication can be a little lacking and there is a language barrier with many of the employees on the job site. Get Igor's number early on in the project and make sure that you communicate with him during the duration of the project to get it exactly as you want it. This did not happen for me and there were a couple of things that went wrong with a small bathroom project even though I tried to communicate those to the on-site guys, who I don't blame at all. Nothing earth shattering, just not EXACTLY what we envisioned. But again, the craftsmanship is excellent, especially the tile work, and for the most part, we appreciate working with them. We could work with them again, but I will take the lessons of this project with me and know what I need to do on the next project.

Every worker who came into our home was very professional and as tidy as could be expected. We had old tile counter tops and backsplash replaced as well as having can lightening added in the kitchen and the old fixtures taken out. The counter tops we replaced with a quartz with I choose as Arizona Tile and by the way Capital did all the counters for them in the show room. They also installed laminate flooring in our great room and office. Just cannot tell you what a beautiful job they did. Thank you for your great workmanship. We are very satisfied customers and will use them for our remodeling of the bathroom later on.
