Capitol Construction remodeled our small but complicated kitchen, replacing old outdated tile countertops and a chipped sink with a custom quartz countertop, porcelain sink, and a beautiful tile backsplash. Thomas was our advisor and scheduler. He kept in touch and kept the project moving forward. He was great! We had a firm deadline of when the work had to be completed, and the team met it! All of the workers were courteous and did wonderful work. We would like to especially thank Aleksandr who installed the tile—he is a wonderful craftsman who meticulously tackled an extremely tricky backsplash. We highly recommend Igor, Thomas and the whole Capitol Construction team.

We were very satisfied with the work Capital Construction did on the remodel of our hall bathroom. In particular, the tile work was outstanding!!! Three different shower door companies commented to us on how great a job the tile setter (Vladimir) did. We also want to acknowledge Alik who did our estimate and oversaw our project, Thomas who helped us select our vanity top, and Roman and his crew who fabricated our vanity top. All additional workers were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Our project was completed in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Capital Construction!

Capital Construction did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. Daniel came out, gave us a bid, and explained the process to us. We felt comfortable with his knowledge and the reviews we seen online and chose to go through with them. The workers were clean and took their time to ensure quality rather than just quickly finishing the job. My wife and I are EXTREMELY pleased with the remodel of our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. We highly recommend Capital Construction. Their employees are not simply installers, their craftsmanship is a thing of beauty, and they use high quality materials and building techniques that far surpass those of the contractors we have used on our prior homes. They maintained a clean work environment, protected our home and did an incredible job at minimizing and controlling dust. They met our scheduling needs and Thomas maintained good communication keeping us well informed of the project from start to finish. We found everyone we worked with to have a high degree of integrity, and when the project was complete the estimates were exactly what we paid; there were no surprises. My wife and I appreciate quality, and the team at Capital Construction exceeded our expectations in every way.

Capital Construction completed 2 bathroom remodels for us! They completed a master bath and kids bathroom from complete demo to all remodel work including replacing windows. They did great work and very efficient. The tile work was great! Thomas was wonderful to work with, had a good communication! Would highly recommend for any bathroom remodels and will be hiring them again for more remodel work including our home!

Capital gave me bids for several projects and we decided to go forward with a relatively small but time-sensitive hardwood floor installation. They had a rep come once to explain my flooring options, and then again shortly before installation to confirm that the hardwood option we agreed on would work in the house. I also went to the showroom, so there was a lot of communication about what exactly the job was and the precise product that would go in.

But on installation day, a subcontractor came and said that what Capital had said could be installed actually couldn't because it was the wrong product (they said I could do solid hardwood planks but it really needed to be engineered). Although I had been texting Capital that day, and they knew they couldn't actually do the promised job, I never heard back from them, even after sending a follow-up email. (there were some other minor problems trying to get them to respond to messages and requests)

Because Capital was wrong about the flooring that could be installed, I wasted several weeks and had to hurry to find someone else to install the floors by deadline. And then never even heard back from them. I was referred to Capital by friends who had a good experience with them and my guess is that they're not super familiar with hardwood.

We hired them for our new construction home and they are one of the best subcontractors we have worked with on this two year new build project. They were all respectful of our property showed up on time everyday and their word is their bond. They do what they say they are going to do. They didn't require babysitting and the work was amazing. Thoughtful and professional. Polite and respectful. Words can't explain how much we appreciated working with them after almost two years in construction. These qualities are very rare in the construction industry at least with what we have experienced. they do more than flooring and if I had known that earlier we would have hired them to do more of our work. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

Outstanding! Thomas and the whole Capitol Construction team have been amazing. After comparing 3 bids, Capitol Construction was by far the most reasonable and helped us get more out our budget. Thomas's knowledge and experience helped us get way more done. We were provided alternatives to update our cabinets. They build a huge pantry, made new cabinet doors, installed countertops and faucets. Changed out old lights. They also hung mirrors and put in a new shower doors. They completely remodeled our master shower. I can't rave enough about the beautiful tile work and the detail. There are no 3rd parties at all. I was hesitant to hire a contractor but Capitol Construction is the real deal. If you are looking for straight forward pricing, expert craftsmanship, honesty and integrity you can rest easy. They will help you from beginning to end. They are still creating our dream upgrade. Once they are done, I will happily share the finished product. We are so happy we went with Capitol Construction.

Capital Construction did lvp floor installation at my house and we are super happy with their work. From office staff, estimators, to installers, Capital Construction are extremely professional. They installed my flooring, basboards, and carpets in a timely matter and adjusted to a time constraint to finish up so I could move in. They felt they cared for the customer and take pride in their finished product. Would definitely use them again on future projects.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Capital Construction. My family just finished up a few large renovation projects for our old home in a historic Sacramento neighborhood, which entailed a full renovation of our main bathroom, master bedroom, and living room. The work that they completed is high quality and was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. We found the Capital Construction crew to be very polite, professional, and great at their jobs. Their project manager, Thomas, kept in consistent communication with us. Also, typical of renovation projects on old homes, unforeseen issues arose, but Capital Construction helped us problem-solve so that we received the deliverables we wanted at a fair price.

We hired Igor and his team to fabricate and install quartz countertops in our newly renovated kitchen. From the first step of obtaining a quote to the final step of having the work done, it was as simple as can be with Capital Construction.

Their communication and helpfulness towards any questions I had was above average. They provided me with a great price and the finish product came out beautiful.

Igor was able to answer my questions on the support that I needed to build the island properly to hold the weight of the quartz before they came out for the install.
