Juan and Javier did amazing work for various the projects I brought to them. They communicated frequently and provided help and assistance when I needed to make decisions. Would hire them again when more projects need to happen.

If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive contractor, Juan is your guy. He always responds within the same day, and goes above and beyond to help. I’ve also recommended him to family, and they were happy with his work at their house too. We have an ongoing project with Juan and can’t wait for everything to be done, thank you Juan and team!

Really glad I was introduced to NorCal Construction for the remodeling of my home in the Pocket area. They did a terrific job in remodeling my house. It was done beautifully and I decided to sell the house instead of renting it out again. Hate to see another tenant destroy the house.
Jose also accommodated my short schedule to replace my flooring in my current house so we can add a pool table. The new floors were perfect and thank you for fitting me into your busy schedule.

Fantastic job and great at communicating. I had NorCal help repair some dry rot on the outside of my house. Walked around and explained the process and what it would take. Also really appreciated that he told me about some of the things we might find once we opened up the walls and how much they might cost. Fair pricing and when we did find some additional issues, they showed me first, told me the price, and confirmed I was good with the additional work. I will definitely call them again for future work.

Absolutely exceptional fencing work with noticeable attention to detail. The team at NorCal Construction did previous fencing work on my property years ago that has stood the test of time, so I did not hesitate to contact them again for additional work that they handled with ease and expertise in a single day. They did an excellent job on our stucco...and they even came back redid a part we were concerned about. They were on time always and a reasonable price

Colmenares Lath & Plaster did the stucco work on my home in 2016. A few years later, problems began appearing — and now, nearly 8 years in, I’m dealing with over 100 visible nail pops at exterior corners and severe cracking in multiple areas of the house.

When I contacted the company, they attributed the damage to "settling." During CSLB mediation, they offered to patch the issues for $7,500, but didn’t address the root cause. Based on my research and consultation with professionals, it appears the original installation didn’t follow proper standards for corner bead fastener spacing (per ASTM C1063), which likely led to this widespread failure.

It’s extremely disappointing to be left with a major repair bill and no real accountability. I’m leaving this review not out of anger, but because the workmanship didn’t hold up — and the company has not stood behind it.

If you're considering hiring this company, I recommend asking very specific questions about installation methods, codes, and long-term support.
