We used Nick and his crew to do our entire house remodel. They were great to work with. They showed up on time and ready to go everyday. Our project was completed on time like he promised and we were blown away by how it turned out. Their bid was the best of the ones we got and Nick was the most responsive of the few we did get. We would highly recommend JC construction for your home remodel needs!

For the past two years, we looked at many local contractors, and we finally found JC Construction. They recently completed remodeling our kitchen. The effort put in from demolition (including the existing drop ceiling), electrical, plumbing, painting , flooring, and backsplash installation on were very much appreciated. Nick, Mario, and the team were professional, patient, thorough, and responsive. Big shout out to David! We are pleased with both experience and the finished product. I had a very positive experience with Nik and JC construction . From the time I called them to discuss kitchen island design ( 6ft by 5ft including 1 ft over hang) to installation it was just a week. I wanted it before thanksgiving and they lived up to their word. Work was excellent. Kudos to Nik and his team. I chose the quartz counter top from msi and JC team delivered and installed the countertop top as well. All work was completed in 1d (8am to 8pm). I would unreservedly recommend them

Excellent company, quality work, project was completed on schedule. They helped me turn a very small downstairs powder room (61”x64”) into a beautiful, full ADA type bathroom with a curbless shower using the existing footprint! They took my all of my ideas and made them a reality. This was a great investment to help us age in place. I will hire JC Construction again. Nick and his crew are super trustworthy. I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth! 10/10!

Sept 2023, I had JC Construction do a complete remodel in my bathroom. (The bathroom was last done in 2004). I did not do a review at that time, because I did have a couple small issues.
The owner would come by and check on his guys that were working, and would make himself comfortable in my livingroom rocker recliner, and be on his phone sometimes 30 minutes to a hour plus. ( I did not say anything at that time because I try to be respectful. But truthfully, by his actions, I think it was disrespectful). But I left it alone.

My other issue at that time, I was told that the order had to be changed and had "to repair the sub floor and add plywood" and it would cost an extra $500.00, we did agree on $250.00 which I paid cash. However, I was later told that the plywood should have been included in the orginial estimate because there was No dry rot or anything. I really didn't know because I know nothing about building.

I loved the way my bathroom looked when they completed it. My bathroom was beautiful. I was excited and very happy. I was also just glad to have it done and to have my home back.

A couple days later after the work had been completed I found that when they cut the 2 x 4 out for the shampoo box they had actually had cut two small places through the drywall into the diningroom part of my kitchen which is on the other side of the bathroom.

Within the year in a couple places between the soaking tub and the tiled shower wall where the grout is appx 3/4 to 1 inch, each came out and the grout need repair.

The handheld shower fixture stopped working.

And Now I have a leak in my bathroom ceiling fan that was installed during the remodel. I don't know if they just installed it and did not seal it correctly or completely when they put the vent on the roof. Or what? But I have water linking out of the fan on to my floor. (I have put a bucket there until i can get someone to look at it tomorrow). I know we have gotten a lot of rain. the last couple days, but should this be leaking? Because of the rain, I don't believe so. If a job is done right.

I wonder what kind of expense, it's going to cost me to fix this too.

I will be honest. I love my bathroom it is beautiful. I take care of it, I wipe down the walls in the shower every morning etc. But when you pay $15,000 you would hope that you don't have these problems in only 2 years. Lesson learned.

JC Construction & Remodeling does great work! I had my entire kitchen revamped, a big job, that included moving water, electric and gas lines. Nick, the CEO, came to take measurements to provide an estimate which included diagrams showing the new layout of the kitchen. These diagrams are very helpful and were given without having to provide a down payment to start the project, which isn’t the case with all contractors. I appreciate Nick’s honesty in providing and recommending the best route for what I was trying to accomplish, along with his good customer service and communication throughout the process. Antonio along with the entire crew are craftsmen! Construction is laborious work, and the entire crew took pride in their project role and for my house in which they were working on. Their attention to detail and desire to do things right and with quality was much appreciated. I love my kitchen! It was a good experience, and I would recommend and use JC Construction & Remodeling again.

JC Construction remodeled two of our bathrooms. They did a quick and quality job, with each bathroom taking about 2 weeks of work to complete. Nick was helpful and accommodating and his team was considerate and professional. They were able to add ceiling fans to each bathroom and made adjustments our walls, roofs, and doors as needed. They converted our shower into a curbless design and added in grab bars and a wall mounted shower seat to aid in accessibility.

JC Construction & Remodeling took my master bathroom remodeling project at a very good price and completed the project well before the time they gave me. Great communication was had with Nick and the crew. Nick absolutely blows it away with his crew that did a Fantastic job. Nick and the JC Construction team were everything we could have asked for in a general contractor. This was our first large-scale remodel project and we were unsure about the proper approach. I received several quotes from local general contracting companies. All other companies were subpar in character and vision. Our first meeting with Nick showed his enthusiasm and love for his work. I asked a simple question at the end of each meeting with the companies I had met with. “Do you enjoy your work?” Nick was the only contractor who responded with positivity, passion, and eagerness. Nick’s fervor for his craft was represented in his design, ideas, and vision for our project.

We had a rough plan for our home remodel which included the replacement of our floors, entire kitchen, walk-in pantry, and overhead electrical. Throughout the process and planning, my wife and I grew very accustomed to Nicks catch phrase “No problem, we can do it.” Nick and his crew were cooperative, high energy, and motivated throughout the entirety of the remodeling project. Our finished project has been such a joy for my friends and family. We are proud to show the work JC Construction is responsible for.

My wife and I can be considered small-scale perfectionists. From small scratches to complete changes in the remodel, Nick continued to accommodate and stayed completely flexible to our plans. Nick and his team stayed completely motivated and positive despite any of our requests to change, add, and modify work they had already completed.

It should be noted, I had received no less than five quotes from other companies, and JC Construction provided the most competitive quote. I know Nick and the JC Construction team applied their craftsmanship and care to our home project which produced a quality and beautiful product in the end.

Nick and his crew finished the renovation on my home after my previous contractor abandoned the job. The guys were friendly, showed up on time and cleaned up after finishing the day's project. Nick's bid for the entire project was $50k lower than the previous contractor, and there was no difficulty in getting almost exactly what I wanted. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because attention to finishing detail was lacking and an error was made on the cabinet for the microwave was made, too small. Overall satisfied with the work as my home is now much more accessible for me when using my wheelchair.

We chose JC as our general contractor for a full kitchen renovation, after getting bids from 6 GCs/vendors. The price was very competitive and even included a few thoughtful amenities we didn’t originally consider. Nick and his team from JC did a fantastic job with our kitchen and created exactly what we wanted, finishing the entire job well before the estimated completion date. Each phase was handled quickly and professionally with great communication and no surprises.

The design process was excellent and very helpful to see our options and get advice on what would work best with our space (CJ, our designer, was fantastic to work with). They made sure they had all materials on hand before starting demo, minimizing our kitchen downtime. Demo was fast, and the following material installation happened in quick succession. Teams coming to the house were friendly, timely and professional. Any questions or changes needed were handled swiftly and easily over a quick call with Nick, and then put in play immediately.

Overall- we are thrilled with our new kitchen, and we would 100% use JC again in the future for any renovation needs. Highly recommended.

Started a master bath update project. Nothing major, trim and paint work. But I soon discovered the shower pan had been leaking, and the subfloor was a bit rotted. This isn’t my area of expertise, but I knew I was out of my depth. Got some bids, and picked SOLID to replace the rotted subfloor, the shower pan, shower, and the flooring. Wound up being the best decision I made! They searched to find matching tile to the existing enclosure with the tub and countertops. Replaced the plumbing, mixer valve, etc. I could never have done that work, and it looks like it was meant to be that way. We’re really happy with the result! At least now I know where to go if another “project” surprises me. Highly recommended.
