Hello my name is Christian, i’ve been meaning to remodel my bathroom for the longest time I am super proud of the work done by JC construction, on time time and professional work done. I will definitely refer them in the future to anyone who need remodeling done . Thank you JC construction.

This was my first time using JC construction and after considering 3 others, Nick was very professional responded to all of my many many calls regarding my roofing job and got me the permit which in Sacramento county can be a pain for those who know, he started on the job when we agreed , his workers were professional ,very clean and finished on time, very highly recommended as it’s hard to get a contractor to get the job without having issues like leaving the job stalled for days without explanation or adding surprise costs as i have experienced with many on the past.

JC Construction did a very nice job at our house. We had pretty extensive water damage due to a pin hole water leak behind the refrigerator in the kitchen. Got three estimates and JC was the most competitive. The work consisted in repair of drywall, flooring (laminate, tile and baseboard), painting stair handrails, kitchen cabinets, installation of wall oven, new range hood and other miscellaneous things. They completed the work quickly and with very good quality and were able to adapt to changes in work (even fixed some electrical switch issue along the way). The JC crew always arrive on time and they are vey polite and nice people. They did an excellent job with the new cabinets, the painting of the handrails and the flooring, especially the tile in the kitchen which came out very nice. They took the time to make sure everything works as it should and if anything was forgotten they promptly came back after took care after. Highly recommend JC Construction, Nick and his crew.

We had a very positive experience with JC Construction. We hired them first to do our full kitchen renovation and had such a good experience that we hired them to renovate 2 bathrooms a month later. They were very affordable and had a reliable and knowledgeable team. I plan to hire them again for future renovations.

I had a traditional tv cabinet that transformed into a chic, modern, neat, and practical at the same time. Also, I hate WIERS AND CABLES, and finally, I found JC construction to hide All the Wires 😊.

My wife and I recently moved into a home built in the 90's that needs some renovations. We decided to update our fireplace wall which involved moving the gas line, adding new electrical for the TV, and removing the outdated arch.

Nick's team is dedicated to finding the right way to handle situations as they come up. COVID issues abound with supply chain issues, they turned my 80's living space into a beautiful, open area that is functional and gets plenty of praise from family, friends, and visitors. Nick did an excellent job from start to finish! He started the job right away, one of the primary reason for going with his company. His prices and quality of work was exceptional! I was in a bind with trying to get my house on the market and he started and completed the job in one week! I’m very satisfied with the job and highly recommend JC construction for any home improvement needs.

I chose this company at the recommendation of a friend from gym who was planning to use them for their kitchen remodel.

I got estimates for my bathroom remodel from 5 different contractors (Stroy, Noor, Caldwell, GVD and Chriswell) around town. I had planned to go with Caldwell Construction because they gave the best price out of the 5 contractors but that best price did not include materials. Now here is the verbiage that got me confused, when Caldwell said I'm paying for ALL of the materials, they meant, I'm covering ALL of the materials - which includes the stuff that I don't see like concrete and drywall and mud, etc on top of the vanity, the toilet, the shower head, the tiles, etc. I thought the materials I would be covering was the stuff I can see and touch in my bathroom like the toilet or the vanity. So technically if I added up the total cost of ALL of the materials, Caldwell would have cost about the same as the other guys.

Nick from JC construction matched the quote Caldwell gave me + included the materials that went into the walls like waterproofing materials, drywall, concrete, pipes, mud, etc... AND ALSO helped me with some of the cost of the materials that were visible like the shower heads, linear drain, vanity, and the toilet.

They were also very agreeable with me when they were getting the work done - meaning they did the work that I wanted, AND the way that I wanted done. Example - the floor tiles were originally done in a staggered pattern but the tile guy came and got me half way through to make sure I liked the patterning. Because of the linear drain, there were random cuts to to make sure the declining slope worked. I didn't like it, so I asked him to redo the tiling in a linear pattern with cuts to the tiles near the drain more symmetrical. And he redid the entire section he had completed already. He asked if he could say the extra hour and a half to get the flooring done that day... That right there is customer service. And it is only one instance of how accommodating they were in the whole process.

In addition to customer service, the timeline they gave me originally was 10 weeks, they started a week in advance and finished within 5 weeks. Overall, I was able to get my bathroon renovation within my budget, with the materials I wanted, and in the timeline that was sooner than expected.

I don't normally write a review about businesses unless they really made a difference in the services rendered. These guys made the renovation process pretty stress free and ahead of schedule for me. I will be working with them on future renovations.
