Did a fantastic job remodeling our half-bath into a full bath. Expanded it into a former adjacent closet, moved the commode to the other side, which was a difficult undertaking given that there was a stairway angling over the new commode location, then added a tiled shower stall with all kinds of handicapped accessories. Project went smoothly including structural engineering

We absolutely love our new kitchen. Our project was a total tear out and remodel. We got new cabinets, quartzite countertops, appliances...the works. The Kitchen Mart staff was easy to work with and all phases went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend Kitchen Mart if you are looking for a full service contractor - cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, appliance install, countertop installation, they do it all!

I was a little disappointed with the process of my kitchen remodel. Planning and design process was great, remodel/construction was started on time as scheduled. The bulk of the work was completed by the projected end date, which was good. But I was disappointed by the lack of communication during the whole process.

There were several issues that arose over the course of the remodel. Outlets and light switches outside of the kitchen that were affected during the electrical re-wiring weren't put back; the trim for the baseboards wasn't finished, nor was anything sealed; some of the drawers didn't have handles; the freezer door was dented so much that it broke through the outside layer.

Normally, I wouldn't be that upset. Things happen, and some details can slip through the cracks. But my main problem was the lack of communication; when we brought up the dented freezer door, we were told that the workers knew that they dented it, yet we were never told until we brought it up. What would've happened if we hadn't noticed it? We were assured that the door would be replaced at no cost (which they honored), and that the rest of the issues would be addressed soon.

It wasn't until almost a month later before we heard anything back from KitchenMart, and I personally had to call the office to make sure anything was happening. Only then did I hear anything from the project manager, which was frustrating to know that I only heard back from them because I reached out. Luckily we weren't hosting anything for the holidays this past season, but I can only imagine the embarrassment if we were hosting with a partially-finished kitchen.

Eventually they came back out to fix all the issues that we had. Overall, the quality of the work is very nice, but I can't justify giving more than 3 stars for the work because of the lack of communication and the amount of time it took to be contacted about finishing the final details.

Could not be any more pleased with the professionals at Kitchen Mart and our new kitchen. They demolished (at our request) everything all the way down to the sub floor and custom built us a kitchen that is 10x more functional and 100x more beautiful. The crew were on time, professional, and skilled. We chose a complex tile pattern for the floor and it turned out so beautifully. We have had tons of compliments and we are proud to show it off. Thank you, Kitchen Mart and all of your wonderful employees.

The Kitchen Mart's secret sauce for success is the perfect combination people, process, and products! I am a crabby, old, perfectionist and had no idea how I would ever find a partner to completely remodel my kitchen and meet my high expectations. Kitchen Mart made the process of having our kitchen counters replaced very easy. The only downside was the wait time from having everything picked and planned out to installation. Scheduling was about 4-5 months out. Other than that it was great. The people in the office/show room were helpful. They communicated with us when installation got closer and explained to us what to expect. The installers were on time, friendly and courteous, made sure to protect other surfaces in our home and cleaned up after themselves.

We remodeled our kitchen in January of 2024 and it was a wonderful experience working with Kitchen Mart. Met the designer in October, chose all of our cabinets, sink, countertop, tile, etc. Our Project Manager Tim was awesome. He was always on scene to check the progress and answer questions. Also had a positive experience (and received a discount) dealing with A-1 Appliance in Rocklin, which is next door to the Kitchen Mart showroom to choose the oven, stove, fridge etc. Kitchen Mart provided a calendar with the schedule for the work, and they kept to that calendar exactly, with the entire project being completed in 3 weeks! All the guys working in our home were fantastic. We will be using them for our next project and I will never use anyone else to redo a kitchen or bathroom in the Sacramento region. It was an outstanding experience.

Kitchen Mart built a very solid kitchen island for me about ten years ago, and did a beautiful job. It still looks great. I did not hesitate to call them when I wanted the rest of my kitchen renovated. I am very impressed by the professionalism of all the employees, from the salesperson to the installers. There is no wondering when someone is going to show up. They arrive on the dot when promised. Everyone obviously has a high level of expertise, no matter their job. And the finished job is gorgeous. I am extremely pleased.
