Kitchen Mart did an amazing job on our master bath remodel! They have a bit of a backlog (since they are so good) but once they came out everything was done exactly to the schedule they gave us. Everyone was very capable and professional. The result is gorgeous! Would not hesitate to use them again and absolutely recommend them!

We are remodeling our kitchen and decided we would like to work with Kitchen Mart. We ended up being very dissatisfied with them and ultimately decided to go with a different company for two reason.

We were assigned to work with Kathy and met with her at the showroom. While there, we were talking about different materials and she said that we had a choice between plywood and particleboard. We asked if there was a difference between the two and she said that both were good, but that she would recommend particleboard. She said that it would save us money and that as long as we didn't get it wet, it would hold up just as well as plywood. However, we had heard that plywood was better so we decided on that. But, it wasn't until we did a google search later on that we discovered just how bad particleboard was, especially in a kitchen. We felt that it was extremely irresponsible to recommend such an inferior product.

Also, the estimate we were given was outrageously high. As a result, we ended up getting two other estimates from workers at other companies. Both estimates were over $30,000 less than KM for the exact same work. We also ended up telling both of the estimators that one company had recommended particleboard. They were shocked and said that they would never install particleboard in a kitchen. Kitchen Mart needs to adopt a never ever policy when it comes to particleboard and lower their prices.

We recently had Kitchen Mart remodel our kitchen and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their company, employees and work ethics. Everything was laid out in advance and we had exact dates about what was being done each day. Schedule was kept perfectly so you could plan your days around them. Their employees were very professional as well as friendly and really knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves every day which made living there during the remodel so much nicer. We especially loved our project manager, Slav. He was always available if we had a question and treated us with respect. I would highly recommend this company for any remodel projects you may have.

Each part of the process from the initial contact to the final installation was performed by a skilled professional. No outside contractors- just committed employees.

At the very end, an unexpected problem occurred, which was not part of the initial contract. Kitchen Mart sent another skilled man, who quickly took care of it without an additional cost.

I would feel very comfortable hiring this company again. We are very happy with the product and installation.

Dissatisfied!!! The exorbitant price they required did not match the low grade material they installed. Very sloppy, damages they made was not addressed until I pointed them out. They sent only one worker to work after the initial bathroom extraction. The project manager failed to send the toilet, lighting, and etc. On their appointed date they made, the project manager drifted off to Rocklin without notifying me. My replaced faucets/shower, too date, still is not working properly (lukewarm water instead of hot water). At this point, I’m very unhappy.

It does take some time to get the task done; they are very upfront about it and give a timeline and estimated timeframe. It took a few weeks to get an appointment and it is probably longer in spring and summer. I got an appointment at the beginning of December and they started doing measurements and design about 3 weeks later. The install was done in the middle of February. It took four days for my kitchen reface and I love it. I chose a stone grey laminate as I am hard on my kitchen cabinets and wanted something that would clean up easily without harming the cabinets. Painted wood cabinets don’t work for me. The installer was very informative and always calling me on the time he would arrive each day during the install. The cost was very competitive with other reface companies. We ultimately picked Kitchen Mart for their reputation and the fact they are local and don’t contract out services.

We were very impressed with Kitchen Mart. Everyone was extremely professional and polite. They stayed on schedule and called before they arrived each day. We are so happy with our new kitchen, it turned out better than we expected!

I am extremely pleased with my kitchen reface project. Kitchen Mart did a great job from start to finish. The detail to design and the precision in executing the project was top notch.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. While we didn't enlarge the footprint, it really was a complete renovation of removing and replacing all cabinets, the floor, taking down a partial wall, and relocating the sink and dishwasher from the wall to a new island. It looks so much bigger though the square footage is the same. We are also pleased with the quality of the materials. I didn't realize how flimsy our old cabinets were until the new ones were installed.

Everyone we worked with was professional, really knew their field, and listened to us to give us the kitchen we wanted. It felt like a partnership of working with them. For the most part, the kitchen was completed as I initially requested. Whenever there was a chance that there was a better option for some detail, they talked it through with us rather than just go along with the order in spite of their opinion.

There were occasional glitches, as must be expected in any project of this size; but it was always made right. The workers cared about attention to detail as much as we did. One hears horror stories about cost overruns. We exceeded our initial budget very minimally, and the increase was because of changes we requested during the process.

All the workers were friendly, polite, and respectful of our property. When they left at the end of a work day, everything was as cleared and clean as it could be given the particular phase of the project. From start to finish, I recommend Kitchen Mart without reservation.

I had a wonderful experience having my new kitchen installed by Kitchen Mart. I was working with a budget, but had specific ideas about what I wanted it to look like. They delivered big time! The kitchen is my favorite room in the house now. I'm going to have them back to remodel my two bathrooms next. Wonderful company to work with.

We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! This remodel has truly transformed my kitchen into the heart of the home, and I now enjoy cooking and entertaining more than ever.

I only have one minor issue. That I wish it was addressed more clearly to me. That is when refacing the cabinets they don't paint, stain or re-surface the inside edges of the cabinets. I knew that they did not do anything to the actual inside boxes. I just did not think about the edges until the actual boxes got refaced and I noticed the difference. When I asked about that, I could have paid extra for them to do it, but I am handy, so I just did it myself. They provided me a bit of the matching stain for free, which was super helpful. I just wish I would have known upfront, so I was not so rushed when doing it myself. Only even mention this so that it might be helpful for someone else considering refacing.
