I recently had the pleasure of working with Jaime Schulz from American Home Energy Savers for a window replacement bid at my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Jaime took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and provided clear, detailed information about the options available. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine customer care. Even though I was only gathering bids, Jaime made a truly outstanding impression. I would highly recommend AHES especially because of the excellent service he provided!

Branden visited our hime for the post installation inspection. He was friendly not just with me but with my pets. He walked me through the completed work providing step by step instructions on operating and maintaining the new electric water heater. I opted for the very affordable annual maintenance service program. Every AH team member from sales to installation to inspections are timely, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Simply the best, Jaime and his team were nothing but pleasant to work with, they were able to get my Air Conditioner moved and up and running in no time. Celeste was also a pleasure to deal with as she coordinated the scope of work. I would highly recommend AHES!

We had our roof redone and we also had insulation put in the walls and attic. They sub out with multiple contractors. The contractors did great work. We had a few issues, nothing serious. Our main problem was with regards to communication about the process and time frame. It would have been nice to know that there would be 4 different contractors plus quality assurance person days after work was completed. We needed to get our home back in order . Everyone was friendly and the work was good.

The team, Dallas & Keith, AJ & Shane, and Branden was the best! They all worked together well and each knew their job. They were efficient and the end result was a spectacular The new H-vac system works very well. My rooms are equalized and I am very comfortable. Thank you guys!

Getting a new water heater was a seamless process!. Branden was knowledgeable and thorough; I truly appreciated his professionalism and how quickly we were able to get the water heater installed.

Very glad we went with this company! We had all of our ducting replaced and new insulation put in the attic. Their communication was excellent, they were honest, fast and efficient. After we got the quote they came out within a week and did all of the work, then scheduled the final inspections the following week. We had to reschedule the inspections due to a family emergency and they were easy to get ahold of and rescheduled with no issues. Would definitely recommend them!

Recently I had a gas water heater that was located in the interior of my home removed and a new electric hybrid heater installed outside in a water heater closet. I also had a whole house salt water filter system installed. I was very impressed through out the entire project with the quality and professionalism of the intire staff.
Shout out to Jaime for always listening to my concerns, addressing them and resolving them. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with.

Pleasure to work with this company. We had them replace a window. Clinton came for the estimate and helped us find a reasonably priced fix. It took two weeks for the materials to arrive, then they arranged for installation. A QA check was arranged prior to requesting payment. The office staff were also helpful and friendly. We will use them again as needs arise.

From start to finish, everyone at AHES has been friendly, engaging and professional. I had insulation blown into several sun-soaked walls. It could've been a hot mess, but the workers left the spaces as clean as they had been. The sales guy gave me technical but understandable answers on services and their benefits, but he wasn't at all pushy. The scheduling guy gave me even more detailed answers to my many questions. And quality control guy was engaging and a pleasure to talk with, and made sure I was satisfied with the whole process.
A very good experience overall... and my house is now better protected from extreme temperatures.

The entire experience of having our home landscaped and painted was more than what I expected. Jamie was extremely professional as he had visited our home twice, once last year and this year, just to make sure if things were okay and we wanted to go along with the project. On his second visit, my wife and I had decided to go through the process of having our home painted , adding new siding, and having our entire front yard landscaped for artificial turf. The job came out spectacular. Although my wife and I are going to install the artificial turf ourselves, the completed project was more than what we expected. We were happy that Jamie stuck by our side and gave us all the information we needed in order for us to have a remodeled looking home , something we can be proud of for many years to follow, thank you Jamie, and the entire team that brought our house back to life.

I decided to take advantage of the SMUD rebate program to convert my gas water heater to electric. I’m very satisfied with the installation of the new electric heat pump water heater. Everything from the consult with Nik, the installer AJ and the inspection with Branden was professional and seamless.

Project started October 2023 and ended this month (February 2024) with minimal interruptions due to the Holidays & severe weather conditions. The crew are mostly reliant, hardworking & very respectful during and after each project. The payment plan is very reasonable which allow us to pay over a 3 year period with 0% interest. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has home/property maintenance needs.
