I thought the business was very good. Everyone was very nice and professional. Alex's team was very good with the windows. I don't remember the name of the team who worked on the roof, but they were also very good. Everyone checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns; both teams were very communicative and friendly.

The install crew was courteous, punctual, professional and cleaned up before they left. Branden is pleasant and professional. The work looks great, thank you American Energy Savers.

Jaime and his team were very professional, goes above and beyond with their work. Ben did well in scheduling and coordinating things for us. Freddy and his team were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves all the time. I highly recommend this company for any project you need. Thank you American Home Energy Savers!

We are extremely satisfied with all of the work completed (insulation, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, sink install, flooring). The company representatives were very helpful and thorough, the jobs were well coordinated, and the various contractors were true professionals and the best in their fields.

Recently, American Home Energy Savers changed out my old gas (heater) HVAC system and installed a new heat pump package unit. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional, polite and easy to work with. They completed the installation in two days and took care of all of my concerns without a problem. The heat pump, while only a few days old, appears to be operating in a more efficient way than my old unit. I am very pleased with AHES, their employees and the job they did. I will be using them again for other projects.

American Home Energy Savers coordinated excellent service for my property and installed new attic insulation. There were several issues with the third-party install crew but American Home Energy Savers stepped in and fixed everything without issue. I absolutely love AHES and definitely recommend them for your home renovation. A+

We had an excellent experience with American Home Energy Savers. Installation of our new electric panel and water heater went smoothly, and customer service (Branden in particular) was great! We highly recommend them!!!

American Home Energy Savers (AHES) is an above and beyond general contractor in all areas, of which we experienced many, including: 1. New heat pump HVAC, ducting, insulation, registers and fine touches such as return grill and more. 2. New heat pump water heater and associated plumbing and electrical. 3. New sewer line (not liner, excavated and new pipe) house to county. 4. New upgraded (from underground SMUD) Siemens 200-amp electric service panel. 5. Landscaping: A. 150 feet French Drain system top notch materials, B. Backyard DG, C. Redone front yard with rock, D. Over 50 plants and drip system, E. New (amazing) side yard gate and RV Gate, F. New public right of way sidewalk and gutters and multiple concrete slab repairs, routing of roof gutters, and similar, G. Large, will last a lifetime, redwood raised bed that will never collapse. 6. Investigated potential leak in shower. 7. Repaired stucco from panel and shower leak investigation. 8. Repaired various parts of the roof and gutter system. I know I am missing some things, but all of this was great and kept us coming back for more (I still asked others for competitive quotes, but the price and quality could not be beat).

Whenever I had questions or desires, they were answered and provided. Furthermore, I know that AHES will be here for me if there is ever a problem with any of the work and they will stand by it. They were always on time and informative!

I will be going back to AHES for future work, which I can think of some already when we can afford it. :) I will miss seeing all the people that make AHES great, including but not limited to: Jaime, Ramiro, Ray, Isacc, Jose, Freddy, Michael, Rojelio, another Jose, Ben, Luke, Gabby, Branden, Eric, and many others!! A lot of thanks to the AHES teams from the office to the field, excellence is their aim and great value, workmanship, quality products, and great customer service are the results! Excellent service and a lot of care in the details! We made so many changes to what we wanted and/or needed that we expected them to run away screaming, but they remained everso professional and extremely helpful in our decision making. The service was impeccable from start to finish, checking in with us periodically to make sure we were happy with the work being done. We had our siding done a beautiful paint job, a new fence with drivway enclosure replaced and our front yard prepped for artificial grass. We are beyond ecstatic with the results and if given the opportunity, will choose them again.

Jose Jaramillo from American Home Energy Savers did an excellent job installing our heat pump water heater. He was professional, friendly, and experienced. He had to work in a tight space, yet was confident and flexible. Very happy with the installation process and service. Great job!

Typical home depot

Nobody care here for help here don’t come bad staff

I do not know how Home Depot survives. Their customer service has always sucked. They have a piss poor training program. I have no idea how they survive.

I typically have great experiences at home depot but today it took over 45 minutes and multiple requests to get assistance to the lumber department only to find out the saw was broken.

If I were to assign a grade to the Window installation project I had with this home depot it would be a D-. From the very beginning I was given the runaround. In the store an associate told me that homedepot did not do window retro-fits. He was wrong and thankfully the assistant manager at the store was able to get the project started for me.

My project coordinator was polite but it was very frustrating trying to get clear information on what was going on with my project. 1st there was a delay in the permitting. Then, when we had an install date scheduled, there was a mix up with the contractor and it had to be rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. On the day of the appointment for install I was notified the window had arrived damaged and had to be reordered. I got the confirmation of it's reorder 2 weeks after I was notified of the damage. Why wasn't it reordered on THE DAY it was found damaged instead of 2 weeks later? All of these delays and communication failures resulted in the project taking over 2 months to complete. This duration of time is completely unacceptable.

Separately, the men who physically carried out the install were professional and quick about their work. Unfortunately they did leave a hammer dent in the wall near the window. It would have been easier to forgive had the man owned up to it and offered to try and fix/patch the wall he damaged. In the future, I would not use homedepot contractor services for a window or door installation project, neither would i recommended a friend use homedepot for their projects
