Called Servpro they assisted me with a water loss at my home. My Project Coordinator Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Will recommend in the future.

I want to thank Servpro of Citrus Heights rebuild department for doing a great job on our home that had water damage.
Mike, Dennis and Luis the construction technician did a great job, putting our house back together for us.

Having an unexpected water leak while on vacation is what a homeowner's nightmares are made of, so when we returned home to find just that, we were lost. I made several calls to people to come mitigate the water and mold damage that we found. Servpro was fast, responsive, and professional in the mitigation of the water and mold. Now, we had the unexpected remodel of our kitchen. They do the restoration too! So based on the mitigation experience we doubled down and went with ServPro for the restoration as well. They were responsive, communicated well, within budget, went above and beyond, and were honest. I include honesty because we were at work and school for much of the rebuild.

Some people to point out were the project Manager Mauricio who communicated very well and was always responding to my texts and calls. Preston did incredible work and went above and beyond. Luis was a hard worker with Mike, Doug, and Dennis.

It's not fun when an unexpected remodel happens. It requires a lot from you and your family. Servpro's only downfall was over a 3 month process I probably encountered about a 2-week delay by larger clients having emergencies. This sucks when you are living in a construction zone, but the delay was communicated and explained in detail. It wasn't hidden and I wasn't treated like I didn't deserve to know about the delay. This gave me respect, dignity, and allowed me to plan. Thank you!

Washing machine overflowed while I was out running errands, made a huge mess in the hall and into the bedrooms, called several water damage companies and had no luck, ended up calling Servpro and spoke with Alexandra Thompson, she was able to get me scheduled in right away and was very courteous and understanding of my concerns. I wish I had called her first right off the bat, I know who my first call will be from now on! Thank you Servpro and thank you Alexandra!

The crew came in the same night during a big storm and immediately started cleaning up the flood that had occurred in our kitchen due to a water line break. They placed fans and dehumidifiers that night and started to pack all of my kitchen drawers the next day, boxing everything and wrapping everything carefully with packing paper. The crew was friendly and super helpful and I really appreciated them packing up everything for me and protecting all of my furniture and belongings.

My team Steven, Louis, & Dennis were great. They were very professional and did a quick job to get my damage fixed in a timely manner. They were here everyday working hard. They have it ready for the next team to come in for their replace process. The team and Daniel the manager explained the process to me
and what to expect. Even the office kept me informed of when they would be here. I would recommend this Servpro office to anyone who needs help they are great to work with.

I went on vacation and came back to a busted water heater pipe and a soaked carpet, not the way I wanted to end a vacation! I called Servpro because I had heard great things about them, Alexandra Thompson answered the phone and was able to get a team out right away! Can’t say enough good things about Servpro! We woke up in the middle of the night to water all thought our house. Servpros dispatcher was able to help us get connected with Alexandra very quickly! She was beyond amazing to help walk us through the next steps. Her crew arrived quickly and got right to work. We appreciated how we were always kept updated as to what was going on and answered all of our questions with patience, understanding & support! The crews on site daily were amazing too! Servpro really took care of my elderly father’s place after some water damage. They did a great job on repairs, returned every phone call, and answered every question. We came home to water running from our house into the garage on a Sunday late afternoon. Total nightmare. We called Servpro straight away - after getting the go ahead from our insurance company (which only took a short while) the Servpro team came to our rescue. Talk about nice people that went above and beyond - on top of being very nice, and very knowledgeable. We “hosted” the team for about ten days. I just want to give a shout out to 3 people that worked on our house reconstruction from Servpro...Mauricio, Evan and Doug. Mauricio supervised the job. His follow-up was amazing. He constantly kept us informed of what was going on and what the next step was. He was easy to talk to and explained everything very well. He always called before he came to the house, he was always polite, professional and on time. He kept the job moving along smoothly. Couldn't ask for a better representative for the company. Evan and Doug did all the priming, painting, minor repairs and basically put everything back together like it never happened. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased.
