The men who helped me did an amazing job! Paul, Anthony and Rafael were all very helpful and careful when it came to my things. They were patient as well! Amazing customer service! I recommend them to anyone who is going through fire damage or any type of damage to their home! They even went as far as unclogging my drain when it was pouring. Perfect job!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Everyone was so kind and efficient. They did a great job cleaning and taking out all our insulation. I was shocked to see what goes into that. It’s a big process. I also wanted to say something about their character and compassion. Sadly, I am disabled and have a rare chronic disease (CRPS) that causes 24/7/365 pain and I informed them of my issues and how their machines/vibrations would cause pain. They worked with me. I really want to say I appreciate how kind your crew was In terms of my health and comfortability with my disease and the noise. They were all very considerate and kind and helped me every step of the way. They even brought me my string cheese snacks because the way to my kitchen was blocked off! They allowed me to hide away from the noise and warned me every time the loud machines were going to be running. You don’t often see such compassion in business. Thank you Sam & Anthony! All of you guys were so great! And Mae! She’s the pinnacle of customer service and help! If you hire this crew you’ll get great customer service, efficient work and crew and beautiful results! Servpro of north Sacramento has the best service. Tyler and Alex picked up equipment and where very professional and polite. Mae from the office and Tim were also very help with everything really nice. Alberto and Fernando did the demo and they where also very professional and clean did a really great job. Overall really pleased with everyone’s work, would really recommend Servpro or north Sacramento.

Servpro has the best team ever. We are so happy we were able to work with them from beginning to end. At every phase they explained their process and kept us up-to-date on the project. They are very friendly and even took the time to make our fur babies comfortable with their presence. Very professional group of guys.

Just an amazing team, from the beginning they were commensurate professionals, not only did they quickly come in to set up and mitigate damage from a blow support line, they offered service as if we were like family. The team cam in and helped pack our belongings and were beyond helpful in making sure our belongings were taken care of as their own, Anthony, Brandon, Jackson, Tim, and Jasmine to name a few were exceptional though this whole process in getting our home ready for repairs!

I went through Servpro to perform mitigation in my house for water damage. When I first called them I was really impressed with how knowledgeable, calm, and helpful Pam was with walking me through the process. Anthony and the team packed all my belongings up with care and kept me informed of project progress. Overall extremely professional, friendly, fast, and flexible! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area for mitigation work.

Henry and Alex were my technicians for mitigation and both were extremely responsive and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Having a large insurance claim, secondary to water damage, is very stressful, but ServPro and their team have worked diligently with me to ensure the process went as smooth as possible. Very thankful for all their help thus far.

My first time to use their services. By far, excellent company and quality people from Production Manager Anthony Nevarez to Roberto & Fernando then Alex and Tyler, of course Steven Hang. I have to make this review because i messed up in the company provided client satisfactory survey. All work and service done as advertised, courteous and considerate staff. The people mentioned above deserve 10 in all aspects of service, they deserve commendation which is much more meaningful if the commendation is tied with financial compensation and promotion.

Had a washing machine leak in March 2024.
Non-official verbal estimate was 1-2k. Customer service was fine.
After the carpet drying was completed (there was no sheet rock work or pulling baseboards needed).. Just drying! The final billing was $4900.

We Called this company SERVPRO of north Sac, my call was answered immediately by the office manager Pam, and then Anthony Came out to our home within an hour to help with water leakage. His team was super helpful and were really present to work with. They made sure to pay attention to small details that i never would have realized were affected from the loss, but he walked me through the entire process.

Once all of the mitigation was done, I didn't feel comfortable with the repair company that was sent out by the insurance, I gave Sam a call, and his company helped out again. They were able to start right away, and worked with the insurance to make sure that my place was fully restored, Just as we wanted.

100% Recommend this company and especially Sam, He was a great guy to work with.

Tremendous experience. EXTREMELY trustworthy. Worked with Henry the area manager and very transparent and honest. Felt extremely safe. Jason and Brian did an immaculate job on time. Could not be happier and relieved. I worked with Steven on the phone as well. Great follow up and reliabilty from whole staff.

My ceiling was leaking on 2/9/24 and Servpro was contacted by my insurance company. I was called back promptly (15-20 minutes) notifying me that they would send someone same day. Alex and Jason arrived at my house in the evening and did the inspection. They checked my roof and attic to see what was causing leak and for moisture levels. They handled everything with much professionalism and contacted his Supervisor when I had additional questions on the whole process. Alex explained his findings and we were able to resolve my issue. Highly recommend for any issues with water leaks. They will take good care of you!!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the remediation work done at my house following water intrusion into a living room wall. The work itself was excellent but what I really appreciated most was the clear communication from Fernando and Henry as they dug into the house to determine the extent of the damage. They were both very professional and friendly throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Anthony was great with his team making the whole situation professional and easy for everyone involved. Albert was sensitive to what I was dealing with and listened to what I was asking for in the clean up of a whole house full of stuff! Everyone cleaned excellently to our satisfaction and they were pleasant to work with. Thanks again sincerely for a professional job with no problems which now days is hard to find.

We had them come out to do a deep clean on an empty house, and to do the windows on our house. They (Alberto, Elisa, Roberto, Fernando) did a *fantastic* job. I especially liked that they called us every day to let us know when they were coming, and they let us know when they were taking lunch, and leaving. Very friendly, very hardworking. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

After a water pipe burst in the wall between our family room & guest bath Servpro came in to remove all the damage done.and set up for repairs .We found them to be very dependable, organized and thorough. My toilet flooded my house, my insurance told me they use ServePro North (for my area) and I called in and they were at my house in an hour, accessing the damage, explaining things and the process to me. They worked well together and missed nothing, over the next month, they were in and out, doing various duties that come with water damage. Henry guided me through every step of the stressful process. His team was wonderful!
