I cannot recommend A-1 enough! Daniel did an amazing job and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process after we called him regarding a leak in our ceiling. He told us the worse case scenario and came back to assess the situation. After he looked he let us know that there was not much damage and he could take care of it quickly. He gave us a great price. It is hard to find people to trust and this company is a trustworthy one. They were so professional and kept everything clean. They made sure there was no trace they had been there. Awesome company!

Truly great customer service and fair pricing. I had some bad water damage at my house. The first quote I received was not only super expensive, but the guy couldn't start for over a week. When I called A1, Daniel answered and came over right away. Gave me an estimate of more than half of what the other company wanted to charge. We had a deal. He started that day. This is important when it comes to water damage because the longer you wait, the worse it gets. He communicated well throughout the project. I'm impressed. Would recommend!

A-1 Pro just finished up a big project at my house in Rancho Cordova. We had an upstairs bathroom leaking into a downstairs ceiling, and (separately), a downstairs toilet that had leaked all over a floor that had soaked up into the drywall. A-1 Pro did EVERYTHING for us from initial diagnosis to demolition, tenting off and air scrubbing, cleaning and sanding, and then reconstruction (lumber, drywall, base boards, new flooring, plumbing, toilet replacement, electrical, repainting - everything!). Daniel and his team are really talented people with a commitment to excellence, job site cleanliness, and attention to detail. With the demolition, drying, cleaning and reconstruction finished, there's literally no sign that there was ever any water damage. It was also really affordable and completed very quickly. I definitely recommend A-1 Pro.

Daniel, Joel, and Mario were an absolute blessing throughout this entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we were already feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but when our flooring guys discovered mold in one of the rooms, that excitement quickly turned into stress. Phenomenal work speed and excellent prices. Highly recommended. A-1 unclustered a huge mess left by squatters in my rental. I though it was going to take several months they did it in 1/4 the time I was expecting. It’s so hard finding crews that want to work and do good work. These are the guys to call for everything from demo to finishing.

Unfortunately, over half of our house was flooded ten days before Christmas last year. The flooding came from our next door neighbors in-ground pool and their decision to empty the stagnant water out of it by pumping it out through the hose, which was laid across their yard right up to approximately six inches from our fence. The water poured from their hose into our side yard overwhelming our drainage system which was only two years old.
My husband and I woke up to approximately 3 inches of water on our hardwood floors and over 2 ft of damage to the walls. Due to the age of our house it had to have a lead and asbestos inspection which ended up testing positive for both. Daniel handled everything professionally and reassured me he would take care of everything. During the restoration process he helped me with measurements and was very dependable.
The entire experience was an emotional and financial challenge and I am so grateful I had Daniel and his crew to
help us through every step of the process.
There was no need for us to seek different companies or estimators for the different aspects of the job. Daniel’s prices were very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. My husband and I are in our 70’s and this ordeal was so challenging for us because we didn’t have anyone who could help us when we had to pack up everything in the house and move it into a pod. Then we had to move in with our oldest son for two months and if it weren’t for Daniel and his crew helping us, I don’t know what we would have done.

A-1 did an outstanding job recovering my home to an even better state than before my flood. Worked with my insurance company to make everything work! Highly recommend!

I highly recomment A-1 Pro PR for demolition needs. The communication was great, getting the quote and scheduling the work. The work was completed promptly as planned and cleanup of debris was great.

I highly recommend Daniel! We had a mystery water leak in the wall of our second bedroom. The wall was damaged, but before it could be fixed, the roofers had to come out and remove some roof shingles so Daniel and his crew could fix the leak (otherwise our roof warranty would be violated). Daniel was able to help me coordinate this with the roofers, which was no easy task. Daniel and his crew found water damage in a section of the wall. They removed the section, and then removed (abated) the mold, and restored the wall, including matching the difficult texturing on that is on our walls. The baseboard also had to be replaced, and it turns out we have custom baseboards. Daniel went out of his way to find someone who would make the baseboard for us, and then he sent one of his guys to install and paint it.

All of the work was top notch. Daniel and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and did outstanding work. In addition, we originally sought out three estimates, and Daniel was, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable of the three. I hope we don't have water damage or mold issues in the future, but if we do, I know we will be calling Daniel at A1 Pros!

I just moved into a brand new home and the first load of laundry (2nd floor) flooded causing a bunch of water damage. It was beyond stressful and I got multiple quotes from water restoration companies. Daniel by far was the most fair price, he was the only one who explained everything in detail and he did everything he could to minimize the demolition while also following standards and making sure all damage was repaired and dried out adequately. He was interested in helping me out, hearing me out, and was very professional. Very happy with his services and would definitely recommend him!

I had a Satellite Dish on a tall pole that was leaning and needed to be removed ASAP. A-1 Pro came out and removed it the same day as it was very windy and the pole was swaying in the wind. Daniel was very professional and for safety purposes secured the pole so it would not hit the neighbors house as it was being removed. I highly recommend A-1 Pro for any services they provide.

I recently discovered A-1 Pro Property Services while searching for a company to help me do some work in my yard on a house I just purchased and was remodeling. I had some issues with the elevation, major drainage issues, concrete that needed removing and help with moving some plants (saving them) while in the process of demo.

I called many companies but A-1 Pro Property Services stood out. The companies Yelp & Google reviews were stellar. I kept noticing a pattern in the reviews on how helpful and awesome it was to work with Daniel. After reaching out to A-1 Pro Property Services almost immediately Daniel contacted me back and set up a visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by his fast response and willingness to help me reach my goals for the yard. He was on time, helpful, very professional and his “go to” attitude won me over. I hired him soon after his site visit. He immediately sent me the estimate online and made it very easy to manage the start and payment process.

The customer service was exceptional, as Daniel kept me updated throughout the entire process. In one example, I had a question about my plants and how I could move them during the demo to keep them alive. He was incredible by making it possible to transfer them to a safe area in my yard and save them. As a gardener, I was super happy to be able to save my plants that would have otherwise had to be destroyed. He even helped remove a very small concrete pad on my porch that he didn’t charge me to do.

In most cases they was less expensive and Daniel’s willing to work with me on my budget made it such a great experience. Great work by Daniel and the team at A-1 Pro. Had a water intrusion issue that they were able to come out, provide a good estimate and get started within a couple days. They helped fix the root of the problem and address a couple other trouble spots. Highly recommended.

We had the best experience with Daniel at a-1 pro property services! We had a big plumbing leak that could have been disastrous. Daniel came out quickly and assessed the situation and gave us a very competitive quote. We were impressed with the professional equipment they had to identify all of the wet areas. They were able to start right away. They removed the wet drywall, identified the leak and dried everything out. Once they determined all was dry ,they put in all new insulation, drywall, texture and paint. Now I can't even tell anything ever happened! The texture matches perfectly and everything looks excellent. I can't believe how smoothly everything went. Thank you!!
