I will highly recommend Patrick and his team for the top notch service they provided for water leak in two bathrooms in my rental property. From the very first day from finding the cause of leakage to completing the remediation Patrick always kept me in the loop on the progress of the remediation. He was very professional dealing with my tenants and always much sure my tenants felt comfortable during the cause of remediation. Patrick also did his best to finish the remediation in a timely manner to minimize the inconvenience to my tenants.

Patrick and his team were the best! We discovered a mold problem in various places of our home that needed remediation. Patrick was quick to respond to our needs and handled the full job from remediation to rebuild in a very professional and timely manner. He was super easy to communicate with via text, which I really appreciated, and he kept us informed of all the updates on our home throughout the two week project. He was also fairly priced and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone with restoration needs!

Inconsiderate construction company that cares very little for the community it's working in. Jackhammers at 7am 4 days out of the week for a year is enough to drive anyone insane. Water was also shut off without proper warning. Was promised compensation, then promptly forgotten for three months until I asked for it.

The employees don’t practice safe driving habits. During their work on the stretch of Arden between Morse and watt, one of the employees hopped parking lots at Arden Middle school DURING SCHOOL HOURS driving up onto the sidewalk divider in an effort to avoid traffic congestion at the awful intersection known as Arden and Watt. It happens again I’m posting pictures and taking truck numbers. Do better.

These guys/gals are some serious pile driving mofo's! You need pile... they'll drive it. You have the most miserable spot to get to... they'll still do it. Their head Super loves/enjoys ridiculous sites! Heck, you want to stave off the rising ocean levels, they'll Drive pile in the ocean if you call em!! These guys/gals are #1 in my book!

Unfortunately, my house flooded. I worked with Kayla and she is amazing!! She took care of all my needs and was very responsive. SERVPRO cane in right away to do an evaluation, sent the information to my insurance company and set up an appointment to pack out my house and take to storage as fast as they were able to. My property is still in storage with them while my house is repaired. I am sure I will get the same great service when my items are packed back in.

While out of town I had a toilet overflow with sewage in my master bath. Had my daughter call SERVPRO who responded within a few hours to clean up the sewage, which had also seeped into my bedroom and hallway. The remediation team was out in 4 days to start the demolition. Anthony was very responsive to my concerns and the need to be able to remain in my bedroom. His team was prompt and courteous over the next week of demo and preparation to ensure the job was done thoroughly - the inspector passed it on his first inspection. Thank you SERVPRO for a great job!

Henry, Roberto and Danil were very professional. They protected the area that needed to be removed with thick plastic taped up to the walls. So the rest of the house would not get effected. Removed everything fast and professionally cleaned up. Was informative of what they were going to do and when they would be back. Even May, the receptionist was very polite. I would definitely recommend them 💯

My washing mashing decided to overflow and flooded my entire home. ServePro was there the SAME DAY. Anthony was my project lead and was super communicative and timely with all of the water mitigation. Tim helped out a ton and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dylva was sooo nice and friendly as she did my initial inspection and even nice to my pups too. Kyadijah was in training and wow she picks things up quickly - great addition to the team. Tray and Sara also helped out with packing out the house and all of the demo work - they were always courteous and respectful. The entire team handled my belongings with care and were prompt in their service. Highly recommend this rockstar team of professionals.

I phoned ServPro to inquire about the water damage in my home. They dispatched a crew to investigate the problem. When Henry, Sam, and Reborto arrived, they were really professional and attentive. They went over all of the procedures in great detail. After filing the insurance claim, the ServPro staff assisted in understanding all parts of the reservation. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete all tasks in a safe manner.

Big thanks and props to ServPro North! The teams did an amazing job, arriving on time the day of the accident, and quickly getting into damage control. They were very efficient and professional in dealing with the situation. They worked very well with my insurance company and were responsive to my calls. I would highly recommend them.

This team made a great response to our massive water damage emergency. They conducted professional services, including water removal, drying, dehumidification, mold detection, packing our stuff, demolition, and negotiating with our insurance company. Anthony (manager) and Faith arrived within 2 hours after we called on Saturday morning. Anthony (manager) is responsive and very knowledgeable about all the issues. Faith, who said she was at the gym when received our emergency call:), is caring, and she eased our stress on the first day of our water damage. Henry is communitive and meticulous.

For all other staff that I don't know their names, they are all professional, hardworking, thoughtful and have positive energies. I definitely recommend them.

I'd like to thank ServPro for taking great care of us. We had a small leak from the tub of the upstairs bathroom that damaged the ceiling of our downstairs living room. Henry from ServPro was out quickly to assess our situation. Tyler and Maria were in shortly after setting up the containment and machines. Both Tyler and Maria were extremely kind and very professional. We are very happy with the service ServPro provided and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Came same day I called them. Henry and Danny came to set up and were very professional. Went into detail about exactly what they were going to be doing. Set up all the equipment and took their time to do it right. Roberto and Alberto came 5 days later to verify that everything was dry. they were very professional and clean. They removed all equipment and were very efficient. I hope I never need to call them again, but if I do, I will contact Servpro.

It has taken me a long time to write this. Hopefully the same owners don't own this business.
At the time, it was SH & Sons dba Servpro of North Sacramento, and the contact person was Hiba.
I had a fire in 2017. I hired Hiba and her Servpro crew to pack up my belongings, clean and store them. We were not able to move back for 8 months.

We received our clothing smelling like fire and chemicals. Very strong smelling chemicals that made me sick. I had to rewash everything before we wore them.

They returned our things after 8 months. Every box I opened was damaged and dirty items. Nothing was cleaned. Things were just thrown in together and still covered in soot. Candles thrown in loose with my purses, covered in melted wax. Boxes with random broken things mixed together. We had to throw out half of it. It was devastating. They packed our cupboards full of dishes and things, which were not cleaned, instead of wrapping them up properly and packing them. Expensive china pieces were missing. I guess maybe they broke those pieces and never told me, otherwise I don't know what happened to the missing china. They broke my special wedding champagne flute.

It was such a traumatic time period, coupled with the other contractor who frauded us, I didn't have the energy to try to deal with Servpro of North Sacramento. I sincerely hope someone else operates this now.

It caused a huge financial burden and undue stress for my family, plus the chemicals made me ill for months.

Excellent work by Jose our project manager. They came in after another company almost ruined everything and turned it around. Kayla at the office kept us informed and happy with her scheduling. Anthony and his wizardry with their fact gathering tools. But Jose is the star here. Professional, friendly, informative and great with his helpers. You can always tell quality people by how they treat their staff. He doesn't order them around, he mentors all of them with respect. Very old fashioned way of doing things that I wish everyone would follow again. I can't recommend this company enough. They gave my wife and I peace of mind, and a mold free house back with minimal disruption and cost. Can't find a thing to complain about. Everything was top notch.

Anthony and his crew were amazing! Our church offices , kitchen, one classroom and another multipurpose building had significant water damage from the winter storms. Anthony came out did an inspection and soon after his team came out and did an excellent job of cleaning and ridding us of dangerous mold as well as made arrangements for another team for the unexpected asbestos removal. We highly, highly recommend using them.

We have used ServPro of North Sacramento a few times and they are always prompt and excellent in the services they provide. We had a water leak and they were amazing to work with. Today Henry and Faith came out to remove the flooring and baseboards in my laundry room. They were above professional and gave stellar work. Thanks!
