A1 Pro Property Restoration is awesome! My tankless water heater leaked through my attic and caused quite a bit of damage to my ceiling and surrounding wall. Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn’t tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn’t need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn’t realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we’re so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I’m definitely recommending them to friends and family.

I’m a first time home buyer and I needed to get some work done in my backyard. The house was great but the backyard was a mess . There was an old shed that needed to be removed and a lot of junk from the previous owners . I was alittle nervous to contact someone to come and remove the shed and junk since I’m a new home buyer and I never had to do this before but when I went to search on Google, A1 pro property services popped up and I gave the company a call. I was really impressed with the customer service and I was able to get someone to come out the next day. Daniel came and he removed the shed and all the junk. He was friendly and professional. This company responded quickly to my request to respond to a mold problem. They were professional and on time with appointments. I was greatly satisfied with the work that was done. They set up barriers to self contain the work area and cleaned up the area and waste from the mold. Price and efficiency were very good. I highly recommend this company.

I had been dragging my feet deciding what to do with a very old and broken down in-ground pool that was taking up our entire backyard for some time... I finally contacted a few contractors to demo it and right away Daniel became the front runner. He was so professional, clear and communicative from day one.
While other contractors came, took a quick look at the pool, and gave me a ballpark quote, Daniel took detailed measurements, asked us questions about our expectations, could give us a general time frame and finally a detailed quote and contract THE SAME DAY. He was great with handling the permit process with the city and county himself, and he helped us with the small parts we were responsible for. He started the project the moment he could, always making us feel like a priority. He was totally on top of things the entire time, and he and his team were always respectful and courteous.

Highly recommend A-1 Pro Property Services - they did a great job on my landscaping project! They were able to tear out my entire front lawn, dump all the removed sod, and level and compact a 12x12 section in front of my home to prepare it for pavers to go in. They knocked this out in a day with no issues, and were very easy to work with from quote through close of project. Definitely check them out!

Our homeowners association hired A-1 Pro Property Services to remove the old furnishings from our clubhouse. Two sets of sofas and love seats and upholstered chairs. Daniel and his crew were very friendly, personable and hard-working. If I could give ten stars, I would. Daniel and his team were outstanding in resolving my water/mold problem. I had an unfortunate situation in my kitchen that required water and mold remediation service. Daniel came and assessed the situation. He and I had a meeting of the minds and the next day his crew came and tackled the problem. The damage was extensive and Daniel kept me informed every step of the way, sending me pictures, salvaging what he could, explaining what he found, and applying treatment to remove the mold. The area was tented, vented, dehumidified, dried and the air scrubbed. The area passed a mold test.

I believe Daniel is a fair, honest, and reliable expert in his field. He is personable and is his crew. I especially appreciate his use of technology that allowed him send work orders, invoices, texts and other communications directly to my phone and computer to facilitate signatures and document the work. I always knew when he was coming over, where the process stood, and what the next steps were. That allowed me to relax a bit during a very stressful time.
