We had water damage and Daniel and his crew were at our property within an hour or 2 of calling them. They handled the initial water mitigation, as well as the demo and reconstruction. Daniel walked us through everything step by step and was always available to answer our questions. He is very knowledgeable in working with insurance companies and what they need for submitting a claim. He had crews of workers for demo, for drywall, for paint, repairs- whatever we needed, he took care of. I cannot recommend Daniel and A-1 Pro Property Restoration enough. Our experience was excellent and we would hire him again in an instant.

Daniel and his team came out last minute during a bunch of home renovations and got the work done that I needed. He found black mold in a window that was leaking and came out and got the entire job done in two days! I highly recommend using Daniel and his team! Daniel and his team are honest and hard working!

Was not pleased with the service that we got or didn't get from them. It saves so much money to just do it yourself, even if you have to learn along the way than using this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needed this type of servcie.

This company has helped me in so many ways that took away the stress and worry about starting a company in the construction industry. At first, I was just going to do use them for getting my license. However, the program was so effective in passing my test and getting my license In a quick period of time that I used them to help with other parts of building my business. I would refer them to anyone I know that is interested in pursuing a business in construction.

This company is a complete SCAM!!! Lynn Salmon is completely incompetent and does not understand the state requirements for contractor licenses. In addition, all of the advice we received from her was completely INCORRECT! Do not waste your time with this company; I do not recommend them for any services they offer, especially Colorado Contractor licensure.

Our contractors License needed to be renewed in a hurry. Lynn Salmon was extremely easy to work with. After communicating everything we needed to accomplish and in such a short amount of time, Lynn assured me that she could handle everything. I had many questions for her throughout the entire process and I'm sure she was annoyed with me by the time we finished, but she never gave up in providing all the important details I needed, questions answered, and making sure we didn't miss anything along the way. Not even sure where to start. Was introduced to these guys (most specifically Patrick Hau) after we needed some work done when we had a water issue, and such a good experience we had him do a couple more projects that had needed to be done. I was able to relax/not stress, focus on work and life, and know it was all getting done right.
