Rapid response from SERVPRO Team to the damaged caused to several rooms in the house by the recent rain storm. Demolition Team was on-site quickly, explained what they were going to do and how long the Demo and Drying process would take. Excellent communication from Henry (Mgr) and the team via emails-phone calls-texts throughout the entire process. Count us among one of your very satisfied customers - well done!

Robert and Brian did an excellent job when they came to my home to repair mold and water damage caused by a roof leak. Henry, the supervisor, explained to me in detail what needed to be done and answered all my questions along the way. I also worked with Steven in the home office, who was great. I highly recommend ServPro in North Sac. They have highly qualified individuals that are also a pleasure to work with! Thank you to the entire ServPro team!!

As a new homeowner, I didn't know quite what to expect from ServPro, but Henry walked me through everything in a helpful (but not condescending) way. His team Zachary, Roberto, Elisa, and Fernando came out and demoed my whole enclosed patio down to the studs (including hand scraping a lot of stubborn spray foam insulation) in just one day. They were all kind and professional and I would definitely recommend.

We used Servpro to assist in cleaning up a large amount of flooding from a burst water tank. Dylva, Jazmin, Faith, and Daniel were very friendly and helpful. They were able to remove the water in less than 24 hours. We were so grateful for their assistance!

Servpro of North Sacramento was amazing to work with. We had problems with a rental mainline back up that caused significant flooding. They were out within hours of the call. Henry was the main point guy and was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He even helped give advice when it came to navigating insurance. Him and his team of mitigation experts were great! Roberto and Elisa were worked quickly and were very helpful. They were able to explain what they were doing at each step and I was very grateful to have their help.

This is my second review of Servpro of No. Calif. Today they picked up the dehumidifiers from the living room and bathroom for the final day of their job in fixing the water damage to my house…next step is the construction part. I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks to the team of very professional, hard workers and respectful individuals who came into my home and got the job done. My upstairs bathroom leaked and flooded my downstairs bathroom, I called ServPro and Stanley came right and gave me a clear estimate of the work that needed to be performed and the cost involved. I worked with Servpro when I had a greywater line fail in my home while away on a work trip and was very satisfied with their work. They worked with my wife to get everything started while I was away making life easier for both of us. They were prompt in their response, cleaned up the mess and dried it out so the plumber could go in and repair the work and get us back to a comfortable home. Having a quality company to refer (which I do in my business) as well as use personally is important. I would not hesitate to refer SERVPRO of Citrus Heights to my clients or friends should the need arise.
