We had North Valley Continuum reshingle our house and install a solar system last summer. I expected the usual hassles and delays and couldn't have been more pleased and surprised. The crew showed up on time and hustled all day on one of the hottest days of the summer. Really organized. Knew what they were doing. Let me hang around and explained the processes. Got my Tesla Phone app up and working for me.
AND everything worked like it was supposed to at the get go. Chad has answered the phone and squared me away every time i've called with dumb questions since. Altogether a great project put up and followed up by a quality crew. Ed

I just had my old electrical service panel completely replaced and the team knocked it out of the park. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and did a clean, code-compliant job with a new high-capacity panel.

Vincent Smith is one of the best electricians- so knowledgeable and personal. We had electrical work installed on a shed and he did an amazing job. I would recommend and have recommended him to everyone I know.

We bought our home knowing it had a few issues roof wise. As we have been constantly upgrading and renovating our home, we were trying to figure out how we were going to put a $30,000 roof on as well. When Brandon Lea introduced your wonderful solar package for Home owners, we thought it was too good to be real. I'll be completely honest when I say that I did the research and found everything we were told to be true. Brandon Priolo was such an influencer in the care and set up of our solar system. Both guys have our complete respect. Our biggest concern again, was the roof that we needed. When we brought this up we were told No Problem. Are you kidding me??? New roof AND solar??? The company who did our roof was spectacular and had it done in 2 days. Just a few days later the guys showed up and installed our panels. Our cost? A little extra noise for a few days and some oranges from our tree(that was upon our insistence) Our panels and backup battery has done every bit of the work from there. We have been able to live 99% off grid. On top of all of that, we have helped by sending our extra power back to the grid. You may have started out as North Valley to us, but now we know you as Continuum and we greatly appreciate each and every one of you who have got us here. Plus, I must give a big shout out to Adamay ( sorry if its misspelled) and Chad in the office for taking my phone calls and helping me learn how to get the most out of our system!! Just a little proof that great customer service is still alive a kicking!!

Wait! There's more. It's been a little over a year since we have been working with Continuum and I have to say that their customer service and support has been top tier. These guys are the definition of integrity and value. They are constantly upgrading their options and expanding on their services that they offer which shows that they are serious about being competitive. We had an excellent experience with Continuum. Vinny and his team designed a 14.4kW system with two Tesla Powerwalls after carefully evaluating our energy usage, and the whole process was completely turnkey.

They handled everything—plans, permitting, a full roof replacement (55 squares), electrical panel upgrade, and installation of 36 panels—all completed in under two weeks. The system was fully operational with permission to operate right away.

Vinny is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to electrical, solar and roofing, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out.

If you’re looking for solar, battery storage, or electrical upgrades (including EV charging), I’d highly recommend Continuum!

I’m writing to express my appreciation for the solar panel installation Continuum completed at our home. Our solar system was installed six months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results.

Over the past five or six years, I evaluated solar systems from four other companies, and I rejected all of the other offers. The sales representatives from those companies were never able to sufficiently answer my questions. However Peter Ferguson and Michael Clay answered my questions clearly and accurately, and I agreed to go with Continuum.

I was very impressed with how quickly the installation was completed. A six person crew completed the entire installation—including all of the solar panels, the Tesla PowerWall, and the Gateway—in just four hours! The workmanship was outstanding.

Everything was done accurately and professionally. The system has been working perfectly ever since, and has delivered stable output with zero downtime. However the real highlight has been seeing our energy costs plummet. We’ve already saved a significant amount of money.

Avail did a fantastic job retrofitting LED lighting for about 40k sqft of floorspace and offices, as well as outside parking lot lighting and wallpacks. Their communication was very good, pricing was very reasonable, and they left every area they worked in cleaner then when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for large scope commercial work.

My business has had the same lighting system for 35 years. It had old bulbs and fixtures that used a lot of energy and expensive bulbs that had to be replaced regularly. The color of the light was absolutely bad. The way the fixtures were oriented and the amount of light meant that there were dark spots in my salon. It was so hard to see, sometimes I had to take clients outside to see their hair color.

Avail transformed my business for the better. The lights are aligned to the workstations and the lighting coverage is even. The fixtures are uniform and modern. The color of the light is all the same now and I can see clearly. The light level and color is good now. My clients noticed right away. I am very happy with my new lights. The new lights are all LED; so I won’t be burdened with maintenance costs or hassles. The new fixtures are way more efficient and I expect save almost $600/year. For a small business like mine, every little bit counts.

Avail Services installed LED fixtures in our plating shop, and did a great job despite difficult access to some areas, and were very professional. But their lack of responsiveness when we had problems with a few of the fixtures was horrible and unacceptable. Half the time no human answered during business hours. When I was able to leave a message with the receptionist, I never got a call back. Trying every couple of months to reach the right person, it took about a year to get a response. Finally, after the fixtures were replaced, they left an invoice with no cost filled in. I have called twice this week leaving messages and feel like I am in for the same exasperating cycle--and this return call is necessary for them to get payment for their work. I cannot recommend Avail Services -- until they can get the "Services" part right, a customer's efforts to communicate with them may be to no "avail".
