Cut off in traffic today by one of their trucks. Person was driving very aggressive. Not a good look with the company logo everywhere!

It was I-80 near Richards around 3ish.

When my original Solar Company went out of business I was referred by Greg Fox of Fox Family Heating and Air to give them a call and they would take care of my tilting panel. They came out today and went way above and beyond. Thank you

They owe Unpaid Wages on A solar project in Gilroy American Steel. Only $189 in unpaid wages. Jeff decides to deny payment and thinks it is funny to rather go to court than pay wages that were earned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. BAD ETHICS. I was a laborer at a LED Retrofit job 2 weeks ago in Gilroy. Jeff Denies paying in full. I rate them 1 star because I have never witnessed a contractor with such bad ethics. They have sub out work to "Electricians" that do ILLEGAL WIRING WORK. Shock and Fire hazards! They are very manipulative and will NOT pay what was agreed prior to hiring. And tyanks for admitting job was done on my part Jeff! Your a gentleman and scholar! ;)

I have known Jeff for 5 years and in that time he has been nothing but the consummate professional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and his strong work ethic are reflected in each and every one of his installs. You would be highly remised by not including Thor Electric amongst your solar contractors and projects.

Great local company that put in a great solar system on our house in West Sac. They offer full service electric contracting as well so they are well versed in anything and everything regarding electrical and solar. Jeff the CEO was great to work with as was his crew. Working with them as a direct installer allowed for me to save a significant amount of money on the system. Thor is often a sub-contractor for larger companies, why pay the middle man when you can go to a local source and get all of the same warranty and protections?

Thor electric installed my solar panel system. Panels were not spaced evenly or straight and overall looks sloppy. Jeff said he was going to come back cuz he did not like how they looked(neither did i) and correct the issue. Has been a year and a half and no Jeff. Also was gunna come back and cut of some over hang of framing, still no Thor. It took them two months to get the needed permits to start the job and he left a trailer full of my solar panel supplies just sitting in my drive way. "After completing job" I went out and tightend several nuts and bolts that were left loose. Workers left trash and cigarette buts in my yard witch we had to clean up. I would not recommend this company at all unless you don't care and want mediocre work! Thanks Thor!

Thor was quick on the installation.

Thor electric came to install my solar system, a new main panel and solar box, but left the panel cover installed wrong it wouldn't close and lock in place properly.
They installed the metal conduit with the solar wiring in a way that doesn't allow the cover to close properly on solar converter box. The roof jack needed to be adjusted to ensure no leaks.

After posting my review of the work that was done on my house. Jeff Lambert Contacted me to discuss my concerns and issues with work that was completed.
Jeff had his guys out the Next day correcting the discussed issues.
Jeff displayed the upmost professionalism to insuring that he met all concerns and that I was happy with the work that was completed.

It is nice to know that some companies, Back There Work and have follow through when customers have concerns or issues.

Jeff, God bless you and your family and maybe keep his hand on you in these difficult times.

This is a small, family owned business. Kevin, the owner, is very professional and his crew is very friendly and courteous. If you are looking for shade in your backyard and solar at the same time, this is the perfect solution. The price is very competitive with roof-top solar, which is unbelievable, and the structure looks great too. I would absolutely recommend solar power patios to other customers.

We purchased an additional Sunpower 3.35 kW system last November. We took our time seeking bids from mutliple businesses. Solectric was very competitive with their final pricing and won my business. The installation staff took time to answer all my questions and explain the process. It was a easy installation process and I recommend Solectric to anyone. Now that the days are getting sunnier, our expanded system is working great!

I recently had an electric panel replaced at my home, I have solar but the new panel didn't come with solar stickers which is a requirement to pass the inspection. After not being able to find the stickers at hardware store, I called Solectric who was more than happy to provide me with extra stickers for free, even through they didn't complete the original install. I don't need solar at this time, but their responsiveness and willingness to help, even for free, will make them my go-to if/when I'm looking to install or upgrade in the future!

At a time when many Solar companies won't even return your call, Solectric's Priscilla returned my call the same day. Dan and his assistant Alex were out to visit within a week's time. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, two attributes which I value highly. Don't waste your time with out of town Solar companies which are out to make a quick buck. Go local with Solectric, a company which prides itself on integrity.
