The fellow in Sacramento carefully provided the email and phone number info of the person I needed to call. I was calling from out of his jurisdiction and he could have been impatient, but he took his time to make sure I got the right contact info.

I am a contractor and this is an honest review. I went into the store and needed help on finding an electrical panel on Friday 2/8. There was two guys in the parts front desk that did not even try to help me. One guy told me he is just a parts guy and wants me to bring an electrician to tell him what I needed. How hard is it to find a main breaker panel with 100 or 125 amp and 12 space with a meter. I even showed him a picture and ask him what specs he need. He kept denying me and kept telling me to bring an electrician (at least 4 times). He even told me that is how he gets paid, "electrician tell him what parts they need and that's how I get paid." He told me there is nothing he can do and he couldn't help me.

Just avoid this place if you wanted to be treated fairly. The people at Platt Electric Supply, Independent Electric, Home Depot and Lowes are way more helpful.

The manager didn't know what a cad weld is for a ground rod to a ground wire she said she never heard of this electrical material moved on to platt they were vary helpful.. I called the coperation in southern califonia they still didn't have anyone available to fill my 1000 foot order for one peace of cad weld👎

Horrible customer service. This is a two man show who hire people to do poor work, have horrible customer relations. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and hire a professional. Not these guys.

As you can see, most reviews are from the owners who claim to work here. This company has the worst customer service! I highly recommend avoiding them. Please use a professional company to work on your electric needs. I do not recommend

I would give zero stars if a i could, guy in truck 7 December 1st is very unprofessional and rude cant trust them on the road DONT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOUSE.

If I could give a 0 or negative I would. Never even heard of this business before and I was driving and a rock flew and hit my windshield. I called in and the receptionist and manager were the most polite and respectful people and told me the owner would call me Monday because they have left for the weekend, so I was okay with that. (This wouldn't have been a big deal but I literally had just got my windshield replaced the day prior, I haven't even took the blue tape off yet) . I had the exact time license plate and picture of right when it happened. When I got a hold of the owner Lynn she was not only disrespectful but completely rude, wouldn't even let me talk and told me shes not paying for anything it was an accident...... I asked her isn't that what insurance is for when accidents happen? She said yea no problem turn it into your insurance I am not paying for anything and hung up on me. Not only would I never use this company I would never recommend them to use this company because of the experience I have had with the owner. I cant believe how rude she was. I never said anything to her about compensation initially she immediately said "I'm not paying for anything". I just cant believe an owner that would talk to people like this. As far as work maybe there a great company but I'd never do business with a company who treats people like this. I don't understand people like this even if she didn't want to hand it over to her insurance company like most businesses would do she didn't have to be so unprofessional. Seems like your typical greedy owner.

Brian is fantastic to work with. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He also holds himself and his work to a high standard. He ran power for a hot tub install, did some wire work, and also installed a ceiling fan for us. Everything works great after a couple years of use. It feels nice to know I have an excellent electrician for when I need it.
