Very friendly staff and electricians! I called A1 Electrical to put in my ceiling fans.. they installed them with no problems! They provided me with warranty and the electrician also gave me a discount for any future services!

I had a great experience. They was on time did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Ìt was a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Highly not recommend anymore especially because I am a returning client , but I’ve been giving the run around for the past 2 1/2 weeks just to get someone to come out to give me a quote on a project and than to get it serviced. Finally today which was me reaching for prob the 6th time and I was told someone would come out and arrived from 12-2pm , I have the ring camera so it literally will alert you and let you play back any motions that happens only person I seen was amazon deliver and my boyfriend walking in and out of the house & my mother who was watching my son for the day home who waited from 12-4pm for them. The technician has the audacity to LIE and say he arrived and no one answered which is lie because I have cameras to prove otherwise and 3 family members home and chimes all through the house to hear the Ring door bell. Really annoying so much time wasted and I could of prob went anywhere else and could of got this done weeks ago smh. The professional thing to do would be to say we are booked out weeks if you are too busy for more projects instead of leading people on

A 1 did a great job handling a power panel swap out on our 1950s family home. The house was unoccupied and I was trying to get the work done from hundreds of miles away. They made it all happen, with some extra visits to the house, to be feet on the ground for me and check progress. Everyone was friendly and service great.

A1 Electrical has been instrumental in getting electrical work done for me in preparation for installing solar panels despite many opposing headwinds. I am very impressed by their professionalism and their crew are polite and courteous. I recommend them for any electrical work you need around your home.

ntment. We rescheduled the appointment and I confirmed it at 12 in the afternoon the day of. At 1:30 I received a call saying he did not need to come by and could quote the job for $400 without stopping by. I knew the job was complex and that there was no way anyone could quote without seen. KEVIN called back and said he could rearrange jobs and get somebody there but it would be after the original appointment. I accepted the offer. The electrician that came out was very helpful and did what he could to troubleshoot the problem. It was not repaired, but I felt he gave it a good shot. I was able to repair it myself after their effort. I found faulty wiring in the j-box from a previous electrician. A1 had missed the incorrect wiring. I requested that they install a remote device on the system in a refused saying the heater was faulty. The wiring was no fault of A-1, it was a previous electrician. However, they kept saying that they repeated they would not do the work because the equipment was faulty and ultimately refused any further help. Very frustrating.

Radu and Dorin, worked very hard making our panel upgrade complete. They even worked with me in installing a fire protective sheathing layer behind the new panel, which I really appreciated. I don’t think they even stopped for break or even lunch, they just kept at it, got the City inspection and then had PG&E power us back up . A1 is spot on!

We hired A1 via SunRun Solar to reroute a breaker so the AC and refrigerator could be backed up to a Tesla battery once our solar is installed. Our tech’s were Radu & Fernando and they were fantastic!! Though hired as a sub to SunRun, I will absolutely hire A1 again in the future. These guys were professional, helpful, had a great attitude, answered our questions well. Fernando had to remove a medicine cabinet in a bathroom wall and crawl into the attic to run wires. He did me a favor by looking around to verify no evidence of rats in the attic and reinstalled the medicine cabinet. Radu did the wiring at the garage panel and left the job all cleaned up. He was kind enough to give me some advice on how to inexpensively solve a problem a different electrician had left regarding a car charger in the garage. Great guys! Great company.

I saw them at the Home and Garden Show. After talking to them ( and some research), I decided to have their company install electrical panel. They did not disappoint! From the office personnel to the technicians, they were professional and they answered all my questions. They contacted the county for a permit and a SMUD technician appointment The installation went well. The outside of my house has some dry rot and missing shingles so it’s not beautiful, however they did exceptional work and they cleaned up! This is a company I would recommend

I had A1 Electrical install voice and data in my office. Alex, the technician arrived on time and was very polite. Initially I was very concerned that the job was going to be too complicated. But Alex did a great job! Everything was so neat and clean. It was as if no one had been in my office, but yet it all worked perfectly! I will definitely contact A1 for any future electrical needs.
