Vitality came to dig a trench along our property line to do something to our neighbors electrical. They cut our AT&T phone lines. I let the two gentlemen know that they either disconnected or cut something. They said that they would call AT&T to come fix it. They never did, never followed up, and we were without phone and internet for two weeks. These guys are shady. If they are doing work near your home, beware.

They've installed 240v 50amps wiring nicely from the main breaker for our 36" induction cooktop. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than other 3 good reviewed companies. I had the three more quotes before choosing this company fyi.

In detail, our single story home attic on the side is so narrow and hard to wire but they finished nicely. They drilled the holes in the drywall behind of the fan hood cover so that we don't see the drywall finish. They cleaned up the dusts by wiping and even helped install our 36" induction cooktop. I'm so happy that I chose this company. Thank you for organizing the installation on the same day of getting the quote, Viktor!

I don't recommend this company. Too many no shows after the work had been started. After 40 days they could not finish a 2 day job. I gave up and called someone else. I declined any further work and I provided payment for the work that was done. Next thing I know they're guys are on my roof taking the lights down and I had to come out and tell them twice to leave and quit working on my building. I contacted the owner and explained that there on my roof taking parts off and I've asked him to stop and they're not it's because they don't speak English. I had no idea of wires were exposed and the rain was coming huge storm. And I didn't get much help out of the owner other than he said he'd follow up but he never did so I had to send one of my own employees to the roof to make sure barewires weren't hanging. I had to get the lights at they left on my lawn in front of my business and bring them inside in the brackets in the bolts. I save some money but I can only take half the work because it wasn't worth it.

I had great service from Vitality. Our family needed some electrical work done for an appliance installation and they were able to help quickly and for a fair price. The electrician went above and beyond when he helped me get the oven up into the cabinet as well.

My operation was at a standstill with a new battery charger for my forklifts needing to be hardwired to the wall. Vitality came out and quoted me at 11am, I instantly accepted and let them know I needed the work done ASAP. Same day 3pm they had a tech out and by 4pm my operation was moving again. Absolutely opening an account with them, phenomenal service! Valley Relocation really appreciated you Vitality Electric!!!!!!

Vitality was just at my house to complete electrical work for a full kitchen remodel that required a new sub-panel. The bid was fair and scheduling was easy. After arriving, there were a few items that were not expected as a result of past work. The pricing to correct the work was fair. After completing the work, we had an issue with our living room. They sent one of the guys back who could not find the problem. He stayed until late at night. The following day another person return, diagnosed the problem, and fixed. I am not sure but I do not think Vitality's work even caused the problem they helped fix.

I would definitely contact them again for my future projects. Although there are occasional language barriers, the guys at Vitality are always friendly and responsive. There was a job at my house that was not done properly initially but they followed up with a warranty call that addressed the issue soon after. Their pricing is also very fair, compared to some places which gave me exorbitant quotes for small projects such as installing an outlet and some that never got back for no apparent reasons. Thankful to have met, and experienced the honest, stellar, as well as fairly priced work of Vitaly, the owner of Vitality Electric when I first moved up to Antelope, CA area from the South Bay Area. He went above & beyond to help me with an electrical issue in my kitchen, explained the reason the issue occurred, and I have had no problems for several years now. I moved up this way in 2019. I am having a new issue with all
of the 2.5 bathrooms in my home now. No power, electrical breaker is not tripped, and the reset button inside the garage is not resetting. So concerned for safety Bummed out!
I have faith in Vitaly to fix my problem, and go above & beyond teaching me again as well, with personable, stellar, kind, caring, fair, & genuine workmanship.

Vitaly helped hooked up our new hot tub to the electrical panel that is more than 70’ away. He gave us a superb price that hands down best all of his competitors. He worked all day without fail and also came back the next day to do adjustments without any complaints. He is a superb professional and does excellent electrical work!!! i called vitality electric inc on a weekend because our dryer kept on tripping the breaker. they called back right away and set something up to go over our issue.

they resolved the problem with our breaker efficiently and did so very quickly. we didnt know we had a bad wire connection (loose contact) and our technician was very knowledgeable on the issue and resolved it.

We hired Vitality Electric to install an outlet for our EV charger. They communicated very well about our options with the location of the installation and they were very fair with pricing. They did such a great job we hired them for a second project that was very complicated and they also did a great job completing it. I plan to continue to use them for my electrical needs going forward.

Contacted them when the power that supported my fridge went out and they were so responsive. Showed up when they said they would and not only fixed my problem but were also able to resolve some other outlet issues as well. Thank you so much for your outstanding response time, communication and for resolving my problem so quickly as well. 10/10 would recommend!!!
