I highly recommend them. They were super nice and efficient. They replaced my grandmother’s whole breaker panel and did a great job! They also have great communication through the whole process and not super expensive.

Sergio is always the guy we go to for electric. We just bought a new home and he installed pendants, tv's, etc. Call Surge for any electrical job, he and his crew are the best!

Sergio was fantastic and came to our facility promptly when we had a electrical shortage with one of our air-conditioners. He was professional friendly and timely. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem and his prices were reasonable for repairs. It was great being able to text him as well as call him regarding the issue, highly recommended.

Sergio and Alex rewired my 1930s cottage. It’s as if they were never there, except that all the outlets and switches work now and I have new outdoor outlets for yardwork and festive lighting. I’ve worked with several contractors on my old home and some experiences have been nightmarish. So I know a good thing. Serge Electric walks on water. They showed up on time as promised everyday until the job was done, worked efficiently, always with a smile and friendly greeting, consulted with me re:problem solving, and treated me and my home with the utmost respect. Rewiring an entire house can be disruptive. But Serge Electric wired from the attic to the crawlspace without having to tear open my precious lath and plaster walls. I wish all contractors had their high standards. I’m not one to throw around loose compliments. Truly, Alex and Sergio are artists.

Place tried to rip me off. Be careful of them taking advantage of those who aren’t familiar with electrical services. Tried to charge me almost 7K to install a 30 amp sub panel. Had another electrician do the same job for $1500.

Hired Surge Electric for recessed lighting. After receiving multiple estimates, we went with Surge Electric. I can’t say enough on how pleasant my experience was with Sergio and his crew. I went out to bid and received several quotes. Surge Electric had the best overall prices, and Sergio gave me a lot of options and cost-saving suggestions. His workers Alex and Omar arrived on time, were able to solve problems in real time, and cleaned up after themselves. And they know about historic homes (built before 1940). Surge Electric is my new electrician. Thank you Sergio!

We hired Surge Electric to install overhead lights in our living room, hallway, and closets, none of which had proper overhead lighting. The whole process involved two visits, one brief one for a quote and a second longer one for installation, both of which were professional and COVID safe. Everyone wore masks the whole time they were in our home and they were VERY punctual, which was very much appreciated!

They made very good recommendations as far as the number of canned lights needed per space and the new lighting makes our place look great! I feel like they raised our property value just with proper lighting. To top it off, we can now see the contents of our closets...what a concept!

We'll definitely work with Surge Electric again for future electrical needs and recommend that you do too.

I can’t say enough good stuff about these guys. I’ve had plumbers, movers, and handymen here but none as professional, courteous, and helpful as the guys at Surge Electric. They arrive on time, work efficiently, are courteous and respectful. They’re unfailingly polite with my endless questions and willingly explain what they’re doing and how things work. This week Alex and Omar went above and beyond to help me figure out what several vaguely labeled circuit breakers controlled. Serge answers communications promptly, keeps you apprised of ETAs, and checks after the call to see how everything went. 10/10

Sergio and him team are excellent. Sergio is very responsive and provides fair and competitive pricing for their work. I had my house rewired with additional recessed lighting installed by Alex. Alex was extremely professions and considerate, communicative, and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I highly recommend Surge Electric and they are my go to for any electrical work.

I was referred to AAA electric by my pool company because none of my equipment was working. I contacted AAA to set up an appointment and was able to get one within a few days but let them know I was available if a cancelation came up. Today they contacted me with a cancelation and Kerry and Al came to do the job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. As we all know needing something repaired is very stressful. I am glad AAA is an honest company with the customer's satisfaction as a priority. I am very happy with my experience with AAA and will use them again in the future.

I was able to get someone here the next available appointment, which was the next day in the morning. They fixed the problem in no time.

Our technician Charles, showed up on time; introduced himself and provided a business card; AAA electrical was very professional and thorough. We are happy with the inicial contact and look forward to the opportunity to do business with them.

We are very disappointed with this company and although we never write reviews we felt compelled to provide this information to others so they would not be taken advantage of. The company responded to our inquiries and sent a service tech as scheduled. While here he dealt with my husband who is 75, hard of hearing and takes time with understanding. The electrician walked to the garage, pushed a button to turn on the circuit and then offered to install our replacement outlet. He was here for 36 minutes total. He charged us $517.00.
When I got home my husband was very upset and stated he did not believe it would cost this much for so little skill and service. He felt he has been misled and blatantly overcharged probably due to his age and obvious misunderstanding. I attempted to contact them to seek a negotiation for at least a partial refund. After many days and many calls when I finally talked with the company they stated that this was their charge period, and they explained that many services like air conditioning and appliance service also charge large amounts like this to their customers. It is what it is.

Ever have that feeling that you've been ripped off. Called these people because of the good reviews. Boy was that a mistake. I had a problem with a light socket that sparked out. I will be honest and he did fix the problem to my satisfaction. But, the embarrassing amount of money I had to pay for this one fix has given me a bad taste in my mouth. I just don't see the value of a little over an hours work justifying the cost. It's not like they had to supply a lot of parts since they just used the existing socket. He did look at the breaker box and give me advice. But it definitely wasn't worth what I paid. They do charge $69 to come out, and an additional $24.75 for gas and small items. So before anything is done you are out $93.75. Buyer beware. Think carefully before choosing these people. I will not have these people at my house ever again.

Alex was kind and efficient. Did excellent work. Would love to have him back for future work.
