I called mid afternoon today and the technicians arrived within 30 minutes to check on the repairs I needed. Once they got the info on the several things I wanted done, they quickly went to the store and returned with the supplies and within an hour everything was done and perfectly! I highly recommend this business for the efficiency, professionalism and friendly service they provide!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself time and money, look for a better company.
No quote given prior to work, just the $96.00 fee to show up, which they did not refund after work is done.
Called this company to connect four wire pig tale to my Dewalt air compressor (DXCMLA4708065). Also asked the technician to verify the outlet and breakers are installed correctly. When scheduling the work, they quoted $96.00 to show up and review effort required. Agreeing, I assumed this fee is waived if they complete estimated work.
When done the bill was $458.78. I thought it was a little pricey. When reviewing the emailed invoice, first item description reads "Residential power outage or power issue. $96.00 diagnostic charge waived upon completion of work
Perform minor test voltage, power quality explorer, prepare options for repair needed, and present to the client". This fee was not waived. Called the office twice requesting $96.00 refund, so far no resolution. My next step is small claims court.

On time, competent technician who solved the problem. Excellent communication before and after the job. Highly recommended!

My property manger found this spot. They said $96.00 for an inspection. That money would then go towards fixing the problem. They show up and do a “visual” inspection and then want $920.00 to do a full inspection (manager said “remove plate covers”). Inspection, not repair! Complete hustle.

Alex was great, very friendly. He explained and showed me everything so I understood what the problem was and he got my lights working like they should.

I've visited this place and these guys are awesome. This should be the standard and quality of a security in Sacramento. They took their job very seriously and have meetings before they start their jobs and briefings after every shift. So information is key to get their job done right.

I called to schedule an estimate for some electrical outlet work; the office immediately set me up. Justice came out, arrived on time, was courteous and pleasant; I showed him the outlet, explained what I needed; he proceeded to give me several options, estimate, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job; he showed me the progress throughout the job to make sure I was satisfied. Thereafter, he cleaned up the work area, when complete, I was thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely call A A A, Justice for future electrical needs.

Appointment was scheduled quickly. I appreciate that they don’t charge for an estimate. The price was reasonable and Alex was a professional. He was courteous and nice. I would do business with AAA again.

I recently had a great experience with AAA Electric Service. Justice, the electrician who came out to replace a faulty switch, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The replacement was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and left the area clean and tidy. Had an electrical issue with our dryer that started on a busy Memorial Day weekend. AAA dispatched Jason and he showed up within 20 minutes! Jason is extremely knowledgeable and respectful and was able to troubleshoot the problem within minutes. He communicated his process the whole time which allowed me to learn a few things along the way. Keeping safety first, he was done in no time! Without a doubt he gave me the best deal because of that expertise. Would highly recommend!

Jason was amazing, he installed a level 2 charger for our electric car. From when he arrived until he left, he was kind and professional and explained every step, and gave me choice in the options. After he finished, he walked me through each of the steps and I feel confident in his work. He even helped me save money and effort by joining their yearly membership, which gives us priority if we have any issues moving forward (and saves the emergency fee!). He is a really good guy and I’m definitely going to call him back when it’s time to upgrade the charger!

Justice and his assistant went above and beyond squeezing into a small crawl space to install an electrical outlet for me. The communication and response time were great and I couldn’t be more happy with their work! I works highly recommend AAA Electric
