Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Advance Disposal has been nothing but incredible to work with, and it’s honestly one of the first businesses in a long time that I’ve seen truly put the customer first. They let us keep our bin for weeks with zero hassle, and anytime we needed a new one, their response was instant and effortless. The owner even took the time to reply to me on a Sunday night to coordinate everything at the very beginning, that level of dedication is almost unheard of these days.

Their flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers set them apart in a big way. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Five stars without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!

Super friendly and worked with my schedule. The only issue we had was that on the dumpster, there was a yellow bar that didn't swing aside with the tailgate so you had to remember to duck under it every time you took a wheelbarrow in. I bumped my head twice. That's not really a complaint and maybe there's a legal reason it has to be like that.

My son had an Eagle Scout project to refurbish a playground area, removing old, damaged equipment and revitalizing the area for other activities. Advance Disposal really came through for us with a great price, helpful staff and flexible scheduling. Debby was amazing to work with on the office side, and James was masterful in the delivery, placement and pickup of the 40 yard bin. We had anticipated needing a smaller bin, but the larger size gave us the flexibility to add other landscaping and furniture waste from the school campus. The work site is a school with children on premise, and we felt very safe with all aspects of the delivery and pickup. Thank you for helping make the project a success!

Amongst a sea of Pack artist and Scoundrels even my own providers had me on the phone for 46min 3different department all AI combined with icompetence to tell me there were fees on top of fees. ADVANCED DISPOSAL STANDS OIT AZ THE GOOD GUYS. If you just want to rent a Dumpster and don t wanna deal witg a lot of BS. Call these guys first. You won t have to make another call

Driver did an excellent job, he showed up on time. When he came to pick Pickup up, he called first and was able to meet the driver at the location for a smooth pick up.

Excellent service, great communication, great rates, friendly staff. Everyone from the office to the delivery and pick up drivers were super friendly and helpful. I called and had a 20 yd dumpster delivered the next day. It was placed exactly where I asked. Once full, I emailed and they were there the next day to pick it up. I would recommend Advanced Disposal to everyone. Super fast and friendly response and very reasonable prices.

I called Advance Disposal on a Saturday morning to ask about their 10-yard dirt dumpster, since I’m currently redoing my backyard. Justin answered right away and took the time to answer all my questions. I was on a tight timeline (I had rented an excavator for the day and didn’t realize how much dirt we’d have), and Justin managed to have the dumpster delivered within an hour — incredible!

Even on Sunday, when I had a question about the dump weight limit, Justin picked up right away and clarified everything for me. You don’t see that kind of dedication often.

Overall, I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and transparent pricing. Justin was upfront, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Called up Advance Disposal at 12pm. Got my 10yard rental dumpster at 2pm. Spoke to Justin who was fast with the quote and delivery ETA. Driver texted me 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was in route and estimated ETA. Driver put dumpster in my driveway where I requested. Drop off took maybe 3 minutes. I'd differently use the services again, and would recommend to friends and family.

We reside in the countryside and needed to do a deep household cleaning. If you’re in a rural area, you’re limited in certain local services. We had to look into renting a large waste bin for what we needed, so we started searching and asking around.

We first looked into popular companies like WM, but their pricing was just out of range for me, and I had to work with what they had available. A friend of mine mentioned Advance Disposal to us, and right off the bat I went with them because they had such great customer service.

I closed the deal with Justin, and he was very straightforward with all my questions, nothing was overly complicated. There were no heavy cancellation fees, and the flexibility was a plus. The agreement contract was simple and overall very professional.

Billing was easy and convenient, and you can pay over the phone or through an invoice link they provide via text or email. I’m a super busy mom, so being able to book everything with just a quick text instead of waiting for a representative was a huge plus.

Advance Disposal gives you one week at a flat price, and if you need more days, the add-on is very affordable.

Overall, it was a great experience. I would book again and definitely recommend them.

Garage cleanup got out of hand with old cabinets, broken shelves, and leftover rubble from a small concrete removal project. The team handled everything in one go and even swept up the dust afterward. It’s rare to see the driveway and garage floor this clean at the same time 😊

Had several bulky items sitting beside the garage for months, including an old grill and broken patio furniture. The junk pickup was fast, and the area looks much cleaner now.
