I purchase this today and it's used, so gross they put this back in the shelf without even any type of inspection I HOPE they can give me another one and a discount cause this is insane.

I was called persistently the minute I expressed interest in the service. When I finally was able to answer, the “customer service” rep immediately assumed that I was ready to sign up and start service. When I asked for him to talk me through things it was like I was bothering him for the info. He was impatient with me and rude. When I was done asking questions and getting a breakdown of the cost I asked for it to be emailed to me so I could discuss with my husband. He ignored my request and wanted to get my husband on the phone then and there. I again expressed that I would like the quote in writing in an email so he could review it with me and he said “have a nice day” sarcastically and hung up on me. I am so shocked by this appalling service thatvi immediately jumped on google to leave this review. He was a salesman who couldn’t give a rip about actually listening to my needs and just wanted to make a quick sale. Do NOT use this company!

They did a terrible job of weed control and seeding. when I asked them to come back and fix the issue, they promised to return and never showed up!!

After I spoke with Corporate Customer service, they had quickly corrected the issue and were a pleasure to deal with. I would use their service again.

Today Dana did a great job servicing my yard. The others that came out in the past were so in a hurry that I noticed they serviced part of the yard and not all . Believe me. I watch what they do when serving my yard .

If one wants a good looking lawn for the neighborhood then TruGreen provides the cost effective service. I always get positive comments about my lawn and all I do is mow and water. TruGreen is very responsive on any issue and advice on mowing and watering has worked out great.

I had lived in my house for a number of years and my front yard was in really bad shape. Very little grass and great growing weeds! Hired Tru Green and they have done a fantastic job. I now have the greenest yard on the block! No weeds, bugs, etc. Highly recommend them.

Lawn care specialist was patient with my questions and concerns. She addressed each of them with understanding and confidence that we can rejuvenate my lawn.

TruGreen provides reliable high quality care for my lawn. They notify me before each visit. When they arrive they ring my door bell to alert me that they are on site. After the treatment they tell me what they did and what I need to do. The service person also provides me with helpful info on lawn care.

Had this company for 6.5 years. Up until recently, it was a 4 star experience. Since then, they have sent a tech out 4 times, and done no work, continued cancellation, 1 tech lied about work done while we recorded him sitting in his car, and just got the 4th cancellation notice today. Time for me to move on.

I did not know the service was being done today. Or was raining hard. There was mud left from the equipment.

I have wasted far, far to much money on TruGreen to do nothing but give me the run around. I want to hope that other offices are more professional than the Sacramento office. As a client for the last 2.5 years you would think I have given them enough time to make my grass look like we pay someone to make it green. I have three formal complaints against this office, yet no improvement. It's really my fault for sending them my hard earned money to do nothing. I have tried to cancel three times, each time I have been told by a nice customer care rep that my Sacramento office will take care of the problems. Eight days ago I called to complain to the actual customer care (not the "answering service") I was asked to give my office five business days to get back to me. At the end of seven business days I called back the customer care because the (916) number is just an answering service, to which I was told again by a nice customer care rep that this office will call me back in the morning. If you are considering using TruGreen Sacramento for your lawn care do yourself a favor and send $48 a month to a local food bank. Your grass won't look any worse, and at least someone will be benefiting from your money not just the brainless management at the Sacramento TruGreen.

I’m new to this service but so far they have communicated very well and have treated my lawn several times. My lawn looks great. Very pleased.

Have call customer service 5 times. Nobody
calls me back.I have used them for 10 years and now have Destroyed my lawn.
Even customer service cannot get the local manager to call me after a month of call. Nobody cares there.

Because of my posting six days ago someone call me from headquarters office and had the local manager call me on his personal cell today and came out to see how bad thing look.
If someone read this from headquarters Please call me back or send me your direct phone number please.

The worst. No way to contact anyone directly when you have an issue-which will be often. You get directed to a call center and they take notes and send nowhere. Never a response, no local office to call. Reschedule your service and don't tell you. Have the wrong products on the truck so can't service your current issue. Tech says its offices fault etc. I have tried to be patient with the new remote way of doing business but I am done.

Damon Black, the technician with Trugreen is absolutely fabulous as I’ve said over and over again, extremely courteous, efficient, pleasant, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable clear in every aspect of his work and has been a great help and assisting me and maintaining my property to HOA standards Bravo Damon!!!
