In doing our servicing on our heater and air conditioner that he comes out twice a year to do he found some issues with the unit, one was preventive maintenance to which we had surge protectors installed on both units to prevent damage to the units, he also found that the fan on the heating unit was coming on more frequently than it was supposed to which was caused in us extra money with our PG&e bill. We happen to have a service contract for home protection for our appliances air conditioner and heater to which this PC board fell under. After trying to explain for an hour to the insurance company what the concerns were it was finally taken care of this man was more than professional more patient than I could have possibly been worked clean did the job proficiently and was pleasant the total time. I would highly recommend him and just about any condition just by the way he conducted himself.

Our technician, Nick was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the necessary part, installed it, and waited for it to cycle and make sure it worked properly. AirTech was called for a second opinion and saved us over $1100 from our first estimate from The Brothers.

So glad I went with Air Tech! My technician Steve was super polite and very informative. He explained everything to be and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions for the future that I was able to get behind. He was very trustworthy and was able to save me some money on a part that was replaced. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. They have a new customer for life.
