The service Representative, Joel was at the house on time as scheduled. Cleaned the dryer vent and showed me pictures of the before and after. Joel was very professional and cleaned up everything when he was done. I have already recommended A1 to a neighbor. Will definitely use them again.

I use my home’s wood fireplace insert for winter heating as often as the air in Sacramento County allows, and have been using A-1 Chimney for 12 years to handle annual cleaning/ inspection and repair services. The office personnel are helpful in accommodating my calendar when I call to arrange appointments. I appreciate that the technicians give a call on the day of the visit before arriving. The cleaning is thorough and the inspection notes are detailed with explanatory photos. Before Alex started the job last week, he asked if I had any questions and again gave opportunity for questions before he departed. Every interaction with the office and the field workers has been polite and cheerful.

Alex and Kyle from A-1 Chimney came to clean our property chimney as scheduled and on an earlier time which we like. Alex explained his job in checking out the chimney condition and Kyle started cleaning the chimney. Kyle did a good job cleaning out a dirty chimney and Alex explained all questions we asked clearly. They are a good team. Good experience hiring A-1 for chimney cleaning. The charge is also competitive and reasonable with timely summer discount.

Owen came out, inspected everything, and gave me the peace of mind I needed. no upselling, thorough inspection report with pictures. Everything clean inside and out. Beware the other company trying to use the very similar name.

While the service for our fireplace was excellent and the Teck was professional (all 5 stars) I would hesitate to recommend to a friend at a rate of $200/hour. Otherwise, so far, the work has solved our fireplace issues.
