Jeremy was great! He explained everything he would do to clean my dryer vent which involved using the ladder to access my roof 2 stories up! When he was finished, he had pictures as well as recommendations for future care of my vent.

A1 is an Excellent Company beginning w/the Inspection. A man named Jeremy, walked me thru the specific repairs I needed to install an Electric Insert. I mean I had multiple questions & Jeremy maintained great patience w/me. Corbin, the Tech who completed the repairs was thorough & answered more of my questions. Jeremy serviced my gas fireplace as well as my dryer. He was meticulous and provided excellent feedback . He additionally checked the roof vents to insure proper sealing and also suggested some additional sealing around my dryer vent. It was excellent service and very professional . Owen was very friendly and professional! My appointment window was 8-12 and he called before hand and arrived a little after 9am which was amazing so I could get on with my day. We ended up needing a crack repaired in addition to our cleaning which he was able to fix on the spot. Great company, very happy with them!
