Three extremely professional workers arrived, introduced themselves, brought in their equipment and supplies. I showed them around and gave them minimal direction. With that they went to work and soon, I had a clean house.

I so appreciated their professional behavior as it is the best I have experienced with any cleaning service.

I have been using Molly Maids Monterey /South Santa Clara for over a year now . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this service ! From the staff to the owner I am so pleased ! They are thorough and thoughtful . Living in Aptos with dogs, sand and an elderly parent , I need help! They do not disappoint . Highly recommend 😊

Friendly, easy to work with very accommodating and did a great job

I liked the team sent to the house. The work they did was very good. I didn't recognize my stove/oven when they finished with it. The team was friendly, hard working.

The gals did a great job for A first time cleaning. There was some miscommunication about how long they were going to be there. They thought they only had two hours and they needed more time. I told them that was fine. Take all the time you need. I think because of the time they thought they had, they rushed a little bit and missed a few places of dusting. Not a big thing though I’m sure they’ll do better the next time. I will definitely use them again.

Move out cleaning of a studio living space. Maxi and Anna left it very clean. They worked quickly and efficiently paying attention to all the details. I was very impressed.

Cuando nos entregaron el apartamento, está empresa hizo el aseo, todo estaba absolutamente sucio. Luego Esta empresa emitió un cobro por una limpieza que JAMÁS se realizó. Eso se llama ROBO.

Es una empresa deshonesta, la contrato creekbridge apartments supuestamente para revisar si debían hacer una limpieza en el apartamento donde yo vivia y cobraron aún viendo que el apartamento estaba totalmente limpio, porque yo ya había llevado a otra compañía. Tengo videos como evidencia y la factura que me dio la otra compañía pero aún así estos ladrones dijeron que debían limpiar y cobraron lo que les dio la gana.

They got my whole security deposit back, so worth it in my book!

Left my house spotless. Got all my deposit back. Compared prices to other companies and they were competitive.

They are currently 40 minutes late for our appointment and I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail.

Update: one hour late, but they showed up and did a great job.
