Molly Maids have done a great job over the past year cleaning my house. When ever I have special cleaning requests I just let them know ahead of time and they do it.

molly maid has double billed my on two separate occasions, they have refused to refund my money, they do not return calls, they flooded my bathroom and left two inches of water across the entire floor and did not notify me. I discovered the flood when I returned home in the evening. They broke my coffee press and my water dispenser on my refrigerator and have refused to compensate me for any damages.

The three ladies went to work quickly. When they were finished my house was sparkling clean. They were very thorough. I will recommend them to others.

I wish I could do 0 stars. DO NOT USE! I don’t know what they were doing at my house for hours when they were suppose to be cleaning my house so we could move in. I even asked them to come back and reclean, it was still dirty! My husband and I went through a whole box of swiffer wipes cleaning it after they left. I don’t know what I paid $175 for! They told me the only thing they can do is reclean, NO THANKS!!!
