I've used Molly maid twice now. They do an amazing job! They leave everything clean and organized. They've cleaned my apartment more than I thought was possible in some areas.

Team 12 Yoali and Marleny came and cleaned my mothers home, which had not been cleaned in awhile. The home now shines! My mother is very happy with the service and plans to use them again. Thank you for helping my elderly mother.

Schedule for move-out cleaning 4 days in advance. They confirmed two days ahead of the schedule date and time, but then never show up. I try to contact the person who called me on the day of the cleaning, Shirley, and she said she's on the way when I called on the scheduled time. Now it's two hours later and still no show. Any call trying to get a hold of her went to voicemail. This is very unprofessional, and unacceptable. I wouldn't mind reschedule to Monday if needed to, but there's no communication and now i don't even know if they're even coming at all. I will be looking at another service in the meantime and hopefully I won't get charged for since they took my credit card info when I booked initially.

The workers were responsible and they took their time while doing an awesome job. We are looking forward to having them back.

I'm an elderly woman who lives by myself and it's harder for me to clean like I used to. It's very nice to have Molly Maid come and make everything look nice and fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Set up an appointment to come clean my home before my newborns arrival. The day of, they called my wife and told her that the cleaner scheduled for the day got bit by a dog and needed to go to the hospital. They told us they'd send another cleaner after their job was complete. After that phone conversation they never bothered to contact us to update us on arrival times, the cleaners never showed up, and quite frankly stopped responding all together. Being ghosted is so completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't ever use their service if you live in Soledad.

Deep cleaning was great but now it has turned into an expensive wiping service. The only thing they actually scrubbed was the toilets. This last visit, my kitchen floors are just as dirty as before they came. If a piece of dirt is stuck to the floor, they just damp mop over it, leaving it stuck there. My husband apparently dribbled a bit of coffee on an end table. It was still there after they "cleaned". If you need a deep cleaning, and can afford their prices, they do a good job. As far as a repetitive service, it is not worth the money. The two women who come are pleasant and punctual.

We recently moved & wanted to hire a trustworthy company to do our move-out cleaning; I am so glad we went through Molly Maids! Their Monterey team 3 Maria & Araceli did such a fantastic job! I was in awe of how clean our old place was when they were done working their magic! I will absolutely recommend them & specifically Araceli & Maria in the future. Thank you so much for your hard work, ladies!!

The women who came to clean my house did the very minimal job. They were only at my home for 45 minutes total and I was charged $260.00! They didn’t even clean my shower! I called the next day to follow up about the cleaning as one of Molly Maids suggested, spoke someone, and no one came back to rectify the situation. No one came out to re-“clean”.
I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone!

Molly Maid has been a huge benefit since I selected them. Both my son and I love coming home on our cleaning day to a spotless home. Team 3 with Paty and Maria do an amazing job and their quality of work is amazing. I would recommend Molly Maid to any of my friends and co-workers.

The new owners, "The Millers" are fabulous. They have such great integrity and kindness. I felt immediately comfortable with them. They also have a 100% guarantee satisfaction that put my mind to ease. True Christians. They not only helped refresh our home, they brought such refreshing energy into our lives!

Cleaners were great. It sucks that they work for a terrible owner. Management was terrible. They gave us a time showed up 5 hrs later. Maids said that they were never told to show up at the right time that was already discussed. Called boss and got the run around for days and no response after awhile. I hope the main office of Mollymaids gets someone better to run the Monterey office as the maids are great but management is terrible.

Since 2002 I have used Molly Maid and very pleased with their cleaning skills and friendliness every time they come to clean. Giving a rate of 5. Good job Team 3, Patty and Maria and all others that helped make our home clean and fresh. Thank you. Leslie : )

Very awesome experience. I have a small one bedroom apartment and this is the second time I have used MM. They were able to accommodate me for next day service and my apartment looks spectacular! I would highly recommend this service as they are responsive, friendly, and very thorough.

We live in Carmel, California and have been using Molly Maids of Monterey County for the past five years. Our current team members that clean our home are Sara and Josi. They are great. They show up on time, are professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. They do a great job on cleaning our home.

Molly Maid exceeded all my expectations. I called to schedule a house cleaning and the woman on the phone was kind, knowledgable, and got me scheduled within 24 hours. My cleaning crew was on time, kid and pet friendly and cleaned our home thoroughly and quickly. I hesitated to use a chain but I will not have that hesitation again - these guys are professionals! I will be using Molly Maid again :).

I called the 800 number to set up the appointment and precisely gave them what kind of cleaning I wanted, which is an empty remodel home of 3200sq ft, which requires completely dusted and mop etc., with window cleaning. I was given an estimated charge of $680.00 approximately. So in my mind even if they need extra time charges should not exceed over $800.00 Cleaning also includes a couple of furniture to dust off and clean . I also mentioned that garage cabinets also needed to be cleaned.
So in a day or two the local Molly Maid contacted me who wanted to come early, not in the afternoon, and I agreed to it, she never showed up on time and I had to call her again to come.
The cleaning was not to par, they mop the floor on an upswept floor leaving large streaks of muddy looking floor. I had to point it out to them . They also left part of my bedroom furniture undusted including the floors.
Long story short, based on what I was quoted, they did not inform me what the new estimated price for this cleaning was going to be and charged me over $1500.00 for this cleaning. A very unreasonable and unprofessional service. They brought in an extra person to clean which I was not informed of beforehand and just charged me. Do not trust what they say.

Thank you Molly Maids for your service! The Daisy and Blanca team did a fabulous job - especially in my bathroom. They were very accommodating, as the kids and I couldn't leave right away - we were in the middle of breakfast when they came! But they got started immediately in the back rooms. Thank you!

Team 3 (Paty and Maria) first came to my house a couple of months ago for a one-time (major) cleaning. They went above and beyond, and did such an amazing job that I decided to schedule regular service. I've been happy with their work every time.

All four girls assigned to give our home its initial full detailed cleaning were quick an efficient. They were all polite and attentive to my instructions as I pointed out details needing their attention. They all as well seemed genuinely concerned and conscientious of my satisfaction as they asked for my overview when the cleaning was all done.

First and for most I have to say, a business can be judged by the customer service over the phone. And wow was I treated with respect and great information. Kudos to the young lady (Mabel) I spoke to on the phone! I set up a date to come clean, I mentioned I was going to out of town and they totally understood. Returning back home to a clean place is always a great feeling. My place isn't that big but Maggie and Espe cleaned in places I wouldn't even think. They did a wonderful job and very professional. I will be having them clean again! Thanks.
