The company I work for let me hire JC about a year ago to strip and wax some old flooring, I didn’t even believe it was refurbish-able and let me tell you, JC did not disappoint!!! He was able to book us in almost immediately, was attentive and on time. Amazingly he was able to get the job done the same day! (About 10k sq ft) This business really went ABOVE and BEYOND! That’s why I got to say, a dedicated professional who knows his craft deserves recognition. I highly recommend this business and will continue to do business with them. Thank you again JC!

Was super late then flaked

We recently had our carpet cleaned by Knockout Carpet Cleaning. The professional service that we received was amazing. Not only did the company confirm our appointment, they were punctual, strived for excellence, and took their time in each area that needed cleaning. This company's attention to detail is outstanding. We will refer this company to our friends and family.
After the service was completed, we were contacted to make sure the service was completed to our expectations. Kudos to Knockout Carpet Cleaning in Salinas for their excellent customer service from start to finish.

We recently had the carpets in our family room and primary bedroom cleaned. We were so happy with the results. Luis was thorough and skillful. We highly recommend Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning.

Definitely would not recommend. Luis had horrible customer service and rude. Constantly on the phone and seemed like he had to be somewhere. He was being snappy and aggressive when answering questions my mom had probably due to being in a rush for whatever reason. Price also seemed a little hefty for just 2 rooms in apartment for 200 dollars which was initially quoted for 130. Not sure did not get any other estimate.

I had my carpet repaired, stretched and steam cleaned today by Monterey Cleaning Service and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. I also had a couple chairs done and they look and smell great. Highly recommend them! 👍

They did a great job on a whole house deep clean. Reasonably priced and very flexible with times. I had to change the exterior window cleaning numerous times due to covid, rain and open house days and Miguel was very helpful/accommodating with that.

They didn’t had time for an estimate with in the same day they had ability 2-3 days. We were in a urgent for a cleaning company. Please be professional don’t make us wait 4 days for an estimate.

Ed and Stephanie are a great team. They have cleaned many properties for me and I have been happy with each job. I would highly recommend them as they are very easy to schedule, show up on time and do a wonderful job.

TE Janitorial did such a great job with my listing in East Garrison - a special thanks to Stephanie for taking the time to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Her team made the place sparkle, especially some tough grime on kitchen cabinets that they were able to make look nearly new again. Stephanie's attention to detail made all the difference. Stephanie McMercury did a truly fantastic job for my listing! I am pleased with the cleanliness of the house- it was spotless. My beloved client is a single mom with two lively boys, and moving out on time ended up being more difficult than expected. Stephanie walked into a house that was supposed to be empty and it wasn't.. She showed a lot of compassion and navigated around this situation. She and her crew got to work right away, navigating around the delays and overcoming several unforeseen obstacles. In the end, she delivered exactly what was needed and more. Stephanie went above and beyond, and I don't say that lightly. I would recommend her for residential or even commercial cleans.
