Contractors that actually do what they say they’ll do?? MIND BLOWING. Great service. 5 stars for me. Great staff, great customer service. Also loved the uniforms lol.. they are now coming monthly to clean the windows!

It's been years since we had our gutters cleaned out. It was so bad that if we tried to do it ourselves it would take forever. Angel did an amazing job and went above an beyond, took before and after pictures and his communication was exemplary. The price was competitive and fair as well. If you're shopping around for gutter cleaning, don't think twice, give them your business.

Saw the reviews and went for it. They did great! Even sent pictures. I originally called for my roof to be pressure washed. I then was informed that will ruin a roof, cause granule loss, breakage/ leaks, etc. I liked it up and they were correct. Every other company I contacted said they would pressure wash and I'm SO HAPPY I went with these guys. Couldn't believe their safe method gave this great of results.

Angel and Alex were fantastic. They arrived on time, were overly polite, and got right to business. They made short work of the gutter cleaning and window washing we scheduled. They had an upbeat attitude during the work and cleaned-up perfectly after themselves. Every aspect of the process was better than expected, and I recommend this business without hesitation!

I am happy to recommend Prime Shine Pro Wash. Theron and Angel did a fantastic job on my windows and I'm looking for more jobs - my roof, driveway, and gutters are next! We are new to the area and had been looking to have the windows washed after heavy rains. I am impressed with the care and attention Prime Shine took with my plants and patio furniture. Thank you!

Great experience with this company; from first interaction with Zach and the techs Nate and Alex. We will definitely be using them again! They even offered to repair a ripped screen (for an additional, nominal fee). Very happy with their service!

Excellent job overall. Alex was great. I really appreciated that he alerted me at each step so I could keep my dog safely out of the way. The windows look fantastic.

There was a bit of confusion about cleaning the inside railing, which I had been told would be included. Alex was very helpful and agreed to take care of it. While the railings could have been done a bit better, the windows themselves look terrific.

I will definitely use your service again because the windows look great.

I had my solar panels cleaned. They
Have been up on roof for 16 years so they were pretty dirt. They did an excellent job cleaning the panels and I am very pleased. Thanks!

PSPW came out today and cleaned my solar panels and did an amazing job. The whole process was smooth like butter. Texted Theron the day before and he happened to have an opening the following day. Angel and Andrew were on site to do the job and were so professional, friendly and communicated very well. The panels have never been this shiny since they’ve been installed. I’ve been on their quarterly window cleaning plan for the past two years and haven’t had a single complaint one time. They even handle my roof cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing needs. The techs are trained well and Theron and Tammy the office manager are great with customer service. I should have left a review a long time ago.. 10/5 stars ✨

Roberto is an opportunist and a dishonest guy. He promised working quickly with a 4-5 person team, then showed up only with his wife for a huge paint job. He literally left only his wife for the paint job of the entire house, he went for other jobs himself. He used his spray paint machine inside the house without covering anything, it took me a week to clean up the mess he left. He and his wife did a very poor job with details, actually they did not want to. He just likes quick cash, he can do things cheaper but super messy. At the end he also did not give me a receipt or anything like a receipt to use for tax purposes. Avoid this sloppy guy

Such a wonderful company to work with. I live in Carmel and my dog threw up on my carpet and area rugs , Ferrante’s Came out very quickly and made my carpets come out brand new. They also took my area rugs to their Castroville facility to wash and dry them and when they brought them back, I want to say they looked better than before. I highly recommend this company for all your carpet and area rug cleaning needs

Excellent service! Called for some carpet cleaning only had 3 rooms that were pretty dirty and heavily stained!! They came out to my house in Salinas, gave me a quote and got to work. Carpet now feels Great and smells fresh again! 10/10 would recommend this company to get your carpet cleaned!

Had Adam and Mike come out, very professional job at cleaning my chairs and upholstery. On the other hand had my area rugs cleaned by Mike the owner, from here in seaside all the way to Castroville. Very amazing service and I’m using them again!
