I had an emergency plumbing experience and needed a part for my water heater. Ferguson's had that part in stock and it was very reasonable. Other vendors would have to order the part causing us to be without hot water for days.

Called to inquire about getting some pipe. Lady who answered didn't know if they had gas lines and was very annoyed that I was asking her if they had CSST. Never been treated so poorly by a supply store. A contractor friend recommended I try Ferguson so we can support someone other than the big box stores or somewhere online. I suggest managing the reception staff so no more people are turned away forever like I was this afternoon.

I live at 330 Alexander st Salinas,he came 3/10 twice.What a great employee.I thought he said Junior was his name.Because he was so good i would always call Roto Rooter first.Thank you to this young man great service.

Had a plumbing emergence at 9pm. Joe D. came out right away and sorted things out with my water heater. Grateful for his coming out in the late evening. I told Joe D that I called other places with names such as "24/7 service" that didn't answer my call. Rotor-rooter did and Joe D. was great.

We needed service on a Sunday afternoon. Dispatcher was courteous, empathetic, and efficient. Power was out when Jorge arrived to provide service. He returned really promptly when power was restored.
He was knowledgeable, reassuring, explained everything thoroughly.

Great on the phone. Unfortunately, the plumber's visit was not that pleasant. Paid no attention to my water heater, just started upselling me from the first second of his arrival. They don't want to fix. They want to sell new heaters. Compared to Home Depot installers, the price is 30% higher. For the same service.

I woke up to a leaking sink. I called and was told I would get a call in an hour from dispatch to let me know when Jorge would be there. It was a little over an hour when I received the call to tell me Jorge would be there in 1/2 hour. Jorge was on time, followed my directions to get to our home, and was able to take care of the repair. He did need to go purchase parts but was able to complete the repair. If I have a plumbing emergency in the future, I know I can get a quick repair.

Very friendly and fast at their work. Came out to my house and explained every step to me. I'm very pleased.

Roto-Rooter responded quickly to our call, fixed the immediate problem that day, then returned the next day to finish the job. Louis was friendly, responsive, and clearly knew his job. We were very happy.

Juan Carlos Rivera and Mike Barajas did a good job on our plumbing issue. The team was easy to work with, Juan Carlos was awesome in going through the details of the project.

Our plumber here was great and fast in an emergent night situation. The company charges a lot, but the job gets done right. Their staff is super friendly!

They were able to come for an estimate within hours of my call and start the work right away.
