Alejandro did a great job identifying our problem and fixing quickly

Posted a 5 star review about this company 2 weeks ago... Then all the problems came back... Called them to let them know that they had only temporarily fixed whatever was going on. They said they would come out and check it out. Another charge to try again, because NO GAURANTEE on there work. If you let them put a camera down, they will guarantee the work. As a business we have several floor drains. Wanted another $300 plus for every drain they put there tool in. After yet another charge and a camera that showed nothing, other than the one line they have been down twice not having any blockage... They left and with in an hour another drain backed up.

Went to Home depot, rented the same tool they have for $75 and did all of my drains in about an hour.
I will never call an over priced plumber again.
I should say in all fairness the service techs are nice. But they didn't get the job done and I have not had any issues since I did it myself.

Jorge Barajas was amazing! He was quick and fast with the repair of my garbage disposal. He even educated both me and my partner how to properly use the garbage disposal. He was also very professional and kind! I recommend him to fix any problem you have 100% definitely would have him come back to service my home again if ever!

No one wants to call the plumber, it
means something is wrong! From the person Who took my call and set me up for service, after hours mind you. Joe my technician was great! He came in, assessed the situation, relayed his findings clearly and gave me my options.
He worked quickly, clean and fixed the problem. He was polite and very professional.
Will certainly use them again!

After making my online appointment, I received confirmation of the appt that included a picture and brief description of my technician and the appt time. A bit later the dispatch called to see if I was open for an earlier appointment, which was perfect. An eta was given and Alex arrived promptly. Alex gave me the estimate after we discussed the issue at hand. I agreed and he methodically set to work until the issue was resolved. He explained future preventative options, he loaded up, I paid via his tablet, and he was on his way. In under an hour, no less. Very grateful for the earlier appt, Alex’s professionalism, and a job well done.

Ismael is very punctual, reliable and helpful. He came when he said he would and installed my new toilet. Last Saturday is Ismael and his crew came and cleaned out the vents pipes and informed me that I should get new toilet. It was suggestion and they didn't pressure me on buying new one. Great staff with great service.

We had a late Sunday afternoon plumbing emergency and the roto-rooter team was very responsive. Mariano and Carlos showed up and worked into the dark of the night to ensure our plumbing leak was fixed and water was restored to our property. Super-friendly, professional, and competent.

Emergency main drain backup Friday night, called another company first and didn't even receive a call back more than a day later. Called Roto-Rooter, spoke to someone on an early Saturday morning (not just a computer), sent Juan Carlos out right away. Super helpful and efficient, worth every cent. Thank you!

Arturo was great. Apologized for the wait when he showed up within two hours of my calling. This was after hours to boot. He worked hard and got the clog fixed. He made sure the job was finished and we were satisfied with his work. I would definitely call him again.

Artemio was great! We called Roto-Rooter and he was there within an hour and had everything fixed within an hour. He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and even explained to me what he was doing and what I can do in the future to avoid more issues. We will continue to call for our plumbing issues.

Jorge from Roto-rooter was very helpful with our plumbing issue. he was polite and professional and was able to get the issue resolved quickly!!

Ceiling caved in from a bursted water pipe. One call and less than a hour later a technician was dispatched for a diagnosis and a solution. Issue was resolved within 2 hours. Other underlying issues were revealed and long-term solutions were suggested which proved their expertise. Would like to thank Rotor Rooter representative Rolando Z. for the honest work and a job well done. Would recommend for future projects. We thank you :)

They put a camera in the sewer and identified the future problems great guys to work with. Explained everything they noticed from the camera. Very informative.

We had a good experience with Roto-Rooter and Jorge yesterday, after an unexpected kitchen sink stoppage! Jorge was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it in under one hour.

I could not be more pleased to have a working bathroom sink thanks to Alex’s help. He texted his ETA, arrived as stated, was kind and courteous, explained the fee, got my approval and went to work right away. He kept his workspace clean and I had a working sink in what seemed like a few minutes. I’d use their service again. Also kudos to Jessica who took my call and was so polite and helpful.
