Our apartment complex has used Roto Rooter for our plumbing needs in excess of 14 years now. The Technicians are always prompt, knowledgeable & dependable to resolve our plumbing needs efficiently & professionally.

This Roto Rooter team arrived quickly on a Weekend. They have knowledge of the area and took care of the issue quickly to limit the damage. I will use them every time i need a plumber and highly recommend them.

Abraham was punctual and very professional. They were able to clear my mom’s main line. And I also appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after themselves.

Removed toilet augered blocked line. Roughly half hour work. 1600 dollars. phone representative spoke of a senior discount. seems as if they take advantage of seniors.

I had a storm pipe that I needed cleaned out and asked for an estimate. The guy that came made such a mess and I told him that this should just be an estimate. He stopped after making a big mess, and said it would be $375 just to continue and clean up the mess. He told me that he didn’t know the cause or how to fix it, but said he could just pulling out dirt to see what he could find. I said no and he just left. I spent the next two hours just cleaning his mess. Don’t call them unless you want more of a problem.

That was the best customer service I’ve had in years. These young men were the kindest sweetest on the money kids. They’re young. I’m old so thank you Rotorua. I appreciate you.

We have had problems with a clogged up kitchen sink due to old pipes and grease from garbage disposal. Roto Rooter came over and did an excellent job. Juan did most of the work and he is very professional, explains everything very well hard-working and gave us some hints about how to avoid this problem. He was joined by another young man, and they pressure washed (on roof) with steam to finish the cleanup. My sinks have never cleared better. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter over any of the plumbers I have used, and I was born and raised here.( I’ve used quite a few plumbers.) Roto Rooter is the best. Thank you again. PS: unlike other plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out and do an estimate, they do not charge if they work between the hours of 5 PM and 7 PM. They only charge extra if they’re working after 7 PM. Don’t pay some of these popular plumbers and exorbitant amount of money just to come over. Ridiculous. Call Roto Rooter.

Woke up to my kitchen sink leaking at 7am, called RotoRooter and Abraham was at my house by 8:30 and shut the water off. He found the problem and replaced the faucet and was done by 11am. We really appreciate the quick response, plus he was friendly and professional. Thanks so much!

We had standing water on our roof during a storm. Our roof drain was backed up with pine needles and mud. We were able to get a service appointment within a few hours and the problem was diagnosed to need high pressure equipment. The equipment arrived promptly and the entire team worked hard to unclog our roof drain and get the condition resolved. It wasn’t easy. With ongoing storms it was critical to get the drain working to protect our aging roof from leaking. I am incredibly grateful for the professional service we received from Roto Rooter Monterey. Great experience with Rafael! He was timely professional and was able to plumb a new gasline so we could upgrade to a gas stove. He even went above and beyond to help make sure it was setup properly! Two thumbs up and I will definitely call him again on my next project!
