I had Several leaks and My Plumber was absolutely wonderful fast and Friendly. Rafael was flexible as well. All in all I Highly Recommend this Father and son Team.

I highly recommend this plumber!! They came out to address our issue quickly and provided excellent service. Very friendly and personable. Reasonable prices, quick efficient work and excellent customer service! They explained everything they were doing and even let my curious daughters watch the fix! We will definitely be calling in the future for our plumbing needs and recommending to friends and family!

I enjoyed the service. The plumber was available fast, was polite, made sure that we discussed the details of the call. He was on time, took care of two issues, called me, explained the nature of the issue, educated me about ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Very thankful!

Rafael Jr. came out to help with a broken pipe repair in concrete. He dealt with it in an hour and some change. Was super polite and answered all the questions from functionality to cost. This company has been reliable, upfront, and very kind to my family the last few years we have had issues with our houses old copper pipes which we plan on getting replaced soon(again with Rafeal & Rafeal Jr). I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the work we ask them to do no matter how simple or complex. Both father and son are competent, licensed, and insured so you know the work they do and from what I have seen is phenomenal.

My plumber that I had used for several years moved to Mexico. This last Sunday we had our daughter and son-in-law over for dinner. Natrually, a the supply line to the water heater failed. I called My Plumber and was glad I did. Rafael and his son Rafael showed up on Monday and they quickly assessed the problem. I asked them to replace the Recirculating Pump, Check Valve, and Turn off Valve while they had everything apart. The next day Rafael Jr showed up with all the shiny new parts. The work was impeccable (I'm a ver fussy customer). The pump is whisper quiet, the soldering and pipe fitting was perfect, and the system flushed. Rafael used a method I had never seen before. Fittings were sealed using compression. More expensive but job looks great. Quality is expensive but I have no regrets using My Plumber.

Hector R. Unclogged three bathroom sinks for us. Very knowledgeable. He was very timely doing the work. He was very respectful .all the employees that we have dealt with have been great. Would highly recommend Alvarez plumbing . Also their prices are very reasonable.

Gabriel is an awesome plumber and great person! He did a great job replacing our water heater and was very thorough. We trust him. We like Alvarez plumbing and their office staff is great. They are on top of everything. They are friendly, efficient and great to work with. We’ll continue to be customers!

Johnnie from Alvarez Plumbing did outstanding work on a major plumbing project on
my home. He is detailed, an expert at his craft, he definitely is an advanced highly skilled plumber. He throughly explains as he moves along the job. If you want a solid, technical person working on your home hire Alvarez Plumbing and asked that Johnnie be assigned to your the project.

Today I woke up from a nap & saw dark water markings dripping down the living room corner wall coming from our 2nd floor with a small bubble & wet carpet beneath. Told our landlord’s assistant about the issue and Johnny was able to cut out a small piece of the wall where the pipes were leaking. He got the job done in a timely manner and left the living room clean with no mess. Thanks Johnny for putting in OT to resolve our issue, my family & I appreciate the work and professionalism! Amazing service as usual! We always call Alvarez for all our business needs. We’re the Shell gas station on Laurel and sanborn and these guys always give us fair pricing and go above and beyond with their repairs. All the things they have done in the past have held up over the years.
From general plumbing/piping work to even backflow repair and replacement, their company does it all.
Do no hesitate to call them to get a quote they are very fast and streamlined with their service; their office will send someone out to take a look and draw up the estimate and then their office will give you a call to send the quote details and explain all the work. They will give you different options for repair/replacement and are very transparent about the cost of parts and labor.
Thank you for the quick repair, they got us back up and running very quick.

Hector arrived a day before I expected to diagnose the drain pipe failure and then came the next day with another Alvarez plumber to make repairs between the ceiling of one room and the floor above.
