Adriana at the office not only being professional but goes above and beyond to take our call and making sure to call back and check on the job. Chris (owner) takes excellent care of your business and is very involved in making sure you are a satisfied customer. Johnny (supervisor) goes above and beyond his duties and takes pride in his work and it shows! I appreciate his dedication and willingness to solve the issue so my residents can feel at ease with the quality of their work. Johnny made me look like the hero!

I have been employing the services of Alvarez Plumbing for about five years. My daughter has used Hector Rubio at this company for 15-20 years. We always request Hector for a variety of reasons. He does a great job. He shows up promptly dressed professionally for the work he performs. He is a very nice, personable young man. He is friendly while doing the work but doesn't waste time. Once he diagnoses the problem, he explains what the issue is and repairs it promptly. He cleans up once he is done and you would never know he had been here except that the problem is solved.

I hope the management of Alvarez Plumbing appreciates what a stellar employee Hector is and how much we value his work. I am sure there are other great employees there as well, but Hector is our guy. We trust him in our home and know that he will do his best to resolve our problem.

I have worked with Alvarez plumbing on multiple occasions now and have always had a great experience. They are always professional, on time, and efficient. I’ve had them come out for my water heater, a leaky toilet, and a broken shower. This last visit was for my shower and Johnny was great. I thought it would take awhile but he was done in about 30 minutes or so and the shower is working great. Much appreciated Alvarez Plumbing!

We have used Alvarez Plumbing for water heater work. Recently we decided to install a RO system with minerals. It is a little more difficult of an install. David came out did the install, we had a small problem, he was back and fixed that too. We ended up having a leak. Diane in the office and the after hours was so helpful. Excellent customer service. It is rare to find a business with a response and care like this!

Yesterday was my second experience with Alvarez Plumbing riding to the rescue! In both instances there was an unexpected emergency situation that could have resulted in disaster, but because this firm is so responsive and efficient - not to mention personally compassionate as to the needs of their customers - things worked out very well. Mr. Johnny Sanchez is a journeyman of the highest degree, as was the professional who responded to my previous call. Their pricing is fair, their knowledge and work are above reproach, and their promptness and courtesy are twin attributes not always found in today's world.
