Service was very professional & helpful. Pointed out other issues without trying to “sell” me on anything extra, which is always nice. My Plumbers Inc. was great & I will be using them again!!

We’ve used My Plumber on several occasions (toilet installations, external waste line repair, internal water line valves, and most recently water heater thermocouple replacement) and have invariably been more than satisfied with the level of work. It’s been clean, fast, and reasonably priced, plus they always take time to discuss options rather than just push one preferred solution. It’s been a pleasure and we highly recommend them.

Rafael called me a few minutes after requesting a consultation online. He came on time and explained the procedure with full details. He is very honest and professional. Rafael updated all my connections to my water heater and replace the tank as well in about 1 hr or so. He stands by his work and there are no hidden fees. He even gave me some advise about installing a water softner and even offer to help me find the best one that works for my family. We will do business with him again.

I had been dealing with a leak under my house for almost a month and getting the run around from other companies as well as my insurance. When I spoke to Rafael he said he could help and in less than 24 hours he had provided an estimate as well as repairing the leak. It was so fast and easy to communicate with him. I lost hot water from my hot water heater. Raphael Jr. and Sr. came to my house promptly to diagnose the situation, suggest some ways to fix the problem, and to bid the job. They left to get parts and fixed the problem within 90 min. I have hot water! Great service and fine people!

Only company I will use for any plumbing needs. I can’t speak highly enough of the professional and above and beyond treatment provided. I had called and also submitted online request to four other companies in Salinas to never get a response back or have to wait days before they could send anyone for bathtub supply lines leaking. My Plumber reached out to me immediately and took care of it that same morning. This is a first time ever writing a review, but this company and Rafael Jr are amazing and deserve the recognition for their services.

After getting a couple of very high phone estimates for a simple kitchen sink faucet replacement, I placed a call at 9:30 AM and explained what I needed to Rafael Sr. He said he would have his son contact me to set up a call for an estimate. Rafael Jr sent me a text about 10 minutes later asking for a couple of photos. After a bit of questions and photos, he gave me a very reasonable estimate, compared to the others. We agreed he would stop by at 4:00PM. At 2:00PM he asked if he could start the job early, So he did. He was a total pro and well organized and was able to overcome some tight quarters due to the way the sink was put in, and basically did a super job from start to finish. His number is definitley a keeper!

Job was very well done and Rafael even gave a few tips on how to clean out tub drain. The drain line had been plugged up for a while and now it flows great! Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Had a positive experience with My Plumber diagnosing our issue with our on demand water heater. We have a Home Warranty that he had to communicate with for our insurance to cover, not an easy job to do but he was able for us to have our insurance cover our water heater issue.

Rafael and his team are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, do quality work, and also what a really love is that they are SUPER RELIABLE.

Every time that I book Rafael, he comes. It is usually at the exact time we designate. (On one occasion he did have an emergency and needed to reschedule for a few hours later — but he called me and *told me* about it, and followed through. Big points in my book!)

And whenever my vacation rental has an emergency, Rafael is always there for us!! His reliability and also expediency have saved us thousands of dollars in “saving the day” for emergency plumbing situations that would have otherwise required us to cancel a guest reservation.

Rafael jr from My Plumbing Inc came out to the house today to replace our garbage disposal. He made the appointment at a time that fit our schedule and was very professional. Wow! Great customer service! Rafael is quick to respond, professional and knowledgeable. I have used them 3 times now (replumbing after a leak, replacement of sink fixtures and troubleshooting/repair a water heater that went out), and each time I have been presented with solutions that are effective and prices that are reasonable. Rafael also gives advice about how to maintain, service and extend the life…. And short and long term solutions. They are my go-to for plumbing needs.
