The office staff answer the phone (one of the reasons I recommend them) so I got to express my plumbing problem to a real live human being! They also kept me informed regularly of plumber’s arrival time. Thanks so much! I really appreciate being “in hot water” again.

We would definitely recommend Alvarez Plumbing and Juan Garcia. We had a tankless water heater installed, and later, two stubbornly clogged drains cleared. Both of these projects were completed in a timely manner with very little inconvenience to our household.
Juan is knowledgeable, arrived prepared and on time, and cleaned up after. He and the office staff are professional, responsive and made our experiences as pleasant as a plumbing issue could be!

Was helped today by David. Really great guy. Replaced my shower stems with quickness and efficiency. No longer have a drip on my shower head, nor does water come out of the other handles. Will be asking for him again in the future.

The team did an outstanding work on My kitchen sink installation, little hiccup with the front office but, they were quick to fix the miscommunication. They are professional and skilled craftsmen, who i've reused over and over again , I value their service,

I booked Alvarez plumbing to do a job at my home in CVR - they are awesome to deal with. Diane at the office was super helpful with the pre planning , getting the service set and making sure the tech has pics of what he was repairing and the timing was right.
The tech - Tony- was awesome. Super professional, friendly. He explained my options on the repair, and then did the full job cleanly and properly. He went over the repair with me to make sure it was fixed and he made the invoice and billing process very smooth

Our plumbing leak needed attention as soon as possible to prevent major damage to our ceiling and the hardwood floor where water was dripping from a broken copper pipe. Hector came at about 8 PM and completed the job by about 9:30 PM. He was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Hector from Alvarez Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I was out of town when my water heater went out and knew dealing with the larger companies would mean a huge delay. I contacted Alvarez Plumbing because I knew they were local and hoping they could replace my water heater immediately and they did!!!!!

You have a fantastic group of people working for you. The girl I spoke to (sorry, I don’t know her name) on the phone was so incredibly helpful and reassuring. She told me she’d be sending over someone in a 30 minutes and she did!

The gentleman that replaced everything was just amazing and very helpful.

Alvarez plumbing is always so friendly and professional. Diane in the office is fantastic. Hector is the usual one who comes to my house ( about a handful of times in 10 years) today Doug helped him with our water heater. They were both friendly and professional. 10/10 service all around

he did an excellent job and he was on time for an appointment that was between one and three. I actually didn’t expect anyone to be there till almost 3 cause that’s usually what people do so I was very glad that he was able to come before 3 o’clock and finished at a reasonable time. He did an awesome job.

My hot water heater is in a complicated spot that requires removing a door to access the tank. David did a great job installing the water heater and put everything back in perfect order. The company responded quickly and courteously to my call - I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing.

Juan was very pleasant; he had the fawcet handle-thingy that I needed and was quick and efficient. He showed me how to clear built-up debris from my hoses to improve water pressure. I have used Alvarez Plumbing a few times before and will definitely call again when I need plumbing services!

Hector switched out my kitchen faucet to a touch sensor; replaced my old garbage disposal and unclogged my kitchen drain by snaking it. He arrived promptly, is courteous, respectful, know what he is doing most of all and is super professional! Shout out to Diana.and the 1st scheduler who made it happen! Alvarez is blessed to have these amazing human beings. Plumbers work hard and I appreciate them! I will continue to get service from them!
